Fantastic experience: Calling to get an appointment and insurance approval went quickly and smoothly. The office is very close to home making it an easy trip, especially because I could avoid the 380, IYKYK. From the very friendly welcome at the front desk, through the x-rays and evaluation everything was done professionally with a strong focus on my comfort. The Active Treatment plan was thorough and broken down by priority by what needed to be attended to first. This printed plan is great, you get a detailed breakdown that normally don't see until you get your insurance EOB. Dr. Ahmed did a great job with numbing my gums before starting on the deep clean. She made the procedure very comfortable. I let her know that I have dental anxiety and she did an awesome job of putting me at ease and making sure I did not suffer any pain. What a great team at Miracle Smile! Definitely recommend to anyone in Aubrey looking for a better dental experience. 9/11/25: update. I have been going on a regular basis to Miracle Smile and it has made such a difference. I used to have extreme sensitivity and bleeding gums. Now my gums are so much healthier and the sensitivity has lessened. If you are looking for a dentist in the Aubrey/Crossroads area I highly recommend Miracle Smile Dental for the following reasons: Easy to get to (avoid the 380) if you live in this area. Great staff, super caring and professional. If you have dental anxiety/trauma, THIS is the place to change that. They take extra care to make sure you do not experience pain. They take care of all ages including children. This is important to get caring dental work done at that age so you don't create dental anxiety. Again, highly recommend this dental office. 6/13/26 update: Thanks to the great teamwork of professionals at Miracle Smile, my cleaning visits are fast! My first cleanings had to be broken into quads and they took up to 2 hrs to do. Now that I have regular visits and cleaning, I am in and out in 30 mins. I think that is a record for me. My gums are more healthy and have improved so I don't have to be numbed anymore for the cleanings. I know that thanks to the care I have been receiving I am at my BEST dental health ever.

Fantastic experience: I had called her dental office after hours yesterday with a cracked upper tooth and had to leave a vmail, but within minutes from then she called me back and fit me in at 9am this morning. She took care of my cracked tooth the best she could today and made an appt for me to come back to get the tooth extracted and said she could put an implant on after the extraction and a bone graft. She was very caring and professional.

Negative experience: I came here for an emergency issue where I had lost a filling the night before. I was told I needed a root canal. First, it all seemed rushed. and some of the worst pain I've ever experienced from a professional. I say that as a Marine with multiple debilitating service-connected injuries. Since the procedure, my bite has NEVER been the same ( yes, I went back multiple times to fix it), and I developed a sore on my gums, which turned out to be a massive infection. I went to another doctor, having lost trust in this one, to which I was told I had a massive infection, a crack in the crown, and a PIECE OF TOOL stuck in my tooth. I have now been advised to have this tooth removed completely and get an implant. The new provider also mentioned they believed I didn't originally need the root canal at all. I went back to Miracle Smiles and retrieved my dental records, which I found a referral to have the piece of the tool removed. I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS BY THE DR. This oversight should and is being viewed as negligence. I came to this practice in a vulnerable time of need and got nothing but pain, rushed care, negligence, and now THOUSANDS more in bills to correct their mistakes. If you value your oral health and financial stability, avoid this place. Learn from my experience.
Negative experience: Do NOT go here. I have never had a worse dental experience. While they were “cleaning” my teeth they had on a veterinary show and the doctor was cutting into a horse. The doctor hit my teeth purposely with a thick metal tool end asking if I felt pain which I didn’t. The next few days I had to take pain killers as the trauma to my mouth was so painful. I was traumatized by this entire experience and would not recommend this place to anyone. I left private feedback and they never once reached out to apologize.

They’re explaining everything. They got very nice plans that you can get on if you don’t have insurance I will recommend anybody to that dentist. The ladies are perfect. They were amazing. They explained everything I need to know they were patient with me even though I was nervous they make you very comfortable and not make you worry or have anxiety. they have the most laid-back personalities and will answer anything for you. Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency after cracking my tooth and was in a lot of pain. I called around to several clinics, but the earliest anyone could see me was Monday. When I called Miracle Smile, they were able to get me in the same day. Dr. Nisha and Thais did an amazing job—quick, professional, and truly caring throughout the whole process. Fantastic experience: I was very hesitant to go to the dentist after a bad experience last year, I am very pleased to have found Dr Modi and the entire staff at miracle dental. Booking the appointment was a very easy experience and the scheduling staff was accommodating. The office was very nice and I immediately felt comfortable with the atmosphere and music choices! As someone with chronic pain I really appreciated the advanced Xray equipment that made the Xray experience more comfortable. Dr Modi was patient while performing my cleaning and also explained my Xray findings with Clear imaging on a Tv screen so I could clearly see the problem areas. The hygienist also was very kind and gave me product recommendations. This is somewhere I would absolutely recommend and I feel comfortable going back for twice yearly cleanings.

