Fantastic experience: My son came to see Dr Musa and he was amazing along with the staff and my son was out of pain the moment dr Musa helped and I would highly recommend anyone who is in need as I was to please come to this office Dr Musa and the staff are there to help everyone.

Negative experience: I don't know how this place has a 4.7 star rating. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever been too.my husband and I had terrible experience. I do not recommend this place.

Negative experience: I was supposed to receive a root canal, which to most dentists is pretty routine, not very difficult. After working on it for a while, he claimed that my tooth was fractured. He ended up pulling out my tooth in pieces. I want to add that this dentist shakes a lot, and accidentally poked my lip with the needle while suturing the extraction point. Just wanted to inform people not to go to this specific dental office. I give it a one star, because the woman at the desk is nice. Do not be fooled by the name though, it should be called Northbridge Frowns.

Negative experience: began a root canal by drilling a hole in my tooth didnt finish because there anesthetic had no effect on me and felt all the pain. Then to finish it off they barely covered up my tooth after and every time i drink something or eat something even if its extra soft like bread or gummy i feel the absolute worst pain ive ever felt in my life. and the thing is, before i went here i never had even a single issue with that specific tooth period they created the issue with it by botching an unnecessary root canal. ridiculous. absolutely ridiculous

Negative experience: Please do not go here if you dont want to leave in pain or with more issues. I went to have a cleaning, was told I needed a deep cleaning and they would need insurance approval, and they would call me with an update which wasnt an issue for me. Was told I have my first cavity, ive had oral surgery and I have no idea what they did but I am only posting this as almost a year later I am still in pain and so sensitive that i cannot eat certain foods without pain from the work they did. This was all about a year ago, I just received a call from them a couple days ago asking if I would like to schedule my routinely cleaning. I was so shocked at the fact that they really called me, after I called them 3 times during this time waiting for a deep cleaning for an update and that they had no update. Almost a year of needing a deep cleaning I now have 2 cavities and will need 2 teeth pulled waiting on them. My fiance's experience was worse than mine, he had a new teeth broken to the gum and insisted they could pull in office. The area around the tooth was also infected with they confirmed and continued to insist that it was okay to pull with the infection. They then did not give him enough novocane, or wait long enough for the novocane to take effect and then continued to use something that looked like an ice pick to shove into his gum to pry out the broken teeth. I have never seen something so invasive. He continued to shake and jump and firmly tell them that he was in extreme amount of pain. Doctor continued to tell him he was fine and that it will be done and tell him to continue to let her do this. I ended up putting my foot down and we ended up leaving with antibiotics and a referral for an oral surgeon. Which then we went to the oral surgeon and they didnt even put all the teeth he needed to have removed and proceeded to tell us they could do it in office when we specifically said he would not go through that procedure again. I personally have had other bad dental experiences but I have never seen anything as bad as this. If you value your time, possibly your life and to leave minimal pain that will subside and go away with time. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. I do not know how this place is still running after what I saw and if others have had similar experiences

It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist and they made me feel welcome. I ended up getting a cleaning and having a tooth pulled. I have to go back for a crown and then have some cavities filled. I can’t recommend Northbridge Smiles enough

Fantastic experience: I’ve consistently had a great experience here. The staff greets you in a friendly manner and support filling out any forms. Is a small play area for the kids in the front office. My examination and cleaning was thorough and fast. The dentists there are very friendly and confident. I’d recommend Northbridge Smiles for anybody. I would like to also highlight my services by Dr. Patel. I’m a senior citizen and dental care has been a priority my entire life. She has everything you’d expect and want from a professional – her exams are comprehensive and focused, she has a polite, affable, friendly patient manner, she delivers her work quickly with confidence and competence, and she has a very teaming relationship with her staff. She was able to answer my questions and concerns pertaining to preventative care.

