Fantastic experience: While it may not be often that you receive notes of “a job well done,” I want to take the time to offer such a note-generally, on the superb dental service I received. I want to also say “Kudos” to Great Smiles employees in taking care of all of my dental work, and specifically, to recognize such a great team you have here! I’ve only been a customer/client for a for years and was extremely pleased with the service I received. Initially, I was apprehensive about replacing two major crowns because I wasn’t familiar with the type of cosmetic service they provided, at that time. In preparation, the weeks leading up to the procedure, Dr. Michelle Weddle gave me her opinion, referred me to a specialist, answered all of my questions & made me feel at ease. She even went so far as to provide me with pictures of her work that had similar issues. This was truly comforting, to say the least. I never expected any help like this. Usually patients concerns are wrote off but not here. She “guarantees” her work! The entire experience from start to finish has been a shining example of excellence in customer service and all the more impressive! I can’t say enough about the team you’ve built and the management of the entire operation. To be transparent , I’ve worked with the old team, moved away, and now I am back so I haven’t worked with the new team yet. Her gentle, considerate touch and soothing presence make every visit a comforting experience. I recently brought my 19-month-old son to see her for the first time, and thanks to her warm personality and gentle approach, he did exceptionally well. I can’t recommend her highly enough—she truly is the best.

Negative experience: This place needs to be investigated much like that Ana Amato person. They were supposed to do a root canal and started the process but scheduled the rest for another day. The next appointment was suddenly cancelled and the tooth cracked causing long term issues. Luckily I was able to dispute the charge to my card through my bank. DO NOT GO HERE- they hide behind “no speak English”

Negative experience: I went to this office as an emergency. I had a crown come off they took the Xray and right away said I needed a root canal post and crown . What she didn’t know is I’m a dental assistant for 20 years . I asked where is the decay ? She said I was so sensitive because of all the decay I knew that was untrue and l was sensitive because the tooth was alive and uncovered. I couldn’t believe health providers would lie like this for their own financial benefits. Needless to say I had the crown replaced and never needed a root canal . I really feel for people that come here and don’t really know what’s going on . As for me I knew exactly what was going on and people should run not walk !!!!!!

Negative experience: I would be very cautious about this dental office. At my visit, I was told I needed fillings in nearly every tooth, two root canals, and was repeatedly pushed toward braces. The dentist painted a horror story about my mouth that left me anxious and overwhelmed. I asked for copies of my x-rays and shared them with a trusted family member who is also a dentist. They were appalled — the reality was that I only had one cavity and none of the other treatments were needed. It’s extremely concerning that a practice would exaggerate or fabricate issues just to push unnecessary procedures. While the front desk staff were polite, my personal experience with the dentist here felt dishonest and driven by profit rather than genuine care. Please be aware and always get a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment here.

Negative experience: RUN WHILE YOU CAN!! It really took me some time to write this review because I don’t like to leaving reviews unless it’s completely necessary. So many things have gone wrong after visiting this place that I don’t know how they have close to five stars or how they’re still in business for that matter. My wife, two kids and I came to get a checkup and amazingly EVERYONE had cavities. After getting them filled EVERYONE had pain for weeks to come. Pain, sensitivity, swelling, you name it. We all went back for re treatment and some of it got taken care of but my kids and wife were stil in pain. My wife was told she had seven cavities to be filled, SEVEN and when we went to another dentist for a second opinion only to find out it was only two. How can someone be so off on the amount of cavities? She also had two root canals done to tooths that weren’t even hurting so now the question is did she even need those. Because of this we’ve been to a different dentist only to find out that one of the root canals that she performed on my wife wasn’t properly done and now it needs to be retreated. I don’t know if you’re like me but the dentist is not a fun place to be in and all this extra pain that my family and I were put through is pure negligence and unprofessionalism. This lady needs to retire if her best days are behind her and leave this type of work for those who are capacitated and up to the challenge. This was just the worse dental experience. Stay away if you value your teeth.

Dr. De La Torre is kind, friendly, professional and attentive to details. She is really good. Kathy, the dental hygienist is friendly, professional and very thorough in cleaning. The first thing they do at the office is take the blood pressure if the patient. I have been an established patient for over a decade, but due to change of my dental insurance in mid of 2021, which they do not participate, I switched to a participating dentist. Very much below par. I missed Dr. de la Torre office, so I called again to inquire if they participate with my insurance. Luckily, they accept my current insurance. I was so happy knowing I will have again the best dental cleaning and treatment. Highly recommended.

Just be careful I have to go to another dentist to do surgery on my teeth pay out of pocket because of her mess I keep u in my prayers I am mad with myself because there was a lot of warnings sign Please pay attention

Negative experience: I’m not sure if they have an issue communicating but I informed them that my husband was having issues with his wisdom tooth. Instead of telling me they don’t do that kind of work they let me make an appointment, have my husband come in just to tell him they have to refer him to someone else. So no my insurance will be charged for appointment that was pointless because it didn’t help. Now he has to wait longer to get his tooth cared for.

Fantastic experience: My son has been a patient since he was 4 now he is almost 16. I became a patient shortly afterwards. It's now been 12 years and they are still amazing women! The dentist are knowledgeable, kind and gentle. The receptionist are professional, efficient and kind. I have consistently over the years had a great experience even when a diagnosis may have sucked..ie...a root canal or filling lol. The skill and technique they use to ensure the patient is always comfortable is appreciated and they always check in to make sure you're okay during procedures no matter how big or small. I'm actually moving out of State and super depressed I can't bring this AWESOME group to my new State. I feel lucky that my son and myself had them for so many years. I hope to find another practice just as AMAZING as them again.
