Fantastic experience: I have been going to a Dentist since 1997 and my Husband has been attending Siebenthaler Dental Center for years and I said I'm going to try them out so I called to make an appointment and I love there service because there time of arriving to leaving isn't anything like the Dentist that I had been going to because I normally be there 2 to 3 hrs but Siebenth aler is must faster getting you in and out. And they greet everyone as they enter inside the building.

I must say very nice as well. Everyone in there was nice And I would recommend them to anyone that I know so all I can say to the staff is thank you and keep up the good work. I can say more but that speak for itself. Very good environment I was treated very respectful as I can say again I would recommend them 100%

Fantastic experience: My entire life, I've heard that having a root canal is one of the worst experiences, so when I needed one I went into it expecting a lot of pain. My experience could not have been better. The entire procedure was over in about two hours, nearly entirely pain-free, and the clinicians were very detail oriented. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and informed about every step of the process. Highly recommend Dr. Bohme and his staff!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Siebenthaler Dental, Dr. Richard Bohme, Is Brilliant at his Craft, I have been going there for 18 years, 15 years ago I got two Root Canals in one day and went shopping after, 15 years later I got another Root Canal,l woke up the next day, It was like it never took place, For me that was Incredible, the staff there has always been very professional I've never had to wait past 15 minutes, if you want a Positive Experience , Total trust in your Dentist, I highly recommend.

Negative experience: The receptionist was very rude to me. I was calling to ask if they were accepting new patients, and before I could finish my sentence, she told me they weren't. So, I replied, "Okay, thank you," and before I could finish my sentence, she interrupted me again and said, "Thank you," and quickly hung up the phone. It was a very unwelcoming experience and I don't appreciate how I was treated. This made me not even want to consider going to this location for future references.

Negative experience: Appt on 9/16/25 I came in for exam(~15min), staff seemed to be rushing through it. I was told I had a cavity forming that required a filling and to schedule it up front. The person up front at the scheduling counter said they would contact me once they get authorized from insurance. I waited a week, called them and the same scheduler said they were waiting. I have yet to hear from them still… Dayton Comprehensive Dentistry has a way better staff! —— 30 days? The other office got it approved in less than 48hrs. Not to mention there was no follow up by your staff, even after 30 days.

Negative experience: Just didn’t feel the love . They don’t accept tap pay . Tried to force me to remove my wisdom teeth although I kept saying I didn’t want them removed . Not horrible, but I wouldn’t return or recommend . Didn’t feel safe overall and a lot of things that I requested and wanted was ignored.

Fantastic experience: Just got my first crown ever. Super service. And the crown was made at the office. Dr. Boehme is the best! Him singing along with the office music was a surprise.

Fantastic experience: I went in for my initial exam with Dr. Bohme, I am very relieved with my decision to choose Siebenthaler Dental. He was very straightforward, very nice and most importantly (by far) he is able to complete the extensive amount of work that I need done all in house. Entire staff seemed outstanding. Most offices I contacted wanted to run me through an endless string of referrals, not here. I couldn't be any happier with the choice and will be completing all of my dental work with with him. Just wanted to follow up on the review, I just finished my 3rd appointment with Dr. Bohme this morning. The relief that I have about finding him is indescribable. He, as well as everyone else in that office, has taken excellent care of me and he has worked miracles on my dental issues (multiple root canals and crowns). He is absolutely fantastic.

Negative experience: Do NOT go here. The Dr and staff are careless and unprofessional. I needed more Novocaine and the Dr dismissed me and told me AND the staff member that I was just being "sensitive." Not even a year later, my filling popped out and so did my cap. After so the Dr attempted to diagnose me with a root canal without even bothering to touch my tooth with any instruments. Turns out it was NOT a root canal and my NEW CAP is doing great NOW thanks to my new Dr ☺️! Good luck to your teeth and your wallet if you take the chances of going here! (YES this review is REAL. Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to the Siebenthaler Dental Clinic. i had a good experience, the staff were nice and friendly and the doctor welcomed me. The X-rays were done in no time and the doctor told me how many fillings I needed. I was able to scheduled my fillings and cleanings on my day-off. The front desk went over the price of fillings and cleaning and what would be my portion to pay out of pocket. I recommend this dentistry. I finally look forward to going to the Dentist. Keep up the great work that you do.

Fantastic experience: Great staff! I've been a patient since 1995. I've received a bridge, multiple crowns and fillings just to name a few services. I have no complaints!! Since getting my teeth worked on isn't my favorite thing to do, I am especially grateful for the Dentist and his staff's ability to calm me and to make me feel that I'm in good hands. Lastly, I appreciate the modern techniques and equipment that are used.

Fantastic experience: Very efficient first appointment with X-rays taken and meeting my new dentist. They take Liberty insurance through Medicare which my old dentist did not so I had to find a new practitioner. So far so good. Everyone nice and seemed competent. Will have first cleaning in 6 mos. Lobby furniture needs updated or repaired. Edges of chairs worn off. Minor issue.

Fantastic experience: I like Dr. Bohm and all his staff. It’s a super friendly practice and Dr. Bohm can make crowns at the office on the same day. His hygienists are wonderful and not super aggressive when cleaning your teeth.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this dental office for some time now and I am so pleased with their service. I just had a completion of a back crown, and it looks so nice; and above all, it feels great in my mouth. My dental insurance is accepted by them, and any co-pays are processed accordingly. Doc is a great guy and doesn't dilly dally when he's working making a challenging appointment quick and easy.

