Negative experience: Dr Christine Anthony, I’m not normally one of those people that leaves a review, but after the experience I had today, I felt compelled to share my review. What an ignorant and callous dentist?! I only came because you guys accepted my Medicaid, but I also have commercial insurance. During our visit, you mentioned that my insurance wouldn’t cover a partial denture/bridge. When I asked you how much it would cost, you flat out REFUSED to even give me a price. Even though I would’ve paid out-of-pocket same day for the cost of the partial or bridge that you made. I only came to you for an extraction and a bridge not a lecture. Aspen Dental AND A Brighter Smile BOTH did extensive imaging of my mouth and said that a filling is not going to hold on this tooth but you recommended a filling. If it was a simple as a filling, I would have already gotten that taken care of. They recommended that I get a root canal and a crown on the broken tooth you said was “chipped.” You couldn’t even find the right tooth that is BROKEN. I wanted the tooth completely removed so that I didn’t have to Pay $1200 for a co-pay every 10 years for a crown. Especially since I am VERY hard to anesthetize. Thank you for making me hate dentists even more than I already do. Dental work is traumatizing enough. I don’t need a dentist with a bad bedside manner being shitty towards me. If I am in a dental office and I am missing work/pay then I must l be there for a reason. I came there for help. If you don’t care about people, then don’t be a dentist. You had no desire to hear anything I had to say, even though I have been told by TWO dental offices that the tooth requires a CROWN/ROOT CANAL. There was only coldness and condescension. So you mean to tell me that those other offices were wrong and you’re the only one right? All you did during my appointment was make yourself look like an incompetent dentist.

Negative experience: The person who called me from the waiting room to the treatment room was so dry in temperament.. She took me to the ex-ray machine, took ex-ray , then asked me, “ What can I do for you today?” When I told her I came to get a broken tooth fixed, she then said, very dryly, “Oh, we don’t do that here.” My point is why didn’t she ask me first the reason why I came to the dentist office before taking the ex-ray. I assumed she knew because I wrote the reason initially on the form when checking in. I will not use them again and I will tell anyone who ask me, not to go there.

Fantastic experience: I had to have all my teeth pulled in April, 2025 and dentures that I got from previous dentist were ill fitting. Martin Dentures were amazing. I have a full set of teeth that fit better than I ever imagined. Photo is little exaggerated in how I normally smile, but I am so very happy at this point in time. Thank you Dr. McMahon and entire staff for giving me my smile back.

The entire staff and dentists are wonderful! I now have an upper denture that I can actually eat with, is comfortable and of excellent quality. The difference is like night and day. Fantastic experience: I had not been back for several years. Dr Martin did my snap on uppers and I have had Nothing done to them in 10 years!! That speaks to the quality of the service. I need lower dentures now and there is no one else I would want to do them. I actually saw them twice to make sure I understood everything.. Dr Martin is very patient, kind and professional as is everyone who I saw in the office

Negative experience: I went to this dentist to get dentures paid for their premium teeth. The nurses we're very nice. But the dentist said he was not qualified enough to make dentures to fit my mouth, and that they would forever be loose and refuse to make the dentures fit up properly. There was a quarter inch gap. In between my gum and teeth, so the dentures did not fit properly. Food would get underneath them, and they would float and cut my gums, went back and offered to pay to have them, tighten them they said it would be $200 to do so per plate. Upon going back to pick my dentures up, they were looser than they were when I dropped them off the dentist, said that he could not do nothing about it, and that I need to go somewhere else and pay someone else to tighten my teeth up. This is unprofessional and unethical, especially after he is the reason why they're so loose. The initial teeth that they made were too tight to the point that they were scratching my gums, they refitted them and made them so loose that they will not even stay still like I said the dentist has a bad attitude and does poor quality work. The denture is fading out which they are not supposed to be They are supposed to be stainless And not supposed to lose its color but they are losing their color and they're not even six months old, poor material, poor quality of work, poor markmanship, I would never recommend this company.To anyone

Negative experience: This was my 2nd or 3rd time up here was very disappointed compared to the other times 5-6 years ago. The staff up front was cordial and nice as I remember they were before. But as soon as I made it to the back with the exception of the nurse who was nice I was made to feel like they wanted nothing but to get me out the door. Was asked “why am I here” like i had a sign that said I don’t have a lot of money. I do have Medicaid and it paid for my first trip there 6 years ago minus paying for the sedation which I had no problem doing. It’s really unfair people can’t always control their financial situation. Non the less they shouldn’t treat people like trash just because they have Medicaid. Never felt so unwelcome or unwanted in a dental office before.

I'm one of "those", you know, the people who are so terrified of dentist and oral surgeons I'd rather run into a house on fire than walk in the door to their office. One of the people that make and break a dental appointment numerous times and try EVERY homeopathic "fix it" before I finally crawl thru the door sweating in desperation and terror. But these lovely and caring people have such empathy, understanding and grace mixed with knowledgeable, compassionate professionalism, they unbelievably set my fears at ease without making me feel " less than". They made my experience there a positive one! My fears were addressed and calmly put to ease. My condition and options were explained in full making sure I understood everything completely. But most of all, they did not HURT me!!! They ensured I was comfortable but physically and emotionally every step of the way! They asked numerous times if I was ok or needed a break or had any questions. While I will probably never be calm when I head to the dentist, heading here, I know I'll be safe and OK. I can't thank these Ladies enough nor sing their praises higher! Good on you. Ladies! I sincerely thank and appreciate. I can't recommend this office any higher. They are excellent in treatment, care, professionalism and product. If you are someone in need of an extraction, a partial, implant or dentures, you need look no further. You've found your home here. These wonderful Ladies will treat you like you're one of their own and graciously help you through everything calmly and completely from x-rays to financial issues. I thank you again Ladies! I walked out of there with a great big smile and I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment and journey with you to have my confidence and a beautiful smile again!!!

Positive experience: Our initial visit was great! Personally think that the process for fitting/sizing could be much better for those with transportation challenges. My uncle had 4 daily fitting appointments before even receiving his final upper denture. I had to take off work several times for return appointments only to find out that he was required to return the following week for what is hopefully the last visit. Please streamline this process. It definitely effects the patient experience and satisfaction. And is not feasible for those who rely on medical transportation or help from family.

He literally rescued me from a denture nightmare I was having with a different denture center that left me feeling embarrassed, humiliated and mortified beyond words. Positive experience: Update. I got an upper denture from these guys in early 2024. My main issue here was the condescending attitudes of some of the employees. I added another star after my experience with their competition, Affordable Denture. After them, these guys aren't that bad after all. I can handle a little condescension as long as they seem to have a grasp on the process of denture making. At least they got my front teeth line straight and the teeth would stay in with adhesive, which is more than I can say with the other place. If you're trying to choose between here and there, pick here. They aren't perfect but they're definitely better than some of the alternatives out there. 3.75 stars.

Negative experience: WORST place ever! So you charge the insurance for a top denture. We comeback for adjustments and leave with the denture so wobsided, that it's ridiculous! YOU adjusted the denture, YOU made them this way. Before the adjustments the teeth line was straight. But now WE MUST pay out of pocket for YOUR screw ups?? How the hell is that right? Yousaid it was 6 months since last visit but the denture has OCT 24 inked into the denture. Maybe YOU should dictate a little better??! This was a major failure. I hope the insurance company sees it this way too.