Fantastic experience: I chipped my front tooth..Northridge Smiles give me an appointment, next day with Dr Patel who is so amazing !...Receptionist was wonderful! .I was in my room within 2 minutes with the assistant Keyre..Who is very Efficient. helpful.So gentle and even give me a cleaning..incredibly fun to talk with .beyond lovely person..I enjoyed the visit. Dr.Patel was so incredibly nice..so gentle.quick .and gives great dental care,very helpful knowledge for future dental care too. .I have appointments so fast. Positive experience: I have been going to Northbridge Smiles since they first opened. In my time going here i've seen dental assistants and doctors come and go and i've had bad experiences with some of them. However, out of all of them Dr. Patel and her dental assistant Gabby have gone above and beyond. Without fail every time I come in they are over booked and understaffed yet Dr. Patel still makes sure to take her time and do everything by the book. She explains things why, how and why not. i have done root canals, crowns, fillings and cleanings. She did not give me a crown and did impressions 7 times to make sure I get a right crown. Her dental assistant gabby is the same way. She deserves a big shout out. Her and Dr Patel talk, laugh, joke and make you comfortable in the chair. They are both incredible woman who are under paid. I don't know how much either of these woman make but I can promise you it's not enough. When I come in for my appointments these are the only people allowed to work on me. If not for them, i wouldn’t be coming back. I would have given this place 5 Stars if it weren’t for there lab. I have had a horrible experience. The owner should really invest in a new lab and get a front desk who sends timely reminders, doesn’t say she doesn’t have time or is too busy.

Fantastic experience: When we selected the practice we were a bit reluctant, given its a new establishment, but with several visits in, I am amazed, how welcoming the staff is. They really take care of you right from the front desk till you walk out. Dr Patel in specific has been extremely through and diligent. She tends to give a well defined treatment plan, explains each item in detail, breaks down the pros and cons and more importantly the financial aspect of it. I would truly recommend folks using this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel is a wonderful addition to the Northbridge office. We have always had a good experience here for routine work. My 8 year old child has sensory trouble at times and the hygienists here have always, always been so good with him! The receptionist is also wonderful. We are happy to have found such a good office in the area.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 fillings done that were fairly deep. I usually don’t like going to the dentists. I have had multiple bad experiences with DIFFERENT companies. I hate Novocain and have a fear. Dr. Patel and Gabby were very nice to me, had conversations with me while waiting for me to get numb before performing the fillings. It is safe to say that Gabby and Dr Patel have changed my mind and perception of the dentists.

Fantastic experience: I admit I have been dreading to find a new dentist and I heard from a friend that Northbridge was the place to go. Dr Patel was nothing but spectacular. She was patient, kind, and very understanding. She answered all my questions with no hesitations, and made sure I understood everything that we talked about. Her assistant Gabby was very kind and sweet. She made sure X-Rays were nice and quick and the doctor was in as soon as everything was all done. Very clean and welcoming environment. I had a root canal performed easily and with little to no pain, as well as a crown placement swiftly after. Dr. Patel also is proficient with extractions and has removed two of my wisdom teeth. Both times that she had performed the extractions, I was in and out of the office in no time. Fantastic experience: I have only positive feedback for Smiles. Front desk is friendly and helpul, reminders are always sent. I have seen Dr.Patel several times and recommend her highly and glad to see her when I walk in. She is very thorough and professional. I appreciate that she explains any issues and the appropriate course of action, leaving me with few or no questions. She is friendly and shows a true dedication to her craft and patients. As far as the rinse issue another review mentioned. There is no bowl to spit in because water is sprayed into your mouth and removed with suction.

