Fantastic experience: Great service!

Fantastic experience: This practice is truly amazing! The staff is so caring and always makes sure I feel comfortable and heard. I’m really looking forward to each visit.

Negative experience: Ive been going to this dentist for years, they used to be very good I had no complaints and was happy with my treatment. Ever since Dr. Musa left this location there has been a problem with eery single appointment. They either straight cancel the appointment or change the appointment time WITH OUT LETTING THE PAITENT KNOW OF SCHEDULE CHANGES. DONT WASTE.TOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. The staff tries to be nice about it but that doesn't help anything. They have new staff, doctors and hygenist who treat the patient with condescending disregard. Honestly you are better going someplace else. The only reason I keep coming is because they started an implant and I didn't want to go someplace else in the middle of the procedure. This place makes my blood boil.

Negative experience: It was very unpleasant the visit with you guys. 3 anesthesia in different locations to fill one tooth. Unnecessary

Fantastic experience: The hygienist, Jessie, is one of the most animated and reassuring people I've ever met. I came in feeling worried, but within five minutes of my appointment, I had already forgotten what I was anxious about. She has a way of making you feel completely at ease. Aside from being incredibly professional, her jokes and facial expressions are one of a kind. It's hard to get through your cleaning without laughing and I swear it's almost impossible to keep a straight face when you're with her. Before you know it, your cleaning is already finished, and you're still sitting there talking to her simply because she makes you feel so comfortable. Whether she's having a good day or a bad one, Jessie always comes in smiling and makes every patient feel appreciated. I truly hope more people get the chance to experience what it's like to be in her care so they can see just how amazing healthcare professionals like her can be. Jessie sets the standard for what a great hygienist should be. If every hygienist were like her, they'd all be fully booked and widely known for the exceptional care they provide.

Fantastic experience: Raiza is amazing and just irreplaceable. No one comes close to being as helpful as she is, coolest lady ever Whether it’s answering questions or offering advice, she’s really the best front desk person I’ve met so far. Any business would be lucky to have someone even half as amazing as she is and i enjoy seeing every visit. Mariam is incredibly careful when handling her tools, especially if you have sensitive areas. She always makes sure you don’t experience any discomfort while she’s working and goes out of her way to make you feel well taken care of. Don’t hesitate to ask her any questions since she always provides helpful and informative answers. Madia is a very knowledgeable and straightforward woman. She addressed every concern I had and clearly explained exactly what needed to be done. Her directions and confidence, made me feel safe and secure No matter how complex the issue may seem, she makes sure you fully understand everything before you leave and by the end of the conversation I understood what needed to be done. -Ahmad

Fantastic experience: The hygienist Jessica was amazing with my 11 year old! He has been coming here for a few years and have never had a bad experience and my son's had oral surgery, multiple teeth extracted. Theyre always kind and he is in no pain.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the Oral Surgery Department. The doctor was excellent, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. The assistants were also very kind, helpful, and supportive. I would also like to mention the front desk staff, who were very friendly and welcoming and made the whole process smooth from the moment I arrived. Overall, everyone was very professional and caring, and I highly recommend this clinic

Negative experience: We have been going here for a few years now and the doctors overturn rate is pretty high! I feel there a new doctor every time we go in for a visit. They are kind and seem very knowledgeable. The hygienists are all very nice as well and are very good with kids. The front desk staff is not professional. They take personal phone calls on their cell phone mid conversation (check in). Kind of seems like they hire anyone to do the front end work but it’s frustrating to have to sign and resign paperwork because of their errors / lack of attention to detail. June 3026 Update - had to go back for my son’s fluoride treatment. He had an 8:30 appt and we got there at 8:20. After waiting till 8:50 I asked when we would be seen and finally got taken back about five minutes later. The treatment itself was 3 minutes!!! Again, not sure why we waiting so long without communication. As soon as the doctor finished she grabbed her jacket and asked the office if they wanted a coffee! The priorities in this office are very skewed.

