Fantastic experience: Had a dental emergency and no appointment they did not hesitate to put me on schedule and help me everyone was knowledgeable professional and kind

Negative experience: I came in for an emergency appointment which I waited about 5 days for. The doctor confirmed that my findings were correct and asked if I wanted the work done today. I said yes. She explained that someone will set up everything but the assistant came in and said the doctor has to reschedule me because I wasn’t booked for that type of appointment after she confirmed the appointment when I came in. I was so confused and was told the doctor couldn’t come and explain it to me. I left with the same problem I came with. The appointment was a waste of time and now I have to find someone else to take care of me.

Negative experience: Morris Dental Clinic ran by, Dr. Sharifan. I had a very bad experience the last time I was there. And previous bad experienced even before. I will say at list 3 times in a roll. She knows that I am on Cumedin. Cumedin is a blood thinner. And when you are on Cumedin you can bleed. In my case, Dr. Sharifan was told by my self to please to be very careful full on my dental cleaning and teeth. However as manny times as I told her. She made me bleed. I believe that when you are taking care of a patient, should be one patient at a time not 4 or 5 at a time in 3 dental rooms she has in her office in Union. She also did a slashed my left side back tooth. One of my must important tooth. I am fear full to go to her office in Union. I am not recommending this dentist to any body.

Positive experience: The staff is courteous and respectful. The place is clean and well maintained. I enjoy going there and my kids feel very comfortable because the staff inform them well so they're not anxious about being there.

They also worked with me on a payment plan splitting the payment between treatments, which I really appreciated. My implant looks and feels great, and I’m very happy with the results. 5 stars I'm SO happy I found you guys!

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist office. Dr. Patel is always so nice and explains everything before he starts. He listens to your concerns and gets the job done. I don’t remember the hygienist name that recently did my cleaning, but boy was she amazing. She was so through. Usually I expect some pain, but there have been times with other hygienists that leave me in tears and uncomfortable. She was quick and educated me through the process. It was a very great cleaning. I love this office and I come back often because of the care I receive.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with my experience at this office. I was in severe pain and needed a specialty root canal, and after seeing two other endodontists who immediately told me my tooth needed to be extracted—without even trying to save it—I felt completely hopeless. I had actually scheduled an extraction because I thought I had no other option. Thankfully, this office was able to squeeze me in for one final opinion, and I am beyond grateful they did. Dr. Oghaz took the time to evaluate my tooth and reassured me that it could be saved and that a root canal was absolutely possible. That reassurance alone meant so much after being told otherwise by multiple providers. I just completed my root canal, and I cannot express how thankful I am that she was willing to try and save my tooth instead of jumping straight to extraction. The care, confidence, and expertise made all the difference. Also—major appreciation for the office vibe. Total girl-boss, women-in-STEM energy, and I loved it. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Oghaz to anyone seeking compassionate, skilled care.

Negative experience: I usually like this practice. The dentists here are good and front desk staff is great at scheduling. We have been going here for 3 years. However they keep hiring new hygienists. Today's hygienist was very abrasive. She completely dismissed my child's complaint of pain. That should not be the response. Maybe they need a lesson in bedside manners. This was a very different response than the rest of the staff here.

Fantastic experience: Let me just start by saying that Dr. Sharifan is amazing! Thee best dental experience I have ever had. I had to get a tooth extracted that was broken, she had to cut the gum, and I didn't feel a thing as she worked on me. I mean I felt nothing, not even when she applied the anesthesia. I didn't feel the needle! She was awesome. The environment was welcoming and the staff was very professional and friendly. I've found my new dentistry home.

Negative experience: Just had the worst experience with Dr. Sharifan she owns the practice. Very short, direct, and lacks communication and customer service. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is that my dentist Dr.Lopez is a sweetheart. I am paying out of pocket for Invasilign and do not need unprofessionalism. She also told me to keep my trays on for 24 hours what about eating? Anyway from now on, I will only visit with Dr.Lopez or just wait. I also mentioned how horrible Dr.Sharifan was and the front desk looked aloof and kept on with scheduling.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Dr.Khan!!! She explains everythingggg to me. I have silly questions and she answers all of them patiently and makes me feel very comfortable. She is VERY knowledgeable and cleaned my teeth so well. One time I had an emergency and my wisdom teeth were hurting me so bad I woke up with my mouth swollen. She saw me the same day & squeezed me in and helped me with antibiotics until I saw my oral surgeon. Thank you Dr.Khan!!

