Fantastic experience: Dr. Saili Rekha was good with respect to treatment of my root canal crown. She was very patient and very good clinic experience with staff, nurse and doctor. I didn’t have dental insurance but Dr. Rakhi took really good care of that for a reasonable price. I am very happy with my experience. Thank you so much Dr. Saili Rekhi

Negative experience: Wish I would have read through the negative reviews before scheduling here, but I was happy to have found a place that was open Saturdays. I was quoted four different prices for cleaning- one when setting the appointment ($175), one a few days before when they called to confirm ($75), one at check in ($55-turns out this was just for x-rays), and then one after evaluating my teeth (see below). Obviously, prices can change based on the state of your teeth but three estimates were totally different prior to even seeing my teeth. The dental hygienist was nice but kept getting my own spit all over my face when taking x-rays and making the 3d map of my teeth. She left and said the doctor would be in. She did not measure my gum pockets or do any sort of cleaning at this point and I started to become uneasy. I've never had the doctor come in BEFORE cleaning and I started to feel like they were about to try and upsell me on my visit when all I wanted was a cleaning. The doctor recommended I get three different fillings in three different teeth. In all my dentist visits in my life, I have never had a cavity in any of my adult teeth. The doctor was careful not to use the word cavity. She said she wanted to "even out" my molars so food won't get stuck in the cracks and cause cavities. I saw the x-rays, my teeth looked really solid. One of my teeth had previously chipped and was filled in by a former dentist. It's held up really well over the years and I have had no issues with it, but it is discolored. The doctor said it looked like it was falling apart (it's not) and would probably need to be fixed (it doesn't). After I told her it was find she poked it and said yeah it's probably fine because it doesn't feel mushy. I told them I did not want to do any fillings today and just wanted a cleaning. They presented me with an estimate for over $1000 for the cleaning and the fillings. The cleaning alone was $460 because they said they would need to do a deep cleaning due to gum irritation. Once again, at no point did they measure my gums or anything to actually check the health of them aside from visually seeing irritation. I asked them how much it would be do just do a normal cleaning. They said they could do a normal cleaning except for one small section of my mouth. I was like okay how much will that be? They came back with another estimate for $350 and told me they have some sort of loan plan if I couldn't afford it, which wasn't at all the issue. The issue was I did not trust their treatment plan. All in all, I spent an hour there and did not get my teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Denton Family Dental Clinic was very professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with how they were able to walk me through my first visit with them. They listened to my concerns and worked with me to get the care I needed. The appointment had different staff members go through my care plan so I knew what was happening and didn’t have any surprises. They did offer additional services they thought I needed but I understand it’s a business. Overall, I thought the experience went well and I will be back in 6 months! I was asked to leave this review at the end of my appointment but I did feel I had a good experience with this office.

Negative experience: Do not go to this place!!! I never had an issue with my uvula before with any other dentist until I came here my uvula is dangling in my back of my throat where it’s touching my tongue and I been have issues of having tonsil stones coming out that I never had before since I came here I been so tired of my issue I never had any problems not ones until I came.

Negative experience: This clinic had been okay for cleanings though sometimes I would be waiting for prolonged periods in between X-rays and the actual cleaning. I recently got fillings and I DO NOT RECOMMEND them for fillings at all! I went once and had a lot of sensitivity afterwards. I went in to get it looked at and the doctor was fine quickly redoing the fillings in 30-40 minutes. It felt rushed and improperly done. She numbed me but only waited a minute before she started drilling and then seemed confused that I was still sensitive. These redos have been almost worse than the original. I have gone to a new dentist today and they only deemed these fillings “acceptable”. It’s been so annoying to not be able to eat comfortably for almost a month. There are some sweet people at the office, but I would never trust them with deeper treatments than a cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Needed some work done due to neglectful dental hygiene over the years. I went in on the first visit and got a cleaning done as well as an oral evaluation. Dr.Rekhi did a full oral evaluation with scans and worked up an oral treatment plan to get me back on track to a healthy smile. However, I was not in the financial position to cover all of the cost immediately, but thankfully they were able to work with me and set up a payment plan that allowed me to afford my treatment. Fast forward to today and I am finished with my oral treatment plan and I'm now able to eat an entire Caniac combo with a large Hi-C pain and worry free thanks to Dr.Rekhi and her staff. They are absolutely wonderful all the way from the front desk staff to the dental hygienists and dental assistants. I will definitely be sticking with them for many years to come. Looking forward to my next cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Rekhi for the past 5 years. I’ve always loved her work, she is a perfectionist! She is friendly, compassionate, and very professional. I have a lot of bad experiences with dentists who ruined my teeth. But now when ever I visit Dr Rekhi, I know I’m in good hands with Dr Rekhi and her staff. I love her hygienist Cristina too. At the beginning my gum health was terrible. Thank to her good work I'm doing perfectly fine now. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel is always so amazing when I go in to see her. They are on time and treat me very kindly. The front desk staff are also great and nice to talk with. I had to go in with my kids and there was a play area that they could stay in while I had my teeth cleaned.