Negative experience: Probably won't return. Last time we visited four or five employees just stared at me. Until the doctor himself came over and said may I help you". Overall environment/ employee attitude there, cold and unhappy with having to help people. I cancelled, and chose another office. I also didn't like seeing a mouse trap on the floor in the room we were put. Confused why that would even be in a medical sterile room? Hope other's have a better experience. 3 week's later... not one person has reached out to us, definitely not another thought put into returning to this place.

Negative experience: Dont trust these ppl. They're gonna tell you that your insurance doesn't work so they can make u pay up front and out of pocket. Dont let them take advantage of you.

Fantastic experience: I had about 10+ extractions, super nervous, physically shaking and despite the chaos in the waiting area, the dentist i had was great! Thank you soo much for making me feel as comfortable as I could be!

Negative experience: I was searching for a new dentist in December after experiencing tooth pain. Our son’s pediatric dentist had referred this office as he has outgrown them and I figured I’d give them a shot. It’s now April and I still have tooth pain and I’m looking for a new dentist. I was first told that I urgently needed one and likely multiple root canals. When I came back for the root canal, I was instead referred to another specialist. That’s understandable but four subsequent rescheduled appointments, with two being on the day of the appointment are not acceptable when planning a work schedule. 04/25/25 As an update to this review: when they cancelled the last appointment, they texted me on the day of the appointment to call them to reschedule. I decided not to move forward with them and did not call back. No new appointment date was communicated or agreed. Without checking with me, they apparently booked me for this week. I only learned this when I received a text to confirm. I was traveling internationally and would not have made this appointment. I texted and called to cancel with no response. I returned today to see an email asking to confirm or call. I now need to verify that there are no charges for an appointment that I did not make. In my experience, the front office was rude, disorganized, dishonest, and unprofessional. After two sets of x rays, I still have tooth discomfort and I’m overdue for my cleaning. Will find a provider that prioritizes customer service and patient well being

Negative experience: I started coming here years ago and use to enjoy my visits. My last visit on Monday was the complete opposite experience than what I was use to. I had Xrays done and the dental assistant left my xrays up on the screen for me to see. A few minutes after the assistant walked out, while looking over the xrays, I saw a woman walking in the hallway and I greeted her as I would any normal person, bc i didnt know who she was (I hadn't been in awhile) and said, "Hey, how are you?" This woman rushed into the room and pushed her way in front of me and I go "I'm sorry, I didn't touch anything, I was just looking at my xrays (clearly on the screen) and I wanted to see how far gone my teeth were" She responded with "You can't be looking at these and you can't be looking at the computer." "I said, "Ma'am those are my xrays, why can't I look at my own xrays. Especially when you saw me, i was hunched over, my hands behind my back not even touching anything. Also the xrays were left open for me to view".. it was around this time I figured out that this woman walking in the hallways was Dr. Madia. The way she spoke and acted was very rude and disrespectful.. I almost walked out but I needed to be seen unfortunately she didn't do much for me besides focus on one area and referred me out.. Ill never go back to her.. this place was so much better back when Dr Gupta worked there. This woman is terrible

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the service. On multiple occasions, my appointments were canceled without prior notice. Each time, vague explanations such as changes in software or lunch schedules were given. Even if internal schedules change, appointments could easily be adjusted rather than canceled at the last minute. The lack of timely communication shows a disregard for customers’ time. Based on these repeated experiences, I have decided to seek services elsewhere. I wish there is option of 0 rating.

Negative experience: So I normally don’t like to complain, but my experience yesterday was pretty horrible. I went in with the expectation that I would have a filling done and to be measured for my permanent crown and neither one happened instead, all I got was four x-rays because The assistant didn’t know what she was doing. I’m very frustrated with how things have been handled

Positive experience: Very polite, good customer service and great dental work. However the wait time can be excessive. My appointment was 2:00, got into an exam room at 2:15 but didn't start having any dental work done until close to 3:00. I was supposed to have two fillings but they ran out of time and could only do one. This is not the first time I've had long Waits at this office.

