I have been going to Dr Buchheit twice per year for 20+ years and have never had a problem. I have several crowns that are over 15 years old, and his office now provides same day crown service, which is very convenient! I recently arrived very anxious for a filling, and every member of his staff was understanding, helpful, and eased my anxiety and pain. They truly care for their patients! His assistant Mary and office manager Vicky are professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient!

I hate to admit it but I am one of those individuals who dreads going to the dentist, in part due to horrible past experiences. Tracy makes sure that I am relaxed before each cleaning and even allows me to sit up slightly higher than what she is used to. This goes a long way for someone like me. Doc takes his time and answers each and every question you might have of him. Recently my job changed insurance plans and they were not part of the network. I decided however that I will just pay the out of pocket amount as I will not go anywhere else. I good dentist, along with their team, is hard to find and I've found the perfect fit.

Due to the great treatment I consistently receive, I choose to stay coming back for all my dental work. Cinderella is always asking if I need anything or okay while I am in the dental chair. That is very helpful and calming for someone who has had A LOT of dental work over the years. Even though I stay afraid of getting work done on my teeth, Dr. Buchheit and his team make me very comfortable and painless.