Fantastic experience: Got me in quick. Communication was very good and easy to schedule, come in, discussed my treatment needed. Provider had great bedside manners, kept me calm, made sure I was comfortable in an uncomfortable environment. Great support staff as well. No issues at all.

I’m no stranger to dental work and have spent countless hours undergoing various procedures over the years—cleanings, fillings, multiple root canals, crowns, recrowns, wisdom tooth extractions, and more. In the past, I’ve required gas and numbing shots due to my anxiety at the dentist. While I still need multiple shots for procedures, the team at Miracle Smile has been fantastic! Fantastic experience: Absolutely recommend Miracle Smile Dental to anyone. There was little to no wait time and staff was so kind and coordinating. Took me in as a last minute patient even though it was so late in the day. I was in so much pain but they were so gentle skilled and I’m feeling so much better now. Dr. Modi is amazing she’s so kind and explains everything she’s doing. Definitely recommend coming here especially if you’re someone with dental anxiety. This establishment is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nisha Modi is one of the best dentist that we have work with, she's our Family Dentist, she takes care of her patients very well and provides best dental services, My 6 you daughter was very scared to visit dentist but doc did the whole visit in very playful manner and my daughter didn't realized the check up is done and her viggli milk tooth is been removed. Fantastic experience: This was an amazing experience. Everyone was so nice. The doctor gave great tips that I can use at home. Everyone worked as a team which made a normally uncomfortable experience quick and efficient. My teeth feel better than they have ever felt after leaving the dentist. This is the thorough cleaning I desire without the pain and discomfort i usually feel. My teeth are squeaky clean and minty fresh.

Fantastic experience: 10 out 10!!! The very best dental place I have ever been to where the staff is amazing in customer service. Theresa was very helpful in getting me in as soon as I walked through the door and she seen how bad I was hurting. I couldn't even talk. The lady who took my X-ray was very gentle and caring. The dentist who pulled my tooth was also awesome at walking me through everything. Of course the worse part was the numbing medicine but they was right by my side to get my anxiety right back down so they could finish the job

Fantastic experience: Amazing! Kind! Caring! Understanding! Attentive! Seriously do not look anywhere else for dental care. Teresa up at the front was absolutely incredible! She was very kind, sweet, answered all of my questions, worked with me and my boyfriend, and she made it possible for him to come in to get an emergency tooth extraction. I did not catch her name but the lady who took his X-ray pictures was also very sweet, kind, and understanding of our situation. The dentist was also incredible. Although shots in the gums are extremely painful, she made sure to give my boyfriend enough numbing medicine so he did not feel any pain whatsoever during the extraction. Also huge kudos to Miss Teresa for trying to calm my boyfriend down after the shots of numbing medicine. Seriously every single staff member here went above and beyond for us. Thank you all so much for being amazing to us! This place is definitely about customer service. Also they're really affordable with their pricing and did not break the bank. Thank y'all again so much!

Miracle Smile Dental provided the best dental experience I’ve had across seven states that I’ve called home. Dr. Modi and her team are beyond amazing. I’ve had really poor past dental experiences with other offices, and I’ve had really great ones, so I can genuinely say that this dental office is exceptional and the people are why. From first step inside to the last step out the door, I felt welcomed and cared for. The subject matter expertise, kindness, and teamwork was so impressive. I left feeling super confident about my smile and my treatment plan. Additionally, scheduling was so flexible and convenient. While I’d love to gatekeep this little gem tucked away in Aubrey, I had to share my experience. I’m super excited to have a new dental team after a year of searching. Also, Theresa the DA (future RDH) is a complete rockstar!

Fantastic experience: All the ladies here are wonderful. Very gentle and incredibly skilled. I was having such a a bad day, and ended up having to bring all my kids to the dentist with me. These ladies were understanding and so kind to me on top of being very good at what they do. The injections didn't hurt like they've hurt at previous dentists, and my sensitive gums feel great! I have far less sensitivity now and I just couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Modi took care of an emergency situation immediately after another dentist left me hanging. :) She was very gentle with the extractions, completely numbed me, and I'm in less pain afterwards than I usually am after a tooth is pulled.
