Experiencia fantástica: After a terrible experience at another dental office where I paid $400 only to have nothing done and was referred somewhere else, I was honestly expecting the worst. Thankfully, Town & Country completely changed my experience. They were able to get me in just two days later with their affordable new patient special, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Sarah was absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable right away, was incredibly kind, and was very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and made sure all of my questions were answered. The entire staff was friendly, and the visit was smooth from start to finish. I’m so glad I found this office and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Town & Country to anyone looking for a caring, professional dental team!

I have been to many dentists over the years and Dr Blake is the best….also Sarah, the dental hygienist, is excellent in explaining everything she is doing and why. You will not regret making this your dental office.

Experiencia negativa: Beware. I came here last week for x-rays and a cleaning. The hygienists and receptionists were all very kind (hence the 2 star rating). The dentist was neutral. Not overly nice but he was professional. The hygienist told me I would need my whole mouth numbed for an intense deep clean. Dr. Blake came in and looked at my mouth and said I had 5 cavities right away. I was pretty surprised because I have not had hardly any cavities in my life. Their treatment plan was $4100 without insurance. They advised me on insurance plans that would bring the bill down. I was so shocked by their treatment plan I decided to go somewhere else for a second opinion. The next dental group I found looked at my teeth and told me I did need a deeper cleaning, but not as intense as Town and Country had said. When the dentist looked at my teeth and my x-rays for cavities however, he did not see any. He said my teeth looked healthy and just needed a deeper cleaning. I was unfortunately very disappointed with my experience at Town and Country and mainly at how quickly Dr. Blake was to diagnose 5 cavities that I didn’t have and how ready he was to drill into my healthy teeth. Beware if you go here.

Experiencia fantástica: Among my variety of experience with other dentists, I've had serious complaints and lack of trust. I really found "MY" dentist in Dr. Blake. His crew is well organized and well prepared for me before my arrival. If I arrive 5-10 minutes early to an appointment, they usually welcome me back to get started early. With a previous dentist I won't name, I've had issues where a crown they put in has broken on me from eating a toasted sandwhich, and their communication style felt like they were baby-talking to me which hindered my trust in them. Dr. Blake and his team are direct and honest. If there are early signs of a cavity that don't necessarily require immediate work, He informs me and avoids proceeding with any unnecessary work. I trust his office and appreciate the expertise and quality of his service.

Experiencia negativa: Quite literally the worst dental experience I have ever had. Dr Blake was rude and dismissive of my concerns/pain. I left the office spitting blood and in tears. I had extensive bruising inside my mouth for quite some time after going here. The only reason I came back to get my crown is because they said the couldn't send the mold elsewhere. When it came time to get the temporary mold off, Dr Blake squeezed it hard enough to crush it and proceeded to file the leftover bits of temporary crown off my exposed tooth. Every other crown I've EVER received has been smoothly popped off without pain. I was in pain for weeks and had to ice the outside of my face because the pain was so severe. I would NEVER recommend this practice to anyone. This is the definition of being traumatized by a dentist.

I don't like his vibes he doesn't even ask you how you are doing just goes in your mouth then have someone escort you out. Experiencia negativa: Dr. Blake did extraction on March 30th and they charged me $1600 out of pocket and give me record to prove they bill my dental insurance to find out later that they did not bill my insurance for everything. I accepted paying out of pocket to get my tooth replacement, first replacement was not staying in my mouth they delivered after 3 weeks, they told me they gonna contact the lab, second replacement was not a partial was a Invisaline which is very tight, after getting consultation from other 2 dentists they agreed It should be flexible partial for this area, when I told the office that they agreed and told me to come today so they can order the new partial with no cost, today at the day of the appointment they decided to charge me for or cancel so $1600 with no replacement waiting for 2 months and not billing my insurance.

Tammy at front desk schedule me so compassionate and empathetic to my situation I needed a wisdom tooth that was broke pulled and dr Blake pulled it quick and easy for me. I have dental anxiety and Cierra make me feel as though I did not she made me comfortable and was caring about my emotional well being through the process of the extraction. 10 of 10 for this facility and staff I have never been anywhere better

He got me registered and checked in quick. He was professional and kind. My dental hygienist was Danielle. If I could give her six stars, I would. She educated me on areas of improvement and handled me with care while doing my cleaning. She’s funny too. She talked me through what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. The staff kept approaching me, telling me that I had to pay for this and that while the doctor was treating me, and they were busting my back. They sent me another bill without explanation a month later; they are scammers who overcharge. It's an awful experience.l

But the biggest reason for my rating is Chelsea, the hygienist! I have always dreaded prior hygienists that stop working while trying to have a conversation with me. It was always extra frustrating when they would ask me cordial questions I couldn't possibly answer while they were working in my mouth. Chelsea was delightful! She explained everything as she went along, talked cordially when it was appropriate, is probably the first hygienist to EVER clean my teeth without causing me soreness or gum bleeding! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff, creating an inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

All the staff from check in, to the dental hygienist, to Dr.Blake himself were amazing and provided impeccable service! I recently moved back from Dallas and very particular about my oral hygiene, they exceeded my expectations! I’ll be referring EVERYONE!

