Fantastic experience: Patient-centered practice. This dental practice is focused on patient experience and quality care. As a new patient, they made every step of the process great. Communication from the office was timely and clear. The hygienist communicated everything she was doing clearly and provided choices for me. The dentist was wonderful in explaining her assessment of the exam and making recommendations. I appreciate their respect for patients. Some other dentists’ practices focus on mining your insurance, not this one.

Fantastic experience: I'm the orthodontist upstairs. This practice is top notch. If it tells you anything, it is the place I go for my personal dental care. I've had the same hygienist for 15 years. Feels like going to visit family. From routine family dental care, to managing complex interdisciplinary esthetic cases, Drs. Shaw and Jacobsen are at the top of their game. I am so fortunate to be able to collaborate with these true professionals.

Fantastic experience: Is it weird to love your dentists? I genuinely look forward to my dental visits, which was unimaginable to me before coming here. I have been a patient for years and through several insurance changes, and at this point I'd happily pay out of pocket. The Beths are amazing, the hygienists are gentle and conscientious (no ripping floss through your teeth like they are trying to start a lawnmower, no expecting a response with fingers in your mouth). I have also gotten excellent referrals to deal with some chronic dental issues. I wish all medical care was like this.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gilmore is skilled and personable. I wouldn't go to any other dentist, unless she recommended them. I have been her patient for 40 years. The front office has lost its professional edge. A couple from Tacoma arrived for their cleanings only to learn that they had no appointments. The receptionist did not try to accommodate them by checking with the dentists to see if they could be worked in. They left in disgust saying they would be looking for a new dentist. Checking out the gal was looking and stating information from another patients chart, not mine. It's unacceptable. It is hard to find competent help. I get it.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth infection that needed immediate attention. Cindy managed to squeeze me in the same morning. Dr. J referred me to an endodontist for a root canal, and Cindy was able to get me an appointment there for that same afternoon. Efficient, professional, and effective!

Negative experience: New 32 broke nearly a dozen teeth. I warned them about cracking noises, pain, and they ignored it. They said it was normal. Since, my teeth have been falling out constantly, breaking, rotting away. They destroyed decades of dental work.

Fantastic experience: Another great visit to new 32! Our entire family goes to new32 and highly recommend Dr. Shaw and Dr. Headley. Leah, our go to hygienist, is also amazing.

Fantastic experience: My regular dentist was out of town. He uses new 32 dentistry as a.fall back for his patience if they have an emergency when he is out of town. I was experiencing pain in a lower front tooth and was sin by a dentist the very next day. Turns out it was a combination root canal and infection problem and they referred me on the very same day to an endodontist who started antibiotic treatment and scheduled a root canal for a week later. Five stars for sure, you can't ask for better service than that.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal first visit with this dental practice. Everyone is kind and patient. A good hygienist is worth their weight in gold and Leah was a godsend. I'm an anxious dental patient and I felt completely at ease the entire time I was there. Thrilled to have the new32 team in my corner for all my dental needs. They even have warmed water from the spigots. Small thing but huge comfort for those with sensitive teeth.

Fantastic experience: There is a warm welcoming atmosphere. Each of my care providers is highly knowledgeable and skilled, caring, and familiar with my case. It is particularly challenging to care for me because I am in a wheelchair and have to transfer into the dental chair, which is a hassle. They take it in stride, and are very helpful and sensitive. I am thrilled with everything about this all female clinical practice.

Fantastic experience: The team at New32 is amazing! The staff are super friendly; the dentists and hygienists are incredibly skillful. I have a lot of dental anxiety, and I've never been somewhere that does as much to relieve that anxiety. They really go out of their way for me. They know I'm anxious, and give me nitrous oxide to help. I don't even have to ask, they've made a note in my chart. And the dentists are do fantastic work without causing excess pain. I just had a temporary crown done, and my jaw was sore for a day. And that's all. Much better than other dental work I've received elsewhere. But truly, I've been a patient here for over a decade. After my last visit, they even sent me a kind and thoughtful card:

Fantastic experience: This is feedback on my first two visits to new32. I was very impressed with how smooth both visits were! Everyone was friendly and very efficient! Even though I don't dread dentist visits generally, I really appreciated how "forgettable" the experiences were (if that makes sense). I also must say, the filling procedure was easily the best experience I've had. I wasn't uncomfortable at all. And the end result was a filling that fits great. I've had fillings in the past that took me a while to get used to or even had to come back for follow up fittings. So I appreciated how nicely it turned out.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this office for a few years and they have been great. Recently had a mixup in ordering my retainers that would’ve resulted in almost doubled the cost. But they were great, took care of it and made the situation right without me even having to ask. Also have unfortunately been late a few times and they’ve always been very gracious in getting me rescheduled quick.

Negative experience: I do not recommend these dentists or their office: they are not proactive, do not clearly communicate or follow-up. They missed a significant issue though I was their patient for over 5 years. Very disappointed with my experience all around.

Negative experience: I was 'shocked' to learn that my cleaning was $174.00. 6 months ago it cost $108.00. This is a 60% increase. I asked the office manager who told me it was 'inflation'. My understanding is inflation was about 4%. I am curios if insurance is paying you this and are the private payers (me) left with the difference? Might need to find a new dental office. At least consider giving a discount to private pay clients.

Fantastic experience: Professional, very friendly, and accommodating for a family of 4 trying to have appointments together but staggered enough so one parent is always able to be with the kids. Our preschooler loves going to the dentist now and the dentist treasure chest definitely has something to do with it!

Fantastic experience: I used to hate going to the dentist as a kid, so finding this place has been a real gift. The space is very clean/modern, and everyone that works there is great. Both Beth's are AWESOME - everything you would want in a dentist: competent, assuring, proactive, and they are both a 10/10 with the soft-skills. Highly recommend it! I don't post reviews very often, but this place is definitely worth it.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to New32 every 6 months for regular cleanings since my son was four (2021) and he actually looks forward to his dentist appointments! He loves getting to watch a cartoon while getting his teeth cleaned, which keeps him calm & still, he gets a new toothbrush each visit, and is always excited to pick out a toy from the treasure box at the end. I am so happy that he hasn't had any cavities with the excellent care & instructions from the team at New32. Highly recommend this office for the whole family, they are always on time, friendly, and professional.

All of the dentist are excellent, as are all of the hygienists and office staff. They are thoughtful, thorough and genuinely care for their patients. The practice is clean, well organized, and very modern, comfortable and professional. Only problem is scheduling. I had to wait an additional 6 months after needing to reschedule a cleaning appointment. I really don't want to have to find a new dentist. That needs to be fixed!!!

Her soft touch skills is excellent and I could not tell that my tooth was chipped previously after her fixing it. She is personal and very knowledgeable and attention to details. I would recommend her to anyone with no hesitation. Office staff and tooth cleaning technician provides cheerful welcome, professional and efficient with a soft touch. I felt comfortable and at ease.
