Experiencia fantástica: I had an urgent dental need with a broken tooth. West Village Dental got me in the same day and Dr. Chilcutt literally rebuilt part of my tooth in an hour- matched the color, worked with quick precision and got me out the door, but not before making sure I was completely satisfied with the look. And I was!

Experiencia fantástica: My first encounter with West Village Dental could not have been any better. I have been without a dentist after being with the same one for 40 years as he retired. I called Amanda and asked if she could get me in ASAP as one of my fillings had fallen out. She was able to get me in and Dr. Chilcutt put in a new crown all on the emergency visit. All the staff are friendly and professional. Thank you for a great first appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Just had my first appointment as a new patient and had a great experience! I was promptly brought back at my scheduled appointment time and all of the staff I interacted with were very friendly. Would definitely reccomend!

Experiencia fantástica: As always, WVD is outstanding!!! Donna is amazing. Dr Kristopher a dream dentist in EVERY respect; so grateful to and for all of them.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Chilcutt is by far the most experienced and knowledgeable Dentist I have ever met. They treat us like family and work above and beyond every time. I needed referral for endodontist and oral surgeon . They were on it making phone calls and within couple of hours they find you a spot. Best Doctor and best communications . Most importantly they are HONEST.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! Thorough cleaning and fast service.

Experiencia fantástica: Love West Village Dental. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and they make it easy to keep up on cleanings. Appointments run on time and they get you in and out quickly.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding service and care provided every visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: After moving to St. Louis last year, searching for a new dentist, and luckily finding West Village Dental, I couldn't be happier with Dr. Chilcutt and his amazing team. Everyone is friendly, professional, and very good at what they do. After having one tooth crowned and two dental cleanings, I feel very confident in recommending West Village Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Services provided were excellent. Very modern equipment. Staff was very responsive and knowledgeable.

Experiencia negativa: The cleaning and basic services provided were satisfactory. However, we encountered some challenges with a more complex procedure. When my wife's porcelain veneer needed repair, it required two sessions, and unfortunately, the outcome was not entirely satisfactory, necessitating further treatment at another practice. Regarding administrative aspects, we found the billing process lacked clarity. While initial fees were charged on the day of the appointment, we subsequently received additional bills at home without a clear explanation for the cost differences. Furthermore, we were charged a $60 cancellation fee for an appointment. I scheduled this appointment on a Monday for a Thursday, and had to cancel on Wednesday at 4:38 PM. I was informed that their after-hours policy, which begins at 4:00 PM, applied, resulting in the cancellation charge. Overall, I was disappointed with the services and the lack of financial clarity.

Experiencia fantástica: Great in all things great dentist can’t beat him Great hygienist great office staff alll are friendly and kind and polite to the customers

Experiencia fantástica: I have always received fantastic customer service. And they are very willing to help me with dental recommendations outside their core services.

Experiencia negativa: Update 3/11/25: BEWARE THE EXTRA BILLING AFTER SERVICES RENDERED! While the service was totally fine, they billed my insurance TWICE and then they lied about it!!! Unfortunately they also billed insurance for expensive full mouth X-rays as well which I would have NEVER agreed to if I had known my insurance only covered bite wings. In the office they are super nice but their billing department is an absolute JOKE! I will start this by saying that I am a very anxious patient at the dentist and I absolutely dread it. And recently I had to get an emergency refilling done due to severe tooth pain. I was able to get a same day appointment and the front desk was SO kind and helpful especially with the insurance I have that is a bit rare in Missouri. Dr. Chilcutt was kind, patient, and explained everything he was doing. And the dental assistant was so kind and played the best country music. I really appreciate the patience and kindness that everyone in the office showed me today. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Best Dentist and Staff!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient of Dr Chilcut for several years and strongly endorse him and his team! They are top notch across the board!

Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed at first I was very nervous on my way but when I arrived everyone was very nice very satisfied I would defiantly recommend them to friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my daughter’s first time with a non-pediatric dentist. She had a cavity that was causing some discomfort and the office was able to get her scheduled right away. She has a bit of anxiety with dental work but they made her very comfortable. They explained everything they were going to do in a way that she would understand and checked in with her every step to make sure she was doing ok. The entire visit was so easy and the entire staff was very friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant and professional experience

Experiencia fantástica: On time. Friendly. Nice environment. But most importantly, they took my fears seriously and understood and took seriously that I have tooth sensitivity… and they were very careful and took extra care. Thank you especially to Amy!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this place!! Doc is great and So timely with my appointments. I Love catching up with my hygienist and my teeth always feel a million times better after my appointments. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Did a great job and an excellent job with my 2.5 year old as well!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! Clean office, friendly staff, and they took great care of my son!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent, personal service! Always a positive experience. Wonderful people and very professional and knowledgeable.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for a routine cleaning and was recommended deep cleaning - a $1600 procedure. I had received routine cleanings here with no issue before. I asked if I could receive the routine cleaning I scheduled and they refused. 6 months later I followed up to schedule again a routine cleaning, or at least reassess because all my previous symptoms were gone (slightly bleeding gums). They refused to schedule me unless I proceeded with this deep cleaning. This prompted to me to ask for a second opinion. They couldn't believe I was recommended this treatment in the first place. The calcium buildup was easily addressed with a routine cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: Sarah is great staff is awesome!! Thx again!!

Experiencia fantástica: My first visit to West Village Dental was better than expected. My previous dentist of over 25 years retired. I was pleasantly surprised by the great attitude of all of the staff. Dr. Chilcutt was very pleasant and thorough. I can honestly say that I look forward to my next visit!

Experiencia fantástica: Always have a great experience at Chilcutt town and country dental

Experiencia fantástica: I'm a new patient, just love the doc and his staff. So kind, professional, knowledgeable!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had excellent visits with Dr. Chilcutt. The offices are clean and welcoming, th3 wait is seldom long and if I am early, they will squeeze me in whenever possible. I really like the reminder of my vist that I receive and very helpful in helping to facilitate a payment plan on dental work that I needed done. Igoing to the dentist here is always a pleasant experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleased with my experience at West Village Dental. This was our third visit after switching my previous Dental provider and Dr. Chelcutt and his staffs met my very good expectation. My wife had some pain in one of her teeth and were able to get time in the same day to see Dr. Chelcutt. Everything was handled very professionally and with a positive attitude explaining everything about her teeth condition. I highly recommend West Village Dental and Dr. Chelcutt as excellent dental provider.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. I will continue to use this facility for my dental care

Experiencia fantástica: This was my second tooth that required a crown. The first one was done by another dentist. Dr. Chilcutt’s tooth preparation process is much, MUCH more advanced and thorough than that of my previous dentist. He and his team take great care to ensure the job is done correctly the first time. I won’t hesitate to recommend West Village Dental to others.

Dr. Chilcutt also worked me in for an emergency visit the same day when I had a crown come off. This practice is a well-oiled machine, with friendly and courteous service. Another visit today for teeth cleaning and checkup with Wanda (very kind dental hygienist) and Dr. Chilcutt. No cavities! Seriously, attentive care and knowledgeable office staff. Still a well- oiled machine!
