Fantastic experience: Great place for both routine exams as well as more in depth procedures (including fillings, crowns and implants). The staff and dentists are all very friendly, professional and do their best to put you at ease. A definite recommend!

Fantastic experience: One of the more pleasant dentist to go see. I’ve seen several over the years. The difference in this place and all their locations is consistent and compassionate care in regards to your sensitive teeth. I personally use Dr.Katie Beach. From the front door until the time you leave you are in their care. Caring is nice when it comes to tooth or mouth problems. These folks are like fine wine and in the early stages of perfection. Try them.

Negative experience: If I could give this place zero Stars I would have the place is dishonest and gave me a different price every single time I called shop around and compare your prices or you will get robbed

Fantastic experience: The dentists here are very good. Thank you to my dentist for removing the decayed tooth that was hurting me for months. I didn't feel any pain during the extraction and they only took a few minutes to tell me that it was done. I was surprised. The front desk staff was very patient because I am Chinese and can't speak English, but everyone was very friendly and patient with me. They didn't mind being a patient who couldn't speak English. They were very patient all the time. So I highly recommend this dental hospital.，

Fantastic experience: From Brian Donald, I had an emergency today and was hurting so bad . I didn’t think I would be able to get in to even see a dentist , but the Dentist got me right in at 2:00pm. I just thought they would give me a shot and some antibiotics. They also helped in giving me just a few pain pill to help for the next couple of day until the antibiotics kicked in. They took me right back and were very sympathetic to my needs and knew that I was hurting extremely bad. This is the best dentist office that I have ever and I mean ever been to.. regardless if you have insurance or pay cash like I’m doing your still treated just the same. I would recommend anyone to just try (Shreveport Bossier Family Dental Care ) Everyone is so professional and the most important thing is they listen to you.. I can not say enough good things about the dentist and the staff. 1-10 where 10 is the best I would give this place a 20 !! I highly recommend this dental office. I have been to the one in Bossier and the one in Shreveport and they have all be Great !! I want to thank them once again for all of their help. Thank you !! I have sensitive teeth and their was very minimal pain. All issues are discussed and a plan was initiated that followed my both my insurance benefits and my financial situation. Nothing is performed without my approval.

I admit I don't go when I should, even though I haven't been there, other than for an extraction, in 3 years, they don't judge me. Fantastic experience: My experience so far at the North Market location has been excellent. Dr. Cotton and all of the staff made me feel at ease and comfortable. The main attribute I was looking for was patience, and patience is what I got. Dr. Cotton didn’t act rushed or subtly annoyed by questions and concerns, as many health professionals do. Indeed, he and his assistant allowed me to express my concerns and they in turn thoroughly allayed them. I’m only at the beginning of a somewhat rigorous dental process. However, Dr. Cotton and the North Shreveport staff have my full confidence.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience I've had in my life! All the supportive team members were very pleasant. My dental hygenist was more knowledgeable than some endocrinologists I've been to see! The dentist herself was professional and informed me of my treatment options while leaving the decision of whether or not to treat up to me. Never before have I left the dentist and found that my teeth felt BETTER than when I entered the building!

Negative experience: Set appointment for getting a toith pulled and show up to get told that i have to pay for them to tell me that i need to have it pulled then set a later date to have it pulledfor an additional cost
