These ladies are SO nice, no BS and up front. That explain everything for both child and parent and are well equipped, have great personalities and are really good ad keeping the kids calm. Negative experience: Definitely go here if you want the dentist to slather on fluoride without asking.

Fantastic experience: My son doesn’t do well at the dentist so I was worried about how he would do getting his 2 teeth pulled. The dentist was beyond amazing. He kept him calm and talked him through the whole thing. He told him in the calmest voice that he was in control of himself and it really helped my kiddo.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with the service my son received at iKids. He loves going into the “movie room” and watching his shows. The front desk staff is really sweet and nice. The doctors and other clinicians are super understanding. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My family and I travel 35+ minutes because of how incredible the dentist and women are at this Denton location. Yolanda was incredibly patient and empathetic to my anxious child and myself. We have nightmare dentist stories and can finally leave those in the past thanks to the environment and kindness along with professionality at iKids Pediatric Dentistry Denton.

Negative experience: Gave a star because the staff was friendly but the service felt rushed . The dentist was rushing because she had 5 other patients waiting to see her at the same time . I would not recommend and will not be taking my children there .

Fantastic experience: Chloe was absolutely amazing!!! She was patient and adapted to what my daughter with autism needed to make her dentistry visit pleasant. She was fun and because of her positive energy my autistic daughter responded great.

Fantastic experience: Let me start with how much I DESPISE dentists...especially PEDIATRIC dentists. Most (not all) are money hungry and out to make a buck. They could not truly care about the paitent (especially a child) they just want the money. Once again not all and probably not truly the goal but it is how one is made to feel. NOT HERE!!!!!! This pediatric dental office is AMAZING from A-Z. The office staff, the doctors, the assistans Everyone. They make sure every piece of the puzzle flows smoothly and that your child is as comfortable as possible. We started with MAJOR teeth issues and ALOT of work that needed to be done. Work that other pediatric dentists quoted us 6-10k for (which makes no sense on baby teeth). Their cost was wwwwaaaayyyyy less than anyone else had quoted. They took care of it two days later (Wed is their sedation/major dental day) AND my little one did not flip out during the process (previous dentists have caused MAJOR anxiety just through cleaningd). Madison was absolutely AMAZING and a huge saver on the billing end. She went above and beyond when she did not have to and I am SUPER thankful for her and her doing more than she had to. She has no idea how much she helped. I hope the management and owners of this location recognize that "something special" she has and that she (in my humble opinion) is a HUGE part of the reason people return. Today we returned for a cleaning (now that we have had everything fixed we need to keep it up right?). The cleaning process was just as amazing. Chloe is always kind and super paitent with the kids. The hygenist noticed that my little one was a little nervous so she worked with her, explained and showed her everything she was doing and it turned out to be a wonderful cleaning. Dr. Smith is always super thorough, gentle and kind to the children. If you are looking for a dental office that will not leave you feeling like you've been ripped off and makes you want to bring your child back for the next cleaning or thing that needs to be done....THIS is the place. Don't not walk, run!!!!!!

Negative experience: Had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon and received a text (no personal phone call) stating that they are not able to keep the afternoon appointment, but can be seen earlier in the day. This is unprofessional to attempt to change an appointment time for the same day. I asked to have a note stating that the appointment was canceled to show the school, and I never received a note. This has happened 2 times already. I would have gladly rescheduled for another day if I had received a phone call.

Positive experience: Taking away one star bc when I got there last time the front desk girls where taking pics of each other and I was just standing there waiting for them to be done. Sure it was Halloween but that was unprofessional. Eventually I gave up and sat down. Taking off a second star because the dentist said my son had a “very big” cavity that needed to be taken care of. I asked her how this was possible if we were just there 6 months ago. Apparently they missed it on the last X-ray because they didn’t get the angle right. I’m pretty frustrated about that and it definitely is making me lose confidence in them.

Positive experience: The receptionist Chloe was very kind when speaking to her today. She was empathetic about my travel concerns with my son's treatment and wanted to help get me in touch with a hospital coordinator. The clinic did a good job hiring their staff. Thank you☺️

They both made sure my daughter was comfortable, explained what they were doing, how certain things would feel and made my daughter overall comfortable! Fantastic experience: I really appreciate to follow-ups appts given before or during services. We don't have to fumble around to remember to get before we leave. Awesome! Communication with doctor and the staff are superb, friendly to everyone that enters. Lobby is nice and clean and they even have an movie area where the children to go and watch their cartoons. I like that.

Negative experience: Initially, I liked this this Dentist office. However, after having to go through HELL, just to get a doctors note For my child’s appointment, WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I am on my childhood performs. I am the only name on all of their documentation. I am the one that pays the bill And makes the appointments. So, it is absolutely ridiculous. That I am unable to get a doctors note without driving all the way to the doctor. I get off work at six. And they close at five. Recently, my job started requesting doctors notes. So I have been going back in collecting notes from the last couple months from all of my doctors and my children’s doctors. This dentist is out of the way, but I liked it so we continued going. While they’re not willing to email me a note (they said too many notes were being forged) for an appointment that my child had last month, they are willing to put it in an envelope outside their front door, so I can pick it up when I get off work. Which will still require me to drive 15 minutes out of the way which adds an additional 30 minutes to my commute home - which is in the other direction. This also would allow for a random strangers to come and pick up a note containing some of my daughters personal information. It’s wild that they automatically assumed that everybody is forging these notes. It’s also wild that they would rather make the assumption that everybody is forging, notes, Rather than protect the privacy of their patients.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE experience - we brought our 5-year little girl here for a simple check-up and cleaning. It was obvious they were cramming in as many patients as possible; there was little to no communication with us as we watched the hygienists scurry around the office from one station to the next. The doctor didn't say a word to us after the cleaning and checking her teeth, she just got up and left; she didn't say she had a cavity or explain which tooth the cavity was in, nothing. We didn't even know the appointment was over until we asked if we could leave. It wasn't until my wife displayed her dissatisfaction on the way out that someone told us she needed to start a treatment plan! How would we have known? UNBELIEVABLE. After this next follow-up appointment, we will not be back.

