Fantastic experience: I initially had an appointment with Aspen for an infected broken tooth I needed extracted. I sat there for 2 hours only for them to tell me "they were running behind and could no longer see me". I started googling other dentist around as I was in pain and needed this done immediately and I found premier health. They got me in within an hour and preformed the extraction for me. They treated me so well and were so kind and empathetic. I 100 % recommend this office for any dental needs!

Fantastic experience: Five stars aren’t enough. I had an old silver filling break abruptly and was super worried that it had deep decay and could result in further breakage, a root canal, crown, or worse! Working in dental for the last 10 years, I had every opportunity to return to other doctors I’ve worked for to fix this. I worked with Dr. Lauren and her assistant/manager Jerri about 5 years ago. Still to this day I tell people if I had something break, needed a crown, absolutely anything aesthetic, or had an emergency, they are the two I would call. That still stands true. After a quick and painless procedure(the numbing part took longer than the procedure because she’s just that good!) , I was in and out, and my tooth was back in tiptop shape. They put my worried mind at ease that the break wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought(phew!) and I’m also rid of that old silver filling! I can’t say enough good things about this office, doctor, or staff! Thanks Dr. Lauren you’re the BEST!

Positive experience: It seems like when the doctor comes in I’m taking her away from another patient No real conversation like there is with the hygienist. And, when I have a quarterly cleaning, she often doesn’t come in at all. For what I pay for a cleaning, I expect a final check by her.

Negative experience: I paid 150 for sedation pills that didn't work they actually made me more awake and then a additional 90 dollars for gas they took off after 20 mins "cause it was in the way". I shouldn't have went back after how the doctor treated me the first time I went but I gave her a second chance and that was my fault. If you have real damage to your teeth or don't like judgmental dentist's, this is NOT the dentist for you. Everyone else in the office is amazing and lovely except the doctor, especially the hygienist and Jerry they are amazing, just wish the doctor was better all around and you know don't judge or discriminate people. You are ment to help people not ruin the trust with anyone else in your profession.

Negative experience: Horrible, did an x-ray said they found nothing as I had horrible tooth pain, tried to pawn me off to see if I need a root canal, I found a local dentist the next day that took my x ray found a had a bad filling and fixed it the same day. Please do not waste your money here

Fantastic experience: I had a crown pop off over the weekend and when I called on Monday morning, the office worked me in right away. Dr. Van Ee did an evaluation and will be able to save my tooth and rework a crown. I'm very pleased with the care and consideration all the personnel in this office show their patients. Fantastic experience: I received superb care today from Dr. Van Ee, Jerri, and Jessica for about four hours of time. I needed care for two adjacent teeth for replacement crowns on both. Jessica, especially, needed to work extensively on both teeth.

Fantastic experience: After completing the invisalign treatment I was having excessive food trapped after meals, due to the angle of my teeth (I had a lot of teeth pulled when I was younger). They did another, shortened, treatment and now it's perfect. They were very easy to work with and I'm very happy with the end result!

Negative experience: SCAMMER ALERT!!! I was told by Dr. Lauren that I had gum disease and I needed a deep cleaning and that I had multiple cavities. I told her we don’t have insurance and I can’t afford a deep cleaning and she said “well either you pay for the deep cleaning or all your teeth will fall out which would you rather do?” She was SO RUDE. I take great care of my teeth and was so confused how I had an incurable gum disease. So I’ve been extremely anxious about this for a year and haven’t visited a dentist since and I’ve been so scared I’m going to lose my teeth. Fast forward a year later, I go to another dentist and get tons of X-rays, photos, and tests taken and he actually SHOWS ME the X-Rays and he tells me my teeth are in great condition. I don’t even have gingivitis, let alone an incurable gum disease. And I don’t even have any cavities that need filled. DR LAUREN IS A SCAMMER!!!!

Negative experience: 100% Disappointed. I spoke to 2 people and explained that I needed a tooth extraction. When I got there (24 Jun), they told me (after my 7th X-Ray in June) the dentist who was there didn't do extractions. They offered to send me to another facility in Oakwood for an extraction on Friday. They said the girl that scheduled me was a temp. But, I talked to more than one person. I hate to be lied to.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lauren and sidekick Jessica invested close to 2 hours filling in all the 'potholes' and restoring surfaces of my ten heavily-worn incisors so I can once again cleanly bite through things such as lettuce as well as not having sharp snaggle points lacerating my tongue. Outstanding job.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lauren Van Ee worked me into her schedule quickly. She has a gentle touch and a reassuring manner. After all, most of us do not look forward to our dental appointments. Fantastic experience: My appointment was scheduled for 9am. I was back and getting X-Rays at 8:55. The front office staff was so kind, and helpful. The cleaning I had was the best I’ve ever had. I felt like she detailed every tooth in my mouth! The Dentist explained everything to me, asked if I had questions. She even asked what I was wanting to do not just what needed to be done. A plan was written up and payment options were given. Very Satisfied with my visit. Thank you everyone for making my visit so pleasant.

Positive experience: Got me in quickly for dental pain. Staff was friendly and personable. The doctor exuded competence. She presented me with a comprehensive (and expensive) treatment plan, but did not discuss options, priorities, risks, etc.

Fantastic experience: The staff is AMAZING! I was an anxious mess coming here as I usually am going to the dentist. They were kind, understanding and helped me relax as much as possible. I specifically chose Premier Dental because of the oral sedation available to help me with my anxiety of coming to the dentist. I already love these people and I’m much more comfortable coming back!
