Fantastic experience: Good experience. Nice staff. Clean office.

Fantastic experience: Had a filling replaced here. The dentist was very precise. He showed me the old filling on the x-ray and explained why it needed to be changed. The numbing shot didn't even hurt. I was in and out in about 45 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff

Negative experience: We do not have dental insurance so we went to Dr. Park because we heard he would work with us on the bill. Instead both our health care credit cards were maxed out. We were not told we would have to pay for the whole treatment in advance. So after 1 visit each we're changed over 7000 dollars. So even if we don't go back we still have to pay the 7000 dollars. Other than that he is an excellent dentist with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I guess I'll have to go back since I'm paying for it anyways

After talking with different staff members they really made me feel more comfortable than I've ever felt in my life . Fantastic experience: In the past, I have had horrifying dental experiences, giving me terrible anxiety about having dental work done. The staff at Smile made me feel very comfortable. My concerns were addressed in a respectful manner, and the dentist expressed his concerns equally. I was given very helpful, detailed information regarding my dental health. I was allowed to review x-rays while I was provided with information, and any questions I had were answered fully. The staff's overall concern was helping me, giving me the overall feeling that I am cared about as a person, rather than feeling like a paycheck or a nuisance as some dentist offices have made me feel. I walked in feeling very anxious, like I didn't want to be there, but I left feeling like I can't wait to let them help me feel great about my smile.

Dr. Pary explained all of my options, then let me know each step that he took to bring me relief. April was super helpful at getting me financial options, and finding something that worked for me. I don't care that it's a bit of a drive... they've got a patient for good now!

Positive experience: Dental extraction was a bit pricier than I'm used to approx $320.00. The extraction was quick and painless. I couldn't believe my wisdom tooth was already gone. I came in on Friday did xrays started antibiotics and Tuesday my problem tooth was gone. They really helped me with my emergency removal and would go to them again.

Negative experience: First off, I usually do not leave reviews. However, after the way the Doctor and the woman who did the x-rays made me feel I now feel obligated to let the public know. I will say, all of the women working the counter and answering the phone are extremely nice and this in no way is a reflection of the way they treated me. Also, the office did get me in on shirt notice. My experience with the X-ray woman, she was very unfriendly and she just looked at me like she was very judgemental. Maybe it was because I was wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt or because we were of different ethnicity, not sure. After getting the initial CT scan done and they decided to do full x-rays, they literally wouldn't do the job until I made the payment, like right then. I understand wanting to get paid, but anytime I've ever gone to a dentist, I paid as I was leaving. They made me feel as if I was going to try to skip out on them after they were finished. Also, the diagnosis the Doctor gave me was wack. I went to another dentist immediately, sitting in their parking lot as I write this actually, and they're saying that I do not need to do the work that they're recommending. It seems like this dentist office is trying to sell you a car versus giving you a proper treatment.

Everyone that works here is so sweet and caring and they want only the best for all of their patients. I have been here multiple times and have even had a root canal done here and I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Was very happy called at 7am, had app at 8:00, very great care, every thing was explained. It was a very hard extraction, tooth broke and dentist had a hard time getting it out.Price was about twice what I thought it would be but all in all I am proud they got me in office 1 hr after call and am not in such pain now!
