Fantastic experience: I work offshore....I was about to go to work for 28 days in a row....had an emergency tooth problem. the office understood my schedule....and made room for me. the next morning st 7:45 am...Dr Lowder opened the door for me and I was sitting in chair bu 7:47 am.... The good doctor got me fixed up that morning and then gave me some medication to take on the boat with me just in case it flared back up this was all before 9 AM top-notch crew front to back everybody there is top-notch

Fantastic experience: The team at Southern Roots are truly AMAZING! I take my 15 year old and 2 1/2 year old go every six months. The staff is so friendly and inviting and they remember things about you and your family. Todays visit my little one was a little fussy and the awesome Dental assistant put Bluey on while my 15 year old was getting her teeth cleaned. It meant the world to me that they did that. It calmed my toddler right down and the rest of the appointment went smoothly!

Every time I have a cleaning with Kimmie, I am impressed with her friendly, professional demeanor, and the thorough way she checks, evaluates, and cleans my teeth and gums. Fantastic experience: I have always struggled going to and finding a good dentist but I have to say, Im glad I no longer have to look. I had an amazing experience month ago getting fillings and a root canal here. (Ashley Ridge- Southern Roots) So I brought my whole family to get all of our teeth cleaned the other day. We all went back and all each got a room pretty much at once. We were all getting worked on as a family. Truly such a nice atmosphere from the music playing to Every single person that worked with us that day from the front desk to the back and the dentists were all so kind and caring. They all took their time and did not rush through the cleanings and were very thorough. Which I TRULY appreciate. They have complementary water, Coffee and even chapstick when you are done. lol Oh AND they take Care Credit!!! We All left with a cup of all things to take care of your teeth and Tshirts! Weve found our new Family dentist office! Thank you all so much again!

Dr Lowder & his professional fun staff were able to do a Same Day Crown with their in house technology and send me on my way within 2 hours ! I’m so impressed at how well I was treated as someone passing through, I can only imagine the amazing service they provide their regular patients. Thank you so much !

Fantastic experience: I just relocated to the Shreveport area and had no point of reference for a new dentist. I made the decision to try Southern Roots Dentistry because I saw their billboard and it appealed to me aesthetically. I knew myself and my daughter needed a significant amount of care because we both hadn't seen a dentist since Covid hit. We have fallen in LOVE with Southern Roots. I see Dr. Gilley and my daughter sees Dr. Lowder. They are both wonderful and their entire staff is truly top notch. Another huge plus is the fact that my daughter has special needs and I advised them of this before her visit and they have treated her with the utmost care and consideration. She actually looks forward to seeing Dr. Lowder and the Ladies on staff. Needless to say, we couldn't be more pleased.

Fantastic experience: By far the best dentist office I've visited in my 35 years of living. Amazing staff, great aesthetics, & great melodies I could sing along to. They had me as soon as I walked through the door. I'm so happy I was referred here. The dentist is always cringy for me but my hygienist Shelby made me as comfortable as possible & talked me through the entire process. I could go on & on! AMAZING 10/10

Not true with the team at Southern Roots will bend over backwards ensuring your comfort and that all of your concerns are tended to. There is no “reprimanding” here! Just a gentle reminder to maybe consider improving your flossing habits. I could go on and on about the wonderful things they have done for me and my family. Fantastic experience: We were fit into the schedule because of an urgent injury for my daughter. This was our first time in the office, and everyone was incredibly kind to us. Kat walked my daughter through every step that was going to happen and let her ask all the questions she wanted until she felt comfortable. Dr. Gilley was so patient with her and again, talked her through every step, teaching her about infections, and encouraging her to ask questions and tell us if she was hurting. I was so thankful they worked her in, and it really calmed this momma's nerves the way they cared for my daughter.

Fantastic experience: So, I went in yesterday for a deep clean! No one likes surgery, especially not me, since I’m extremely allergic to pain! I’m talking hives, the whole 9-yards; you get it! Emily makes you feel comfortable, gives you these little swabs of magic honey that taste like the strawberry candy in the bottom of someone’s grandmother’s purse and even though I looked like I had stroked out and bit through my lip, the surgery went great! Not to mention, they know royalty when they see it, ahem; you’re welcome! She even invited me back to get my crown tomorrow! Y’all this is top-tier dentistry! Thank you, Emily, for being so amazing and fixing my teeth!