Negative experience: Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Dental Treatment by Dr. Hwang My name is Shyam Pandey (Date of Birth: 12/29/1985). I visited your office for a dental check-up concerning my uneven teeth with a small gap, bleeding gums, and bad breath. I initially thought the dentist would suggest braces to fix the gap. However, during my visit, Dr. Hwang (Chinese dentist) examined my teeth and identified small cavities that had never caused me pain or discomfort before. He recommended filling the affected teeth on both the left and right sides. The first filling on the right side went well, and I had no issues. However, during the second appointment, when he filled the left side, it became a terrible experience. The next day, I started feeling pain and inflammation while biting. After a week, I called the office and explained my situation. I was scheduled for a follow-up with Dr. Hwang. Upon examination, he said he found nothing wrong with the filling and only adjusted the surface slightly. He advised me to “wait and see” for two weeks. Unfortunately, the pain persisted. I returned for another visit, and this time he told me I needed a wisdom tooth extraction, which made no sense to me. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. Now I regret ever allowing him to treat my teeth. How could he suggest a root canal—a costly procedure not covered by my MassHealth insurance—when I had no pain before his treatment? I do not want my tooth extracted. I am only 39 years old and still need my teeth to eat properly. Dr. Hwang handled my treatment poorly. I believe he over-drilled my tooth, causing unnecessary pain. I had no issues before the filling, and now I can’t bite properly. He recommended a treatment that has worsened my condition and refuses to take responsibility. If he was not confident in completing the treatment, why did he start it? I strongly believe this was his mistake. Regardless of my insurance coverage, since he initiated the treatment, he should complete it without expecting me to pay out of pocket for his error. Had I known this outcome, I would never have agreed to the filling. I am deeply dissatisfied with his attitude and treatment, and I am filing a formal complaint against him.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with a customer service agent named Ed. When I asked whether my daughter had visited this specific office location—since there are two offices in Milford—his response was, “I see several offices around me right now.” That answer was not only confusing but also unhelpful. To make matters worse, I asked if the other locations had Daffy Duck and octopus decorations aka pediatric decor on the walls like this one, trying to clarify which office it might have been, but his response remained condescending and dismissive. I was left feeling frustrated and no closer to getting a simple, straightforward answer. Switching dental offices rather than even booking with the correct “‘other office “

Negative experience: Two days ago I took my 17 year old child to have his teeth cleaned . Come to find out all they did was brush and floss his teeth. When I called about it I was lied to. I was told that when they looked at his teeth they were so clean they didn't need anything else. My son told me they never looked in his mouth they just started brushing his teeth immediately. But if I wanted I could come back in. Needless to say I brought him back in to have his teeth cleaned. Oh and did I mention that the person that brushed his teeth the 1st day wasn't even a hygienist she was a dental assistant!! The real kicker is that a dentist looked at his mouth after this so called cleaning & proceeded to tell me that he had 5 cavities that needed to be filled. I think I'm still in shock!! He goes every 6 months??? He has been going to this dental office since he was 3 years old. Not sure when but many years ago the practice was sold we stayed because of the hygienist Diane unfortunately she has since retired and I should have left then. Every time we go it's a different dentist, hygienist even the girls at the counter aren't the same. Oh don't worry we've already changed dentist!!!

Upon meeting Dr. Gupta's clinical assistant Sandra, I immediately felt confident with our choice for this procedure. Sandra kept my child safe and comfortable. The staff have such a great bed side manner, they always explain to both of my girls what they are going to do and it helps reassure them not to be afraid. The staff were absolutely amazing with both of my kids who are 10 and 3. They both love going to the dentist, in fact they are very excited to go. Very pleased with how appointments go at children and family dental. I would recommend to anyone with kids that this is the place to go if you want your children to have a positive experience.

However, today's appointment at this new clinic was very pleasent. The crew made me feel calm and comfortable, surgery was done in such short time I was impressed. I wanted to specially thank the woman that was with me through the whole process, unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she made everything go with such an ease that when I noticed it was already time to go home. Was told that's the way there supposed to be and couldn't wear them while eating and also had a crack along the top front and they broke in half. Now I need a real dentist and have them made properly. Would not recommend this place. The receptionists are wonderful the dentists no way