Fantastic experience: Could not have had a better experience than we just had getting my Daughters teeth cleaned for the first time at ikids Pediatric Dentistry. She has extreme anxiety around going to the dentist and they went above and beyond to ensure she felt safe, comfortable and understand every step of the process. She left with a smile on her face and feeling so proud of herself.

While there everything my granddaughter had done we were informed and told what the process would be like. They were both very professional and possessed great kid friendly practices. Location is perfect, the wait wasn’t long which was great for us, and gave us the discount they offered online without me having to mention it. My 4 year old daughter usually gets nervous going to the dentist but they made her feel more at ease and explained everything they were gonna do before they did it. Fantastic experience: Best pediatric dentist nearby we drive 40 minutes just because my children feel so safe and comfortable with all the staff. From the front desk to the doctors everyone is phenomenal. Maddie was incredible about going to extra mile for my kids. Mrs. V was so patient and great.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my LO to the iKids Denton location since she was 2 years old. They are always kind, it is a calm happy environment and I feel has set us up for success to have no fear of the dentist. Thank you to all the staff for making my LO feel comfortable with keeping her teeth healthy! Today was her first big kid cleaning and Ms. V was beyond sweet and helpful with educating about what goes into having your teeth cleaned! Thank you!

Negative experience: The staff is aware when patients request the advertised special and choose to not honor the pricing. You will pay $300 for the dentist to spend 3 minutes with your child.

Negative experience: $300 for the dentist to spend approximately 3 minutes with my 2 year old. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t get the $99 pricing I saw online, and was the SOLE reason I booked online. No I did not mention that during the online booking. While in the waiting room I literally heard the girls say “does [my child’s name that is unique and was absolute not another patient] get the $99 pricing or not?” So they knew I wanted it. I tried to not be confrontational when leaving and was told it was $300 for the visit. I have dental insurance. If they weren’t going to give me the $99 pricing I wanted they should’ve processed my insurance. I requested cash pay because I wanted to spend $100 for 3 minutes of my time, not $300. My husband called and they told us it was my fault for not mentioning the pricing when I booked online. That’s fine I’ll make sure everyone knows that they are aware of the lower pricing people see advertised and just choose to not give it to them. I would love to modify my review for a higher rating because the staff was nice, the facility was clean, and it would’ve been nice to find a dentist that was honest and valued me as a patient. Guess not!

The staff were super friendly and helped both kids feel completely at ease. Maddison, our hygienist, along with the doctor (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch), were incredibly informative, patient, and attentive to our children’s needs. The best part? No tears, sparkling clean teeth, and we left feeling like more confident, informed parents. Huge thanks to the whole team for such a positive visit

Negative experience: I will not use this office. I called to cancel my kids appointments due to having pneumonia and let them know I would schedule when I was back working and could cover the co pay. I received a voicemail from Madison stating there were other treatment options available. I called back and spoke with her and she stated that she normally puts notes but did not on my child’s account and that there were no other options that they just wanted to schedule her appointment. She said that she would put a note that I would call back. I openly expressed that should have taken place when I spoke to the person when I cancelled and I would appreciate not getting calls unless it is a confirmation call or directly related to treatment, she then asked if I would like to deactivate my children’s account. I have found another dentist that can provide the treatments my children need while providing exceptional customer service. And have deactivated my children’s accounts with ikids specifically because of the voicemail stating there were other treatment options available when there was not and the lack of customer service and tone in Madison’s voice.

Positive experience: Madison's customer service at front desk and on phone was very welcoming and friendly. Kristal (office manager) had a great bedside manner, she made my daughter who has dental anxiety feel comfortable and at ease. Good customer service is hard to find these days but between those two ladies, they were exceptional.

Fantastic experience: It's a busy office. Friendly staff. We had a hiccup with my son not wanting to drink some medication (part of a sensory issue he has) but thankfully someone on the staff helped him get through it. Overall we had a good experience.

Fantastic experience: My son is autistic and screams when we try to brush his teeth. I warned the staff that he will scream and I didn't want to scare the other kids. The kept reassuring me that it's ok. The Dr came in and wasn't intimidated by our situation. He got right in there with all the care and cleaned his teeth and was in and out. Overall I was super pleased with the staff and the dentist. Definitely have recommended to my sister n law and neighbor to take their little ones.

Positive experience: Nice clinic. Friendly staff. I’ve never been to a dentist office where they give you your next 6 months appointment before you see the dentist. That is genius. No waiting afterwards to get one. Nice touch. The only thing that was a little time consuming was the wait time for your appointment. Our appointment was for 11 but we didn’t get called back until 11:20 that’s after I had to ask how long it would be before seeing the dentist. Other than that, everything thus far was nice. Also, our first time going to that clinic.

They were all so welcoming and made my baby feel so comfortable. They also were super understanding in my decision to not use fluoride. This place is wonderful to say the least.

Everyone from the receptionist, assistants, techs, to the doctor were involved, attentive, and hands on with my kiddos every step of the way. My 3yr old LOVED his X-ray session the most.