These people make this office what it is . I love them all and the care I get. Dr Patel is very caring and understanding. She truly loves what she does and treats her patients with such care. She is a doctor I would follow. I've had abi as my assistant for every visit and she is amazing. She is kind and goes above and beyond for me and all other patients. They are the glue to the office.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel and Abi have been amazing throughout the entire process of fixing my smile! I have had very bad past experiences with dentists not caring but here with them i feel comfortable and safe no matter what the situation is, they always find a solution and ease my nerves. They genuinely care about their patients while maintaining professionalism at the same time. Also on multiple occasions they have squeezed me in the schedule just to make sure I’m comfortable and not in any pain. The whole team goes out of their way and that is very difficult to find. As long as they are there this will be my forever dentist! Fantastic experience: 1st off I have dentle anxiety and this place was awesome. Called because I had a emergency ,they got me right in that day. The staff addressed the problem and got me in and out. Fantastic experience: Amazing from the time I walked in the door to when I left! Went in for a cleaning, ended up needing an extraction, and left with a healthier smile! Told my parents who live in town and they are booking appointments as well!

Positive experience: I never do Google reviews but I feel like Dr. Patel should be recognized for her work. I have avoided dentists because I knew my teeth weren’t in great condition. I finally decided to go to Dr.Patel and I am more than happy with my decision. She was thorough and compassionate about my whole treatment plan. She was very easy to talk to and she talked to me like I was family. She constantly checks to make sure I’m numb and comfortable. She works very hard and she even calls to check in to make sure everything is going well as I had a temp crown in. She is truly one of a kind and I will continue to see her and only her until my elderly denture days! Which I will be in my 70s/80s because she saved my teeth! Sonia at the front desk is absolutely fantastic, she’s a one woman show at the front desk. She’s great to talk to when when of the phones isn’t ringing! The techs I’ve had are always great! The office and rooms are always clean and in order. The only thing that concerned me was the understaffing. One of my visits got canceled due to short staffing which I was completely fine with. Another one of my visits there was only one Dentist, Dr. Patel and one tech. I told her to go take care of other patients and I was not in a rush. She handled the whole situation of being understaffed like a boss! It was hard to see her being taken advantage of like that. Yes short staffing happens but it should not be a normal thing. I have even seen Dr. Patel cleaning rooms. I get picking up slack sometimes but this just doesn’t seem right. You can tell she pours her heart and soul into being a dentist. She even remembers previous conversations we’ve had weeks prior. I will always see Dr. Patel from now on. If she were ever to leave I would follow her wherever she goes!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to northbridge smiles for quite a few years now and today me and girls went in for our 6 month cleaning appointment. Dr. Patel was amazing and super sweet!! She found a few issues and explained all my options. Probably the best service I’ve had there. Her and Angela who worked the front desk and also assisted her was awesome. My girls and I had a great appointment! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit to this dental office. I moved from Seattle to MA area. I appreciate Dr. Patel who was honest and didn’t want me to do unnecessary services that I had heard from other dental offices in Seattle. Her advice was spot on, she also explained why services were unnecessary. Looking forward to my next visit in 6 months.

Negative experience: Would leave 0 stars if I could. Don’t come here if you value you life, pocketbooks or health My advice is to find a small family practice there are smaller practices covered by masshealth … avoid large chains that you are merely a number for them to make money off of I have never been so sick I have been close to going septic mutiple times . I am scared still ..I was also prompted to leave a positive review by the office so I question how many of their good reviews come from them texting their patients asking them to leave them good reviews, and how many patients like me unhappy with their services are there out there? Would not be surprised if my review is deleted **figured I’d update this … I went to northbridge smiles and was misdiagnosed .. after one of the most painful years of my life, and almost dying … I eventually got the proper diagnosis of an extremely rare staph like infection (Moraxella). The infection was introduced when Northbridge decided to pull my tooth instead of sending me to an oral surgeon. They did this so that they would get the money .. they see so many at all of the smiles locations that they’re purpose isn’t to actually help anyone (hence the constant revolving door) but to get as much $ as they can .. I’m high risk .. any doctor would’ve seen that and known I needed to be seen by an oral surgeon to prevent infection Almost a year later I am still dealing with fallout from Smiles I will try and show one of the more tame pics I have (note none of the blood/damage is from the tooth they pulled but the damage I suffered and continued surgeries from their horrific barbering .. as a result of these butchers I have so many images so much worse you wouldn’t believe the blood and bone loss I endured as a result of them .. I will make sure every so often my review is still here and update it