Experiencia negativa: I need to update my previous review as that was my first time there and went well, but after several visits with various procedures done I would not recommend this office. Dr Eyres is always in a hurry, recommending deep cleaning 3 times a year which is not covered by insurance and not told my progress in numbers on my follow up. My last and will be my final visit was to fill 2 cavities and apparently the equipment was not checked and sprayed a large amount of a chemical used to clean the tooth on my mouth. It burned my whole mouth, and I felt like I was drowning. The dental assistant was trying to suction but was not successful. Dr Eyres just walked out of the room and didn’t even ask if I was ok and I didn’t get to rinse my mouth until the procedure was complete. I know accidents happen but this was handled wrong. Once I got home I started developing painful blisters in my mouth which lasted a week. It has been over a month and those cavities filled are still extremely sensitive to hot and cold and very painful. I will not go back due to this incident, shoddy work and pushing unneeded procedures on their patients. Please do your research!

I heard nothing from him the entire time he was getting x-rays and having his teeth cleaned. They are now pearly white bright. I appreciate the quick turnaround time with no waiting.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a REALLY long time so I was very nervous. Everyone made me feel completely at ease venturing back into the dental world. Topping off my experience was the docs mom, Kris was my hygienist. Besides how down right sweet and caring she was, she's basically going to forever be the goat in my book. She removed every stain and piece of plaque that I have fought years to erase, gone completely! I am grateful for this place and 100% recommended it. I had to get x-rays and a cleaning done since I was a new patient (also because it’s unfortunately been a quick minute since seeing a dentist) and I know that when I go back in 6 months I have nothing to worry about and that’s thanks to Hannah.

Experiencia negativa: My twelve year old daughter had a tooth filled with zero numbing by this dentist. As a new patient he asked her “do you get a needle for numbing?” And she replied “No”. Her previous dentist never highlighted the fact that she was getting a numbing needle- he would simply say - you are going to feel a little pinch. Instead of checking in with her mom (me) who was in the waiting room, he completed the work with zero numbing. When she came out from the room she was pale and shaking and I asked what happened and he explained that he did ask her if she wanted a needle and she said no. He took zero accountability and did not even have the courtesy to apologize for his mistake and for not coming to check in with me before proceeding. . Clearly we have left this practice and are getting excellent care elsewhere. This incident happened a number of years ago, and although I have told this story to friends and family I now feel I need to make it public because this has forever changed her experience with getting even routine dental care. She now has to be sedated for all dental work, even her regular cleaning, and is under the care of a local specialty dental practice, as this was incredibly traumatizing. I would not recommend this dentist.

Experiencia negativa: From a few years ago Hygienist was nice but front desk was kinda snobby and Dr Blake didn't seem to say much to me or care. He did some fillings and didn't say much. I think he was annoyed i kept gagging. No words of comfort and afterwards he just left with no aftercare instructions or asked if i had any questions. I'm not surprised he was on tv though. They ask everyone to give them 5 star reviews too. My new dentist place is way better, nicer and they have more compassion and paitence.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing Experience! Such a kind, professional, efficient, and thorough crew. I was a new patient and had been looking for a Dentist since I finally acquired dental insurance. These humans are simply wonderful. Appointments are easy to book and you don't need to wait forever to get in. They took me back right after I entered and filled out my new patient forms. I saw other people get taken back right away too, which is a change from most doctors (in my experience). I needed imaging, cleaning, and a cavity taken care of. To my surprise, they did this all in 1 hour flat, WOW! The staff was so kind and easy to talk to that it made the experience all the better. Everyone knew their role and executed it perfectly like a fine symphony. The practice worked so efficiently I felt like they were the dentist version of a Formula 1 pit crew; in a way that felt like they were not wasting your time and because they were that experienced. I left feeling so confident in the work they had done, plus my teeth look and feel great. When my face finally isn't numb in a little while then I will surely be finding excuses to smile. Experiencia fantástica: Moving to a new city and finding a new dentist can be daunting, but town and country dental care made it easy! My hygienist Amy was wonderful. She was friendly, efficient, and took a genuine interest in my oral care and health. I’d definitely recommend coming here!

