Positive experience: Dental Kidz provides an excellent pediatric dental care. The staff members are always iwarm and welcoming, and Dr. Leslie is very professional with her work and outstanding with children. While the location requires a longer drive for our family, the quality of care makes it worthwhile. I would confidently recommend Dental Kidz practice.

Positive experience: I wish the dentist had taken more time to clearly explain exactly what my son needed to have done and the treatment plan being recommended. As a parent, I wanted a better understanding of his dental needs and what to expect moving forward. The dental hygienist took the time to explain everything thoroughly and in much greater detail, which I truly appreciated. Better communication from the dentist would have helped me feel more informed and confident about my son's care.

Negative experience: The receptionist was rude when I got there saying she will report my insurance the dentist made us wait in chair for hour. The dentist seemed uncaring and asked me to hold my child down my daughter has bad anxiety. OMG I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE! You guys are terrible here!!!!!!!!! Seem like some of these reviews are similar to mines..

Fantastic experience: I took my son in for a visit today, and once again it was a great experience. One thing I really love about this dentist is that they respect your appointment time—we were seen right on time, no more than five minutes after arriving. She is incredibly gentle and always takes the time to give helpful advice. I followed everything she recommended for my son, and it truly made a difference. At today’s visit, he had no new cavities! What I appreciate most is how she educates families without ever making them feel judged. My son was a little nervous going in because of past experiences when he was younger, but thanks to her guidance and her wonderful staff, everything went smoothly. They were kind, reassuring, and explained exactly what to do. We followed all of her advice, and this ended up being his best visit yet. I’m so grateful and confident that I chose the right dentist for my son.

Fantastic experience: If your looking for a kid friendly dentist, please choose Dental Kids. If your child is Autistic or disabled please look no further. Sometimes parents with children with disabilities it becomes a challenge. This staff wonderful with Autistic children. It is hard to find the right Office that can handle children with great compassion and care I highly rate this office.

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my son to Dental Kids since he was a toddler. My son is on the autism spectrum and is now 17. Barbara is so helpful on many aspects and knows her stuff. She is sweet, great energy, and great with my son. Always pleasant and happy. In addition to Maggie. She is great with my son, patient, and her energy is amazing as well. I had another favorite but she is no longer working with DK. Nothing like “real, genuine & humble” people. Thank you ladies for all you do!!!

Fantastic experience: Dental Kidz, have taken care of both my children's teeth for many years since they were little. I definitely recommend it.

Negative experience: Today was the first time ever for my 2 and a half year old son to see the dentist . I was very nervous because sometimes i have trouble getting him to open his mouth to brush his teeth and as soon as he thinks he is in a doctors office he gets very upset and very fussy . When we came in the the woman at the front desk was very nice and my son felt very comfortable in the waiting area as they had cartoons on and almost like little rocking horses to keep my son occupied until we got called in . They also had a tv with cartoons playing in the room that we went in for the cleaning and to see the dentist Doctor Lezli. The hygienist who cleaned my son’s teeth was also very nice and did a quick and fantastic job in only a few minutes. My son did cry but it was only out of nervousness. Doctor Lezli was very pleasant to speak with and did a quick check up and also gave me some good advice on brushing and some other things to make sure my son has the healthiest teeth possible . I would definitely recommend Dental Kidz on morris avenue in Springfield and it was an A plus first time experience!! Thanks for everyone’s help in the office today . See you in 6 months. Back for my sons 6 month follow up 15 minute cleaning . After waiting for over 30 minutes and not a word was said to us i asked the secretary nicely do you know how much longer we would have to wait and her response was i don’t know . Then after asking again and telling her that my son needed to be at the day care by a certain time or they won’t let him in thru the door she said maybe 10 minutes i don’t know . Meanwhile i know there was a child before me who went in for a procedure and they didn’t seem to concerned about us waiting probably at least for another 30 minutes . Every patient is different but why would you book a 15 minute cleaning with a child coming in for something more serious that could take a significant amount of time . I will no longer be taking my son here ever again and i would recommend that if you have a child under 5 i would not take him or her there because it’s hard enough waiting with a toddler somewhere for over 30 minutes and not knowing when you would be called . Absolutely terrible !!! No sincerity from this place . Instead of calling to reschedule they will squeeze whoever in and make you wait

Fantastic experience: I so appreciate them accommodating all my kids at one time. Thats a big help especially because of their special needs, it can be difficult getting a baby sitter. The dentist, hygienist and staff are incredible patient compassionate.

Negative experience: I found the dentist chair side manner rude. Her office staff is so nice you forget how unfriendly she is. Her 1 visit plan was very aggressive. To pull 3 teeth (2 molars and the eye tooth) from an 6 year old and fill a cavity is beyond traumatizing . I fault myself that I didn’t look at the plan in more detail. She didn’t numb her gum long enough that she felt the needles and was not communicating with her with any reassurance of what she was doing. I wouldn’t really recommend her for anything more than a cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Dental kids has been my son dentist since he was a little boy , from there on they have been doing a great job making sure his teeth is and well taken care of , they always make sure his teeth are healthy and no cavities, also they did a tremendous job when my son tooth came out . and every visit they will monitor to see when it was time to put a cap so it can take its place until the new teeth comes. Magi did a great job on cleaning my son teeth thank you dental kids

The rest of the staff is always polite, good natured and helpful. The office is so bright and cheerful. I didn't have to wait long to see the dentist, it was a pleasant experience for my daughter and I.

Positive experience: Great service. Everyone was very nice to my daughter an took very good care of her. After my last visit I wasn't pleased. We had a 3pm appointment an my daughter wasn't seen until 4:45 which I think is absolutely ridiculous.

From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. Barbara helped us out with all the paperworks smoothly and efficiently. My child was a bit nervous at first, but the dental team was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle, which helped calm those nerves right away. Dr. Lezli took the time to explain the procedure in a way that was easy for both of us to understand. The treatment was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. I really appreciated how they kept my child comfortable and even made the experience fun with little distractions and rewards. A special thanks to Barbara, Maggie, Keila for the care they took to make my child feel comfortable with a smile always on their face.
