Fantastic experience: I visited Livingston Dental for a routine visit and a cleaning today and as always everyone was very pleasant and professional. Melissa was great. Dr. Brunetti is an excellent Professional and knowledgable and I feel comfortable with her.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time at this practice & o had a great experience so far! Daun at the front desk was so kind & friendly as well as extremely efficient in getting all the details together with my insurance company! I had an estimate within a few hours! Dr. Brunetti gave me great care during my consultation for a gum graft & I appreciated her giving me detailed information about everything she was doing! I’ve never had major dental work done so I am very nervous but so far I feel very confident that I am in excellent hands The office is very clean, beautiful & the chairs are so soooo comfortable in the patient room!!!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this office, largely due to how I was treated at the front desk by Daun. From the moment I checked in, she was rude, dismissive, and made it clear that answering basic questions was an inconvenience. Anytime I asked for clarification, I was met with short, irritated responses and an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. There was a clear lack of professionalism and basic courtesy, which is concerning in a healthcare setting. The front desk sets the tone for the entire visit, and this interaction completely overshadowed everything else. I would not recommend this office based on how patients are treated upfront.

Fantastic experience: Today I had an implant put into my gum. The dentist was gentle and I felt no pain at all. The office is friendly and welcoming and it makes my visits easy and pleasant. Dr. Brunetti is knowledgeable and clearly states the after care instructions. I feel very clear on the procedures and instructions. Others should be encouraged to visit the dentist to see for themselves.

Fantastic experience: If you are the apprehensive patient that does not like going to the dentist, Dr. Brunetti is the best professional provider for you to see. . Her office staff is patient as well in answering questions.

Negative experience: RUDE OFFICE MANAGER mismanages office transaction. I have changed my creatively positive to a negative one due to DAUN, the office manager’s poor handling of a transaction. I do not tolerate her rudeness, bullying, raising her voice to over-talk during conversations which is her behavior in response to not acknowledging her multiple errors in this office transaction.

Fantastic experience: Review (after 6 years)….. This practice has been very consistent and still one of the best places I’ve been to for medical treatments. Dr. Brunetti is very professional, friendly and personable. She’s one of my most trusted doctors. Today, I was there for a regular cleaning and Melissa was there to perform the cleaning. She did an amazing job. It was thorough, detail and painless (as I normally have sensitivity with my teeth). Also, Daun at the front desk is always extremely nice, responsive and helpful. Thank you all! Review (after 5 years)….. This is another updated review after 5 years under Dr. Brunetti’s care. By far, still one of the best doctors that I’ve ever consulted. Dr. Brunetti remembers every important conversation about my dental health history. She will take the time to answer your questions, even if it’s not inline with periodontal health but other dental issues. And if she’s not familiar with those other dental issues/topics, she will literally research the information with you (trust me, I was there and it’s not just a 5 minute lookup). Hands down, one of the most caring and intellectually curious doctors that I know. Just very grateful to be under her care! Review (after 2 years)….. This is an updated review after consulting with Dr. Brunetti for the past 2 years. All I have to say is that Dr. Brunetti is one of the best. Julie the dental hygienist took extra care while cleaning my teeth, being conscientious of problem areas knowing how sensitive my gums are. Fantastic experience: I have been having work done to have an implant on my lower left side. I HATE having work done on my teeth because my gums are so sensitive. But Dr. Brunetti and her team have been wonderful. They are so professional and friendly it is ALMOST a pleasure to see them. I don’t think I would have been brave enough to have this work done if they didn’t provide such a thoughtful and competent experience. I am glad my Dentist recommended this office!

Dr. Burnetti was very knowledgeable, skilled she explained all procedures and answered any questions I had. What I liked was, the office was closed the next day, I received a text message from the Dr. asking me how I was doing and a number to call her if I had any problems. That was very thoughtful.
