Fantastic experience: The technician that was with me was extremely friendly and did an excellent job on examining my teeth and cleaning them. She seemed to really care about me as a person and asked questions. She also did a great job explaining everything and answering all of my questions. I scheduled an appointment for next week to have my dental work done. So far though, it has been an excellent experience.

Fortunately I did not need anything but a cleaning. But Dr. Turgeon is an excellent dentist when I have needed any other dental work.

Fantastic experience: My FIRST experience with Dr. Turgeon at Elite Family Dentistry, was deja vu from my FIRST appointment with Dr. Jason Dupree! The nice, new office and pleasant atmosphere, the friendly receptionist greeting me by name, only a brief wait, and being escorted to an exam room by one of the sweetest assistants EVER (Teresa), whose warm personality immediately assured me that, as a new patient of Elite Family Dentistry, "they WERE going to take care of me!" When Teresa had finished her "prelims," Julie came in with a smile (to help relax me, I'm sure) to give me the shot, which was quick and painless! On her way out of the room, Dr. Turgeon was coming in to do the root canal and fillings. He and Teresa make a great team--this was NOT their first rodeo!! Listening to them talk as Dr. Turgeon was working, I could "hear" their expertise and knowledge; and their skills were evident in how EFFICIENTLY they worked. As he worked, he continually showed compassion by asking "Are you alright?" Also, Teresa would inform me of what she was about to do each time and tell me of any discomfort I might feel--NO SURPRISES! Everyone that I interacted with was professional yet friendly, accommodating, compassionate, efficient, and experts in their respective roles--the receptionist, Teresa, Julie, and Dr. Turgeon--; and I was thinking to myself "This is how it was at Dr. Dupree's Office!" Yes, deja vu is what I experienced! The other thought is: "God is good, all the time; and all the time, God is good!" I had prayed about the anxiety over switching dentists with work still remaining to be done. And I remembered Phillipians 4:6, which reminds us to be anxious for nothing, pray about everything, and thank God when He answers. So, now I thank God for Dr. Jonathan Turgeon and Elite Family Dentistry!!!

Fantastic experience: I thought you said you were pulling 2 teeth. Kinda glad you pulled all 4. Everything went well, although I had one spot that bled for several hours. Seems to have stopped now. I haven't tried putting in the retainer because I'm afraid it'll start bleeding again. So far so good.

The dental hygienist did a quick exam to update Dr Turgeon on why I was there. He and the hygienist worked vey quickly to solve my problem and I was in and out in what I thought was a amazing short period of time. After trying to get into dentists in NWA, and seeing the prices, I made the 6 hour drive back to Bossier to get some fillings and a root canal done. In and out, quick and painless. Still saved money and didn't have all of the scheduling runaround that I was getting in north Arkansas.

Fantastic experience: When I arrived the receptionist was friendly and my wait time was minimal. Once in the back my dental hygienist, Inez, was wonderful. She was kind enough to answer all of my questions, I did not feel rushed during my initial exam or cleaning. Once the doctor came in they both went over my dental plan thoroughly. The environment is friendly and relaxed but yet professional and clean. Definitely ask for Inez when making your appointment.