Negative experience: This is about they communication in their services I haven’t been to this place in years and my first appointment I was told was supposed to be for my cleaning then was told they wasn’t doing anything but pictures then was told to make another appointment to get fill ins replaced and my teeth cleaned . So I came in to get my teeth cleaned and basically left blood in my mouth after doing a gingivitis cleaning was being talked to like my mouth was horrible and like I didn’t know what I was doing also like I was a child after letting the lady know that their communication could have been better for her to tell me it’s a two part process and I have to come back in six weeks two get them actually cleaned then wanted to argue with me after I told her whatever she suggested and had wanted to educate we had the conversation while she was picking on my teeth . I was speaking to the recep and trying to understand why things wasn’t communicated about the different cleanings and her contradicting me being able to get part two on my next visit and how I could find somewhere else to go after I totally explained this was about keeping my teeth in order and I know I can go somewhere else if need be but communication is and key and I don’t need to be told after I choose to come back by choice u just want to have a back and forth then I was told 6 weeks from now was late nov then I was told 4 weeks was in December she got an attitude because I told her I don’t want this woman working on my teeth let alone I had to come home and wash blood out of my mouth because she wanted to to just get it done and over with the over all dentist office is nice and welcoming but there’s a difference between educating and just trying to bash someone she acted like I didn’t know how to brush my teeth like I never had any work on my mouth and like they were just horrible I’ve had braces gingivitis removal from a specialist when I had my braces and never been treated like this . I literally came to get my teeth cleaned and they didn’t clean them they cleaned off built off and left me brush them and see what else I needed to be done in six weeks because they claim it’s deeper cleaning that I wasn’t told I needed and want to push out them being polished and I already have to come back next week … she actually hurt my teeth made my bottom teeth looked chipped and was trying to leave my mouth bloody like I was gonna have to swallow it until I asked for her to let me spit again like I said this is about lack of communication and me originally making two appointments when I could have just made 3 and got this all taken care of now if people can’t understand as a patient I have freedom of speech and if I don’t want you working on my teeth I can say so because you made me feel some type of way I hope the communication in the different services gets cleared up and when you come to get X-rays they tell you this when the dentist looks at the pictures that you might have to get a different deep cleaning “ as they call it before they even physically clean your teeth thank you have a good day

The tech explained what needed to be done and the dentist was very pleasant and thorough. He also took the time to talk to me about what would be done.

Negative experience: I would be very skeptical of this place . I was told I needed 3 teeth extracted , But only two were done and i still was charged for 3. Not to mention, that after the tooth removal I came down with a fever. I called the number given to me incase of any problems. And I never received an answer nor a return phone call. This was my first experience with this place and I will never be back. If you're a new patient reading this I would do more research on a better place of business.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was a follow up. I've had some past problems, but the appointment today seems to have solved my concerns and situation. Only time will tell. I still as always give "KUDOS" to McKenzie my Dental Tech and Doc for their professional handling of my situation and concerns.

Negative experience: This was the worst experience of my life. He took one look at an X-ray and said I needed 5 root canals. My only option was to get partials. He pulled 5 teeth at one time and not one of them was hurting. He didn’t monitor my blood pressure during the procedure. After countless “adjustments” I got the final partial today. They don’t fit well at all. Throughout the process, the right side was always pinching. The final product has no pinching on the right side but now major pinching and pain on the left side. That hasn’t been the case at all. Bottom line is he made sure to exhaust all of my dental insurance for a product I can’t even eat with. I was better off before I started. I went for a cleaning and several months later I have 5 fewer teeth and my quality of life is destroyed.

Negative experience: Sloppy work, little attention to detail, little continuity among staff and information given. One assistant says one thing and weeks later a different person says something totally different. Record your conversations with names or be prepared. Not a new practice but it feels like it.

Negative experience: Called many times and sent messages not one damn response in 2 months ! They clearly don't care how bad u need a dentist especially knowing that it's impossible to get a dentist now if on Medicare and medicaid. They are very unprofessional! They could care less about people in desperate need!!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and the practice is up to date on all the latest technologies. I was in need of a tooth pulled and an implant. My last dentist had me going to a specialist to do some of the work and then go back to her to finish up. Here all the work is done in-house, streamlined!

Negative experience: I had an appointment in February. I was charged for fluoride when I wasn't supposed to be charged because they said they checked my insurance. I then received a refund, which was nice, but took about two months post-appointment. I just got a message for a bill I owe from that same February visit for something that I had A) never been charged by any other dentist, and B) something that I was told prior to the appointment that they would not be charging me for. The receptionists are unwilling to listen and are very short while talking on the phone. I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: The ONLY dentist who has performed services that did NOT hurt!!! He explains everything along the way (if you’d like), and with digital photos and scans. All the technology is amazing… a perfect fitting Crown all in one visit. Never had to wait. Always takes me in at my appointment time.

Fantastic experience: Every time since my first visit here, I’ve always gotten great service. The waiting room is always clean and quiet, I usually have a 2-3 minute wait and most times I get serviced immediately. I’m in and out in about 20 to 30 minutes, today I had a cleaning, and was in and out within 15 minutes. Great service, great smiles.