Experiencia negativa: Been dentist hopping around for a while and this is not it. Some red flags I noticed: prescribed me a steroid to reduce pain and inflammation in the mouth didn’t even check my health history I just filled out saying I was a diabetic. It is common knowledge that steroids affect blood sugar levels I was taking triple the insulin to keep up with it. Luckily I knew steroids could affect my sugars.. some diabetics don’t know this!! Could have been bad. Lastly, doctor was not personable, could not sense he had a passion for what he does. Could have been an off day for him but will not risk it again. Doctors should take a thorough look at medication history and medical history before prescribing medications. The plus was they get you in really fast! Might go back if I had a dental emergency with caution. The front desk staff was nice but I have had bad experiences with doctors in the past so i won’t risk it. Edit: the issue with being given steroids as a diabetic is the doctor should have explained that it would affect my sugars and I may need more insulin. He did not acknowledge it. Very get it over with and send you on your way type of guy. I took them thinking I’ll need a little more insulin but it took me a ton thankfully I have a freestyle libre sensor so I was alerted it was high!

Chelsea really made me feel comfortable. Also, Chelsea and the Doc made me feel reassured of my smile. Overall, it was a really efficient and enjoyable experience.

Experiencia fantástica: There are three aspects of Town and Country Dental Care I feel are worth noting. First - They are extremely friendly. Literally everyone that I encountered genuinely seemed happy to be there. They introduced themselves and made sure I was comfortable. I felt like I could ask any of them anything and they'd be happy to assist me in any way they could. Second - They are efficient. This was my first visit with them and there was a lot I wanted. I needed full x-rays, a cleaning, a consult on orthodontics, and teeth whitening. They were always ready for the next step as soon as one was done. I never felt rushed, but just that they were ready for me and I wasn't having to wait around for anything. Third - They are technology-enabled. Everything from the X-rays, water-jet cleaning, and hi-res cameras to the cutting edge 3d scanning for orthodontics and Sinsational Smile whitening system are state-of-the-art. With these three things combined, I'm confident and excited about improving my smile to the best it's ever been!

This is the first place I've gone to where procedures are explained to me and the results they find from doing these procedures (today it was a general cleaning). Being a person who works in a hospital lab, I like knowing how and why things are done, so this was wonderful! I was always nervous going to the dentist because things weren't explained to me. Great job Amy! CJ (at the front desk) was also wonderful! He explained the charges, going through insurance and my out-of-pocket expenses. He also reminded me of the findings from today's visit, and discussed the setup of the follow-up appointments. He was very helpful and very friendly. I am DEFINITELY going to come back and will also be recommending this place to my friends and coworkers!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to this practice for almost a decade and have had nothing but amazing experiences there. The receptionists and hygienists are some of the friendliest people you’ll meet. Dr. Blake has done numerous procedures on me and my siblings and we have never had a problem. If you are looking for a comfortable and quality dental experience this is the place hands down!

Experiencia fantástica: I loved coming here! After going to my dentist for 18 years before he retired, I was hesitant and sad to find a new place. The people at TC dental are so kind and welcoming! I had Kris as my hygienist and she was very nice and told me I had beautiful teeth. If you are looking to switch I can’t recommend this place enough! Ashley at the front desk was so helpful as well! Plus I got to do the free teeth whitening for new patients!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great! My twice-annual checkups/cleanings are fast and efficient. The office is always prompt and on-time and the staff are always friendly and will answer all your questions. They have the latest and greatest technology so x-rays and cleanings are fast and painless. My dental hygienist Amy is always so nice and does such a great job with my cleanings.

Experiencia negativa: blake serviced my kid, gave us the wrong xray, still not accomodating to give me the reports of my kid so i can get second opinion. dont go to them they arent good with services offered to those who dont have dental insurance. I dont even know how they got 5.0 stars reviews

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Town and Country Dental after not going to the dentist for several years. When I first arrived, Ashley and CJ were very friendly, professional, funny and welcoming. They were helpful in explaining my benefits and making my next appointment when leaving also. Chelsea, all I can say is thank you! She spent a lot of time doing X-rays and performing my cleaning. She explained everything to me and what the plan moving forward needed to be. She was very detail oriented, professional, patient and friendly. Dr. Eyres was also friendly, professional and to the point. Thank you to the staff for not making feel badly about not going to the dentist like I should have been doing. I can’t say enough great things about the staff and service at this dental office!

Dr. Eyres handled my dental work and made me feel so comfortable, and his treatment was painless and efficient!