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff, they get you in and out

Negative experience: I've never had a problem making an appointment with this office. Today, not sure who the receptionist was but she called me back because I called over the weekend. I told her I work until 430 and I have a baby to pick up afterwards on Mondays and Tuesdays. I asked her if I could have another day throughout the week and she said no. Didn't even bother looking for another day - she just flat out said no. I asked her if she had anything on Saturday and then said something about my insurance? Then gave me attitude and said "I'm giving you today and you don't want it. I'm giving you tomorrow and you don't want that either" - in which I responded "I have a baby I have to pick up from daycare mami, I can't just not go pick her up" - she goes back and forth with me even though I understand she's trying to "accommodate me" but her attitude was uncalled for. She was overwhelming me by only giving me 2 options - Today, Monday @ 430 or Tuesday @2 - stated she had NOTHING ELSE. So before I hung up, I said "I don't like your attitude - I will call back." So now I am kindly expecting a call back from a supervisor/manager who hopefully has better manners and phone etiquette. Thank you.

I asked the lady at the front desk do they accept my insurance. Right away she checked and made me an appointment. They have all up to date equipment ! Fantastic experience: I deleted my last review to update on my more recent visits and say that Dr. Oghaz is a rockstar and so is Dr. Patel. I went in here with very little hope after having botched fillings, cavities & multiple dentists who were a waste of time. I was previously told that I would have to crown all of my teeth to save them & that fixing my teeth was impossible. I'm only 32 years old. None of the dentists I've seen outside of Morris dental seemed to care or have any compassion. I originally went to see Dr. Oghaz, the endodontist after an unsuccessful root canal. She fixed me right up after my previous dentist told me I would lose the tooth. She even worked with me while I was in the middle of switching insurances, a level of compassion that from my experience is not very common in the dental industry. At my first consultation with Dr. Patel, he said he would try fillings first and see what I thought. I was not expecting the results I got. I didn't want to get my hopes up. After just two visits with Dr. Patel, I've been blown away. My teeth look amazing. He intended on starting with 4 teeth but I asked if he could do one more. I didn't take into account how long it would take, but Dr. Patel did it without hesitation and worked on my teeth for just under 2 hours because he knew how eager I was to fix them. I was so nervous to see the results, I just asked him what he thought. I hugged the dental assistant, left the office in tears, and have been staring at my teeth in the mirror laughing manically in amazement. I just wanted to double down & thank Dr. Oghaz for making me reconsider my previous dentist with her professionalism & compassion when I was just about to lose hope. I'd like to also thank Dr. Patel for truly improving my quality of life when no one even wanted to try. I can't thank these doctors enough.

They did a wonderful job with my needs and also took great care of my wife . Wonderful ladies . today August 22nd Dr.Patel finished a tooth that previously had a crown on it with an infection inside . He replaced the crown with a new one and i can honestly say it feels a million times better than the last one . Dr.Patel is a real gentleman and an excellent Dentist who is very precise in his work and takes all the time necessary to fix what is in front of him . I would recommend Morris Dental and Dr.Patel to absolutely everyone. My wife also saw Dr.Patel in the past and only had nice things to say about him . We both Do not enjoy going to the dentist but being a patient at Morris Dental puts our minds at ease . Bravo to everyone at Morris Dental

Positive experience: Dr S was so nice and her hands are so light and I hardly feel the injection, just a sting. The only thing is that I don't know if she did enough bonding or filling to the teeth that need it and it seems like she missed the other one that is right side "fang" that I think some filling fell off and was not able to have the bonding with the rest of my other teeth on the right upper part. I still have so much sensitivity that it seems the same as before . Nevertheless , I'm still giving her & staff 3 star for being courteous and friendly. The clinic is so clean as well.

It’s difficult to find good customer service, professionalism and cleanliness when it comes to receiving any kind of service in the medical/health field. Fantastic experience: First dentist appointment in 20 years so I was nervous but the entire staff was amazing, professional and friendly. Plus, no pain. I made a follow up appointment with them and will continue to do so

Negative experience: Dr. Lopez is a nice woman but she did not a good job on me. I went there for a pain in my crowns and she filed them because she said the size was the problem, I realized at the same moment that when she filed my crowns blackheads began to look and looked very bad, she said that the only solution to not see that it was replace both crowns, after my insurance approved the job, the nightmare started! First, she made the temporary crowns and them came out the same day, I went to get new temporary crowns 4 times, ( Dr. Lopez and Dr. Sharifan created new crowns in different days), I prayed a lot for my permanent crowns to never have the same issue, I got the new permanent crowns last September 2023 and last week (6 months later) one of them came out and I almost swallowed it. I went there again, and Dr. Patel glued my crown again, he said he would use a better cement this time, I felt a lot of pain after that. Usually, crowns are glued with good cement and never take off or break, to remove them they break completely. However, these ones easily take off being completely whole. Stay away from this place, they don't do a good job and use poor quality products. I have suffered a lot with this problem and none of them gave me a solution. I went to another dentist today, who was too surprised by the bad work they had done to me and immediately he realized that the crowns were loose and came out easily, they were made of poor quality, glued with a bad cement and that's why it hurt a lot.