Fantastic experience: I visited Northbridge Smiles for the first time today and am very impressed! The staff at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable. The x-rays and cleaning went smoothly and the dentist was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of her way to explain the treatment plan she was putting together for a crown I've needed for a while, and how it would work. Before I left the front desk gave me a printout of what my insurance will pay and what i will be responsible for and it is in line with previous crowns I had done at my previous dentist. Also, they got me in quickly for the cleaning which was taking forever at my previous dentist and were able to schedule my crown at a time convenient for me. I am very happy I decided to try them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Monica Patel has helped me with multiple dental procedures, the major two were a root canal and a crown. How did she do? She was, in short, amazing. She definitely exceeded my expectations. Dr. Patel was personal and professional right from our first introduction. She took her time to clearly explain my teeths’ condition, the options, potential risks and benefits. She was careful to ensure I was comfortable at every step of the process. Throughout a root canal, which at face value sounds severe indeed, I never felt a touch of pain. She was careful to ensure I was fully numbed, comfortable and moreover, throughout the procedure, she kept me informed of the progress. Lastly, her follow-up after each procedure was unexpected and appreciated. It really made me feel she was “my doctor,” and it made me realize how much she truly cares for her patients and that a successful outcome her priority. Fantastic experience: I am very grateful for having Dr. Patel as my dentist, her and her assistant Jocelyn are the best duo. I broke one of my main front tooth four years ago from accidentally biting a fork. I neglected for years to get it fixed, but then I noticed a week ago that the other main tooth started to chip too. I called the office and Sonia the front desk reception, also very nice and friendly was able to get me in within 2 days. Dr. Patel was able to file and straighten both my teeth within five minutes perfectly. Her and Jocelyn also took care of my cavities. Again I’m very grateful and highly recommend their fast and professional service!!! Whole staff 5 Stars!!!

We came to her after having a challenging experience at a pediatric dentist in Milford-so I was so relieved and grateful to see her interact nicely with my child. She and her assistant Mary guided my child through the appointment and were responsive and kind when my child needed reassurance.

Negative experience: I’m very upset with today’s dental visit . Same procedure I had 6 months ago and the price was $148.00 dollars more . I won’t be going back . I’ve been going to northbridge smiles prob close to 2 years . I’m shocked at today’s charge .

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this location for 4 years now and have always been satisfied with my care. Today however it was my daughter’s turn to be in the chair. The new female Dentist went above and beyond to answer my questions and to make sure I was properly flossing her teeth to prevent small cavities in her molar’s from getting worse so we wouldn’t have to go through the process of them growing and having to actually be filled. I would definitely recommend this place to both adults and children. You will be taken care of well.

Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience with the new female dentist at Northbridge Smiles. She is so very friendly, attentive, supportive and a very caring woman. I had some root canals by her on some of my front teeth and I had no pain afterwards. My crowns came in so quickly and I was brought in the next day fort them too be put on. My teeth look so much better. Thanks so very much.

Fantastic experience: I came to the office as a new patient a few weeks ago, in need of my first root canal. They took me right in, the office manager Sonia was very helpful booking the needed appointments. Fantastic experience: I just recently started going to Northbridge smiles due to an insurance change. The staff there was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Patel and the staff made me feel very welcome and helped get me on a plan to get my teeth back to where they needed to be. Communication was terrific. I always seem to have Mary as the assistant and she remembers things we have talked about and it helps relax me. As a teen I did not have the greatest dental experiences and they take that into account. I highly recommend Northbridge Smiles for dental care.

