Fantastic experience: I had an issue with my loose crown. I called Dr. Eden Seitomer's office and got appointment the same day in 2 hours. I was impressed with a quick turnaround. Moreover, the doctor was very accurate and careful to remove my crown, did a research on my post confirming that the post was stable, cleaned the affected area and placed the crown on the new cement. As someone who has always had an issue with cavities and not being able to relax in a dental chair , I had quite the opposite experience. Cavities were GONE. I was in at 11:30am and left an hour and a half later. For the amount of work done it was relatively pleasant and staff were very oriented and kept things simple and organized. Fantastic experience: This is not a doctor you’ve been to before. Why? Because he is a person with a good heart who happens to have what it takes to run a practice and I for one feel lucky he did. Dr Eden is a very gentle person and this is so refreshing to have in a dentist and in health in general, he embodies the concerned and conscientious doctor that I’m pretty sure is endangered these days. Fantastic experience: It had been years since I had been to the dentist as I have always suffered tremendous anxiety regarding the visit, as most do. However, as soon as I shared my concern With Giselle, she immediately reassured me that everything would be fine. She was absolutely right. She was awesome! She took her time, was very gentle, and let me know what she was about to do every step. When the dentist came in to explain my X-rays, he was just as kind, reassuring, and explained what the plan is moving forward. Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with this dentist. After having a few cavities filled, I was left with persistent tooth pain. It turned out the fillings were overdone, affecting multiple teeth. Despite returning for three separate adjustments, the discomfort continued. Ultimately, I was told I needed a root canal—without any clear medical justification. I sought a second opinion and was told the issue was due to the fillings themselves. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.
