I told her I usually have anxiety at the dentist office but she made feel at ease and she was very professional. She did a great job and the dentist took his time and asked me questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I definitely would recommend Stone Creek Dental to anyone needing a good dentist.

Negative experience: I usually have nothing but positive experiences here, but today I recieved the worst customer care of my life. The Dental Hygienist sat there and lectured me, made harmful assumptions, and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I am someone who has more work needed than usual, but that does not excuse her condencensing behavior. Frankly, this was all outrageous. No, not the typical "floss more" or anything like that, but over and over harping on a detail (that she knew nothing about). When I told her: hey, I'm an adult, no need to lecture, I understood you the first time, please do not speak to me this way. She got super defensive, instead of a real apology, she said: I'm sorry you feel that way. She took zero accountability, talking over me over and over. At this point I was full on crying and left the cleaning. I went up to the front desk and asked for a new appointment with a new hygienist. At this point as I am telling the manager what happened, they hygienist starts shouting at me! She says: I'm a person too. I enjoy my job." And repeats herself from inside the room. I have to tell her to leave me alone. She was literally standing there yelling at me! I tell her that that was why I left, that fhere was no need for us both to sit there and go through the appointment uncomfortabley. She finally leaves, but only after essentially throwing a tantrum. I continued talking to the manager but honestly got no real resolve other than to reschedule and get a different hygienist. Unless a real resolution is made, I cannot and do not recommend this place.

Negative experience: Assistant was friendly, dentist not sure about one x-ray displaying anomaly, manager "not user friendly." During call to schedule appointment received self-pay estimate and confirmed service out-of-pocket cost of $99. Made appointment, but once seen Manager went over treatment plan, which was over $688. She explained the $99 was the $80 office visit and $19 for two teeth to be x-rayed. Dentist aware of extreme pain, but let me leave without a prescription for inflammation or pain. I do not recommend for elderly, disabled patients living on fixed income with no dental insurance. Explains the 4 different pamphlets for credit provider's.

Fantastic experience: I love my Dentist office I got 5 crowns and 1 root canal. Mr. Ferguson said one was at an odd angle so he refered me to a specialist for the root canal and they did amazing as well! Also I had an extra root so 4 roots total so great call on his part! He thought I’d need a second root canal but he was honest and said it wasn’t needed after all so they are honest forsure! Tara is amazing as well she can take a joke and she is very professional! Tonya is the MUSCLE if they can’t get the Floss to go through they call the big guns and she will get it done! Anhelis is amazing to she is great at arguing with my annoying insurance! She also helped save me a lot of money with discounts! Brittini is my Hygenist and she taught me I’m allergic to teeth whitening toothpaste and or Sulfates my mouth was being skinned alive everyday and I enjoy brushing a lot more now! I also just started my Invisiline journey and they have fully taken care of me each and every visit! I lied and told them I swallowed my permanent crown when they did a dry fit test and they took the joke great My girlfriend is going to do a consultation for a bridge or Dental Implant coming up as well! If you come here you will be in GREAT hands and not just seen as another $ sign! Mr. Ferguson is the only Guy I trust with his fingers or drills in my mouth

Fantastic experience: I am a Vietnam Vet. If you have any doing with the outside of regular V A system you know it is very hard,but Stone Creek went to the next level in helping to obtaining the necessary permission to giving me the treatment needed.

Fantastic experience: Let’s just start off by saying the staff is amazing. My journey started about 3-4 years ago with the VA…very long story. I received my implant from the VA but they(VA) lost the crown that was to be used for my implant; after numerous communication with the VA we were able to get the model used for the implant. Needless to say I have a crown for my implant. Awesome staff!! Recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I had a bad tooth attached to a bridge. Doc was able to safe the tooth that is still good. He just cut the bridge and extracted the bad tooth. If was so patient with my anxiety swings. They did an amazing job and the entire office was so caring. I highly recommend Dr. Ferguson and staff.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment as a first time patient for a simple cleaning, however, the rudeness of the front staff caused me to cancel and refuse to use this office. I was quite confused and honestly appalled on why they were so rude for no reason. It was very disappointing and frustrating to have to deal with it when it was so unnecessary. The owners need to invest in better training or hire better people.

Mia is a thorough and kind hygienist. But mostly I keep coming back to this office because of Branigan. He is just really good at his job. I have a bit of a phobia and he was the most calming dental assistant I’ve ever encountered. I was able to get through long needed procedures thanks to him.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit with Dr.Ferguson and I had oral surgery completed and I can not begin to express how amazing Dr.Ferguson and his staff are. I have never gotten this procedure done before and Dr.Ferguson made sure to walk me through every step and explain through the entire procedure he was very reassuring and gentle.