Fantastic experience: OMG YALL! The new Dr. that is working there is the absolute BEST! For me it’s always been extremely hard to find a good dentist that does not only have good bedside manner and does great work it’s usually one or the other but Dr. Patel and Jusmary were so sweet, gentle, & thorough with my teeth I now have no issues at all going back. Which is huge coming from me since I’ve had such a hard past with Northbridge smiles due to the previous dentist that worked there. I am so happy I went back because if I hadn’t my teeth literally would’ve started falling apart. Dr. Patel accommodated me so well that she worked all through HER LUNCH BREAK! Because I had told her the previous day I had family pictures so she told me to come in that she would find a way to squeeze me in and she kept her word! She fixed everything that she could that I wanted and needed done just to make sure my day wasn’t ruined due to having my teeth falling apart. All in all she is the “goat” of dentists I’ve ever had. I will absolutely come in for every appointment I have as long as she is there :) I owe you ladies so much for making my pictures with my kids come out so good thank you both so very much!

Fantastic experience: Dr patel went out of her way after work to drive an hour to pick up my partial after the lab messed it up, then came in on Saturday when they were closed to give it to me/fit it so i would not have to go to work without it.

Fantastic experience: So I haven't been to a doctor like Dr. Patel before in my life. She is very wonderful and very good I would recommend her to anyone. She was gentle and I don't like dentists so for me to go out of my comfort zone. I had a bad experience when I was younger and I was 13 when my dentist messed my teeth up pretty bad. I just maintained it the best I could. I told her the story and she was very gentle and amazing. I love this place and the staff was absolutely amazing to me. I would recommend this place by far. The work is fantastic.

Fantastic experience: DR. PATEL is AMAZING! My experience with dentists in the past haven’t always been the best… someone who walks in quickly, doesn’t introduce themselves, talks in words I (as a patient) don’t understand, and then recommends the most costly service. Northbridge Smiles is so different! I recently saw Dr. Patel and she was so kind, friendly, and professional. She explained thoroughly what was going on with my teeth and ALL options, cost effective, insurance covered, as well as more expensive and uncovered options for my further treatment. She went above and beyond by CARING for me and looking out for my best interest when it came to my care. I have since been back a few times and each time she has remembered me which made me feel good! As a mom of 2 babies 1 year and under, life can get hectic and they’ve always treated me as an equal. Thank you Dr. PATEL!

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel, and the staff at Northbridge Smiles has really exceeded my expectations. Dr. PATEL has the bed side manner of a Mother, so reassuring. Noone likes to go to the dentist. Dr. Patel made it much easier and even texted me hours later to check on how I was feeling. I recommend Northbridge Smiles . I have been a client for over 6 years. Negative experience: Failed my root canal. He left an entire root intact and sealed it. Could never get a comfortable bite and went to over 20 appointments for the one failed root canal. Honestly a horrible place to go to. They never answer the phone when you call.

Fantastic experience: Very kind staff, I have some tooth issues from some of my depressive episodes and the staff made me feel safe and taken care of. I didn’t feel judged for any of my tooth issues. The location is very clean and has a friendly staff. They know Spanish as well for people who aren’t perfect with english. Dr. Shah gave me a root canal that’s perfectly placed. He’s a very talented doctor. Really recommend coming here. They also accept MassHealth and most insurance plans as well.

Negative experience: Se came there ONLY for them to take alway credit from mashealth and don’t do anything when we clearly said what we wanted but they started doing other stuff and then sent us to another clinic

Negative experience: I have been a patient here for quit sometime now (years). I called this morning because a very bad tooth pain. I was seen today but nothing was really done about it. I was given antibiotics and was given 2 choices and was told to call back in a couple days with my choice. My appointment was considered an emergency visit and nothing was done about it. The medicine is not working. I wish I was cared for better today.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to northbridge smiles for at least 4-5 years and even now that I’ve moved out of state, I still make the trip - that’s how great they are! All of the hygienists are nice and attentive and the doctors are gentle and informative. Reception always gets me in quickly, both at my time of visit and for upcoming ones. They’re a well oiled machine with customer service to match, I recommend them to everyone.

Negative experience: The receptionist was so nice which is why they got two stars.. Everything else was awful. The facility was dirty. The dentist was in and out, he just scraped my teeth then left and this woman just put some stuff on my teeth and rinsed it out. No cleaning. No flossing NOTHING. It was awful. Waste of time.. I won’t be going back
