Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee was wonderful. He listened to my concerns, respected my choices in my future plan of care, and provided a thorough assessment of my head, jaw, and neck. As a widow of a wonderful man who lost his life to head/neck cancer that frustratingly went undetected for over a year of his complaints to multiple providers, I was surprised that a dentist took the time to do this and sincerely appreciated his assessment. I apologize for the sudden tears at my visit, but in a world of providers that are seemingly always in a rush, Dr. Lee is a gem for taking the time to do this.

I came to this Dental office after being with one Dentist for thirty years, and I was pleasantly surprised how easy the transition was.

Negative experience: While they did get me in a short manner they fell short of doing a good job. I was hit in the face with a metal piece. Needed two front teeth capped/repaired. I have a white cap already to the right of the picture that I specifically asked them not to grind too much off. Clearly they took more than what they should have. This changed my whole smile! My best feature above that they used some substandard plastic or porcelain to replace and it almost immediately turned a grey hue and was clearly not color matched. They also tilted whenever they cemented it in which affected my singing and speech. This may not mean a lot to them but for an individuals face of all things, it's very disappointing and devastating. It would cost me thousands of dollars that I do not have to repair this. Affordable doesn't always mean good work. I had a detailed conversation and they assured me they could do what I needed. No, I did not pay them the remaining $1,000 balance. Buyer beware **RESPONSE to OWNER: it was under my last name but at this point it's mute. I reached out several times to rectify situation and your staff ignored me.

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised today when the staff was able to work me in for an unscheduled adjustment. I called in the morning to explain the problem, which was somewhat complicated, and was put on hold so that Dr. Lee could be consulted. When the gal came back, she said, “Can you come in this morning?” A few hours later, my problem was fixed! I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. For several decades I have driven for 45 minutes to get to this office and will continue to do so, in spite of having plenty of other dentists near where I live.

Fantastic experience: Great service as usual! Everyone is always cheery and great at their job too. Love Angie and Gwen especially. I have known Angie since I moved the PP when my kids were little, 30+ years ago and worked with Gwen years before she joined the dental office. They are both great irreplaceable employees.

I have been through multiple Dentists in this office over the years and they have all been great! 24 years ago I had to spend a year in Michigan. I went to a dentist there for a cleaning who told me I needed a ton of work or many of my teeth would be bad within 5 years. Fillings replaced, teeth pulled, etc. Told him I would wait. Came back to Texas and the Dentist here said no way - your teeth are great. Had an appointment for a cleaning today and all is still great. Love knowing I am cared for by someone who is honest and doesn’t try to convince me to have work done that I don’t need! Highly recommended!

And if you do, she'll go back & work at whatever you felt until you are satisfied.

Fantastic experience: Let’s face it, dentists offices usually are not the most popular places to go, and for me that’s always been the case. My teeth have been sensitive for as long as I can remember. However, there is no one or no group of people I would rather trust with my dental care than the fine folks at Pilot Point Dentistry. I have been a patient there for at least 20 years. I grin and bear getting my teeth cleaned every six months…like you’re supposed to…even though that part is definitely not my favorite, but I know my teeth are in the hands of professionals and I appreciate the gentleness of the hygienists. There is no one or no dentist office I would entrust with the care of my teeth. If I have any problems, they are extremely quick to get me in and get it checked out and get it fixed. Every person that works at Pilot Point Dentistry from the front office staff, to the hygienists, dental assistants, technicians, to the dentists themselves are all there to make sure your dental experience is the absolute best. Thanks to Gwen and Angie for always taking care of me.