I am very happy so far with the services I have received. All the ladies there are very compassionate and love their jobs. Everyone is so easy to talk to. The specialist Endodontics is fantastic. Fantastic experience: First dental visit since moving to the area. Took some research but finally settled with Morris dental. I met with Dr.Lopez.. Overall first impressions were good, including reception and dental hygienist. Really hope I found my new dentist.

Negative experience: Poor service do not recommend. Dentist Lopez provided poor rushed quality care, did not thoroughly examine the X-ray which she missed my impacted tooth, she viewed the X-ray in front and discussed her findings with me in the waiting room where patients were present. Hippa violation. She saw my daughter and I in under ten minutes. I’m a health care provider and didn’t appreciate the poor service. I will call my insurance to appeal the visit . 1. We were on time. The hygienist was timely but then waiting for the dentist Lopez for an hour. Toddler was fussy waiting for so long they didn’t have any kids activities to offer. One of the front desk staff went to a patient room who was free us and apologized for the long wait, she didn’t apologize to the rest. 2. She just asked my toddler to open her mouth and smile and that was it , she was done. Can one really rule out cavities that away ? I bet her notes will display a very detailed dental exam though. 3. When seeing kids I expected certain questions to be asked , how often do I brush his/her teeth? Tongue ? Sugar intake ? No patient education. 4. She didn’t even fully examine the X-ray that was taken. By the time I got to the front desk I remember that she didn’t even notice my impacted wisdom tooth. I asked the front desk lady to ask the dentist if she viewed the X-rays , the dentist came to the front and l asked her if she view them she avoided answering the question by changing the Subject to “ you have cavities you need to fix so you should focus on that first “ she said this aloud on the waiting room “HIPPA” and as she was saying that she used the front desk computer to view my X-ray and said “ yea you have an impacted wisdom tooth” ummm hello I knew that but you missed it because you rushed the visit and didn’t bother to look at all of my X-ray images. 5. So my daughter and I waited an hour just to be seen together in under 10 min. I understand they book patients in 15/20 min slots but st least make the session worthwhile with quality not subpar clinical service 6. The hygienist were pleasant. 7. I usually forgive minor mistakes here and there and I don’t make google reviews on medical practices , but I was very annoyed with this experience

Negative experience: Very Disappointed! First time trying this dentist was in Oct of 2023 Since then I've gotten emails about identity theft & fraud. My last Visit was Yesterday Jan 18th and im extremely disgusted. Walked in to no greeting. Doctors where cross contaminating everything. No organization! The assistances hands smelled awful while working on my mouth.. (had to hold my breathe) Appointments are about 1 month wait time. You can't rely on having a specific surgeon. As they feel every new appointment needs a new doctor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: I had to have 2 cavities filled yesterday and I went in with past trauma from my last fillings. The last fillings that I received somehow left me with a bruised cheek and sore teeth for close to a year. My doctor at Morris Dental did SOOOO good. Fantastic experience: A little story about myself: When I was in my twenties, I had a wisdom tooth extraction go wrong. I woke up during the procedure and can still remember that. I had dry sockets on both sides on the bottom that were absolutely excruciating. It took weeks to heal. I missed a lot of work. After I was better, I would not go back to a dentist for a decade. Finally, when I noticed some sensitivity behind a tooth, I visited a dentist to have it checked. Once done with that, I didn't return to a dentist for another decade! A couple years ago, I thought I would try to find someone I felt comfortable with for a cleaning. I wasn't having any issues, but as I'm now in my 50s, I know things can begin to deteriorate and cause problems. I didn't want one of those problems to arise and not have a relationship with a dentist I trusted. I can say that in a quarter century, this dentist office is the only one I have ever revisited! I'm usually one and done. I was not only impressed by the aesthetics of the office, which has a very calming color palette and is well organized, but because of the intersection with everyone. From reception to treatment, it's all positive. So, when I recently decided to explore the idea of Invisalign to straighten some teeth that have shifted over the years and caused some sensitivities, there was absolutely no one else I would consider having help me through this journey. My anxiety causes me to laugh almost hysterically during cleanings. They have never made me feel like it has been an inconvenience. We all kind of get a chuckle out of it. But attitudes about things like that are very important and can make or break a relationship. I feel safe and respected. My husband was so impressed that he also switched dentists and is now a patient there as well! I hope this helps someone in their search for a dentist!
