Fantastic experience: Dr. Rosemond is a Fantastic Dentist, he Saved my tooth.The Staff are wonderful too. My Father went To Dr. Rosemond a few years ago. I was searching for a dentist, Pops suggested Dr. Rosemond, I am Elated with the service.

Fantastic experience: I was in search of a dentist in my area (South Orange/ Maplewood) and came across Dr. Rosemond on social media. After a scheduled zoom meeting initially, today was my first official office visit and I must say I know why his patients love him. Dr. Rosemond and his staff are so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Once I officially met Dr. Rosemond he felt like an old friend. He is so down to earth and easy to talk to. I could tell he has been in this business for a long time, but it shows he loves what he does. I met an older patient of his and when we were outside she said "He is the best". I can tell he treats his patients like family. The environment is warm and inviting. I have found my new dentist. I am glad I took his office manager Silvia up on the offer as she suggested I come in and see for myself if Dr. Rosemond would be a good fit for me. I did my annual checkup, x-rays and cleaning today with Carolena and she was amazing as well.

I received a call 8am sharp allowing us to come in immediately for an appointment. We were out of the office by 9am with a happy toothless daughter!! It is conveniently located with plenty parking, the staff is vibrant and thorough. The Dr.’s look like me (representation matters) but more importantly they serve you to the best of your needs. They check in with you every step of the way and explain simply what’s happening and what needs to happen. I literally will not go any place else. My 5 year autistic son will not go any place else. Dr. Rosemond, Dr. Stachan and Dr. Koa (sp) are miracle workers! I thank you a thousand times! A heathy mouth = a healthy body!

Negative experience: I went here for an emergency for my wisdom tooth pain, i thought this place was good because of the reviews but no. I went to Solomon for a check up. He was very unprofessional, rude, and barley did anything to help the pain, acted like he was new. in addition he was so quick to walk out after looking at my tooth, so i had to stop him to ask questions because i wasn’t informed anything at all? So i went to another dentist White Oak Dental in Avenel , they were so helpful, without me asking they SHOWED me the x-rays and went through step by step info regarding my wisdom teeth so i was informed what was wrong. They also provided a referral to get them removed, in addition they also informed me that my wisdom tooth DOES in fact look inflamed and swollen even though Dr. Solomon said it does not look swollen when i told him it feels and LOOKS like it is . He completed disregarded my concerns. This place also charged my insurance for a “treatment for dental pain” which i never received . Do not go here, they do not care at all and they don’t make you feel comfortable.

My son and I both go here and Dr. Strachan is an absolute wiz with my 5yr old son who has autism. Dr. Rosemond has been the only dentist who quells my anxiety. They take their time to understand your needs and they make you feel right at home.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 1.5yo daughter to Dr Strachan for her first ever dentist appointment. From the moment we walked in it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very nice and kid friendly. The wait wasn’t long to get roomed or to see the doctor. My daughter does not like to get her teeth brushed at home but cooperated so much better for Dr Strachan. She definitely works very well with children.

The doctor shows me empathy, he's a very good dentist. They know exactly what they were doing. I'm really satisfied about their services. I'll come back again and again.

Positive experience: I see Dr. Rosemond. The advanced dental care is the best I have ever had in my life. Ie- root canal: previous doctors would require multiple visits. In the end I would end up extracting the tooth due to Ill fit or pain. I was against root canals. Dr. Rosemond recommended a root canal. Of course I was not happy with the time and cost required. Dr. Rosemond was different. He did the post core and crown all in the same visit ( Excuse me if I botched the proper dental terms ) Dr. Rosemond took lots of pictures. I had to wait maybe 10 minutes and the doctor came back w a new tooth. The new tooth was the perfect fit and color. It looked better than the original. I did not have to go for any adjustments or pain. Dr. Rosemond was professional and personable too. With proper care- root canals can last a lifetime. So far - no pain and I am glad I went w Dr. Rosemond. Price: Pricing is average. He offer payment plans if budge is a concern. Reception is always nice and friendly. Office: is clean and nice. No concern of COVID as everyone wore mask. The dental hygienist was - ok - for people without advanced dental work. She used the cleaning tool that release water. That’s all she used and then she did the final polish. She did not use the manual tools and she did not floss my teeth. My teeth feel good along the surface but not in between. I really need a hygienist who can use the scrapper to get closer to in between the teeth and along the gum line. I will likely go in for another cleaning in 3 months versus the standard 6 months. To be fair- I was 7 minutes late for the appointment so my tardiness may have interfered w a complete cleaning. I would give Dr. Rosemond’s office 5 stars if he can get a regular hygienist on the team. The frequent switching creates anxiety for me. I like what I like,- a regular stylist, regular doctor, and a regular hygienist. Not all stylist style the same and and not all hygienist clean the same. I just don’t like frequent changes.
