Fantastic experience: My daughter needed a root canal. The staff was friendly, kind and eased her fears. The doctor was thorough and explained everything to both of us. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment I called at 9:30 and they got me in at 11:50 the same kind. All the staff were kind, patient, and understanding.

Fantastic experience: I received a call from the receptionist that there was an earlier appointment open and if I would like to come in. Perfect, I had a busy day scheduled and it fit right in. I was warmly greeted when I entered, not only from the receptionist, but the other staff members as well. I barely had time to sit in the waiting room when they called me in to the exam room. The Hygienist was friendly and professional getting me prepped for the dentist's evaluation, and the Dentist was very meticulous in her exam. She was very clear and concise in her explanation of what the findings were and the next step in correcting the issue. My apologies in not remembering the individuals names, but my sincere appreciation for your kindness and professionalism. Follow up: 7/17/26 Again, I have nothing but great things to say about the level of quality care and expertise. Dr.McGough is extremely knowledgeable and her kind and caring demeanor shows that she really cares about her patients. That goes for the rest of the staff from the moment that you walk in the door

Fantastic experience: I have gotten dental work here several times now and highly recommend them. I have a LOT of dentist anxiety and they always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. (Well, as comfortable as you can be with someone drilling into your teeth…) They explain everything they are going to do and everything that they see wrong with your teeth and they use language that makes sense. They are willing to answer any questions and they check in to make sure you’re doing okay throughout the whole process. And, of course, all of my dental work has gone very successfully and even efficiently. I recently had Dr. Bissada and recommend him very much, though everyone here is great.

Fantastic experience: I deeply appreciate the doctor explaining the pro and cons and particulars of my situation. Ultimately it was determined an extraction was the correct solution. I asked many questions and considered the different option that were presented. Being educated to make the correct or best decision is everything.

Fantastic experience: This is the type of review that I didn't anticipate writing. I didn't want to have a root canal but it was necessary. There wasn't one thing that I can complain about. The staff and dentist were all extremely friendly and professional. It was explained to me step by step what would happen. The staff was so caring and concerned about my well being. I never had any pain at all. I hope I don't need their services again in the near future but if I do I would return to them. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Gorham.

Fantastic experience: It was an exceptional appointment! Starting by a friendly receptionist who actually greeted you with eye contact and was understanding with my questions about insurance. From there the procedure was painless (I am a wimp when it comes to my teeth) the doctor explained to me what was going on during the whole time and kept asking if I was ok. Patiently answered my questions and concerns. That office actually cared about me not just about the insurance money. You won't be disappointed!!!!

She was approachable, extremely knowledgeable, with excellent bedside manners. She took her time explaining everything to me in detail. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Endodontic Care by my primary dentist for an emergency root canal and to drain an abcess on the upper left side of my mouth. I met with Dr. Elizabeth Mcgough who detailed the procedure to me. The Dr. and her assistant performed these procedures with such professionalism and confidence that when I left the office I could already feel the relief. Not only did they see me with such short notice (within 3 hours of referral) but also made a potentialy disastrous weekend somewhat tolerable. Thanks again Dr Liz!!

Fantastic experience: Had a root canal done almost two years to date of this visit. Recently had some minimal discomfort in the area that I wanted to address. Dr Gorham who performed original procedure and did an amazing job was able to see me quickly and asses the issue and suggest a few potential remedies. She was great, remembered the case notes from before, took time to explain what she saw and how each alternative fix could work. Very good experience.

I had absolutely no pain at any point during the visit! Everyone was so friendly and immediately put me at ease about a procedure that has historically been dreaded for generations. This is a very caring and professional group. At several points during the procedure, Dr. Sharma asked me how I was doing and genuinely seemed concerned with my well being. Fantastic experience: I definitely would recommend to my friends and family. They were so nice and polite. They worked well together as a team. Even though it was a root canal it was an enjoyable experience.

Positive experience: I was seen, diagnosed for future treatment but no work has been done yet, so I can't really rate this establishment. I will say that I have to wait a few days less than a full month for my treatment appointment which holds up other procedures needed after my root canals are done.

I was experiencing excruciating pain from an inflamed tooth and they were kind enough to take me quickly and ease my pain. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were so personable, helpful, and professional. Dr. Gorham performed a partial root canal and explained my treatment options afterwards as the tooth she worked on had a fracture throughout it. Their office also called me the next morning to see how I was feeling. Needless to say, I slept very well after the procedure and am very grateful and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Endodontic Care of MA was an unbelieve experience. I was having trouble finding a dentist for my Adult child (lol) who needed a root canal badly. We tried many places and they were either insanely expensive, 10X the cost, or did not take our insurance. The Staff here are just amazing, Friendly, caring and helpful. The got him in right away, and made it easy to pre-fill out all the paperwork at home. They also scheduled a follow-up and gave the choice of over the phone or in person to just check up and see how everything is going for him, making sure he is not in any additional pain and everything is holding as should. You do not get that part often. I would highly recommend this Endodontic Team to anyone that needs specialty work done like a root canal. You can not get any better than them!!!
