Experiencia fantástica: I will have to say in the last 5 years I have never seen a more friendly....accomodating....caring staff like I did with this place. The receptionists welcome you with a smile on their faces. (Haven't seen that in years anywhere else) the nurses..assistants were so kind and informative...Amanda specifically. She even walked my daughter out to the car. She answered all my questions very patiently and easy for me to understand and I never felt rushed out of there because they had to get to the next patient. Dr. Brian Oglander made it a point to come out and introduce himself to me and give me some more tips and was very kind and he even followed up with a phone call to check on her later that night. I wil definitley he recommending this place to others. They definitley know how to hire their staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Best experience of a wisdom tooth extraction ever! I had been putting off getting my wisdom teeth pulled for quite some time but finally needed to get all 4 removed. I went in at 8:30 and left by 9:15 with 4 less teeth than I walked in with. Absolute breeze of a procedure, sat down in the chair, got the IV in and in about 10 seconds I was out. Next thing I remember is waking up ready to walk out the door. All of the staff were super friendly and the doctors are all highly knowledgeable and experienced. If you need your wisdom teeth removed look no further, GO HERE!!!

At my appointment Stacy treated me very well. She was friendly & did a good job of putting me at ease. Dr. Collins was even sweeter. I totally recommend this practice & Dr. Collins.

Experiencia negativa: I would give a 2.5 / 5 star rating here... In July of 2024 I came here by my dentists referral to have 3 wisdom teeth removed. The surgery itself went well - Dr. Robert Reti was very kind, thorough, and calming. He removed all 3 teeth and sent me home shortly after. A couple months later I stopped back in to follow up because I had a 'knot' in my cheek that I thought was related with the surgery since it was the only thing that seemed to make sense. The front office ladies were extremely rude to me in a time I felt very scared and worried. I didn't have a scheduled appointment so was pretty much dismissed and told to call in and schedule a consultation. I tried the home remedies my dentist recommended in the meantime. They were able to schedule my consultation for January of 2025. After x-rays, trying to numb/drain the knot, and observations I was put on an antibiotic. After a week I was supposed to come back in for a follow up but instead checked into urgent care for an injection and steroid prescription because I broke out in a full body rash due to the medication. I called Southwest Oral Surgeon office as a courtesy to tell them why I wouldn't make it in for my follow up appointment and they were quick to dismiss me and I have never heard back from them since. The actual surgery itself went well but the ladies tending to the patients do not create a warm environment in an already stressful situation for many people. I think making patients feel cared for is a very important part of healthcare. Thank you Dr.Reti for taking care of me and a successful surgery.

My 16 year old daughter needed her 4 wisdom teeth removed and they scheduled us in a timely manner and also did the consultation and surgery on the same day which was nice since we were almost 2 hours from home. My daughter was very nervous and they treated her very kindly and explained everything so there were no misunderstandings about what she would be experiencing. Thank you for taking good care of her!

Usually when I have work done there is so much stuff in my throat I feel like I'm being water boarded. But the procedure was fast and relatively painless. I should have known when I met the doctor with his big hands and Popeye forearms that my tooth would be removed with strength and control. I am definitely going back for the next one.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible Oral Surgeon I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy! He butchered the back of my gum at the tooth he pulled and broke the tooth he pulled! I wasn't healing well and he made it sound like it was my fault! He jabbed a nerve block in my gum! He told me that I was too old to be sedated I am 58 years old REALLY!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and understanding of my nervousness. I got right in at my appointment time and was taken care of quickly. Again the girls were so kind, I cannot say that enough. The doctor was wonderful and answered all my questions before sedating me. I just hate that I wasn’t able to thank them all afterwards as I was recovering from being put out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It was rough during the visit due to longer roots but definitely did a good job with no pain the next day. Didn't even take asprin the following day. I feel like he was careful to do no other damage to my mouth. Appreciate that.

I had been living with a painful, chipped wisdom tooth for a few months and my fear definitely delayed me from going; I really couldn’t live with the pain anymore, so I needed it taken out. I decided to do it awake since it was just the one tooth. Props to Dr. Robert Reti, shots aren’t fun, but his numbing process was smooth and pretty painless. I didn’t feel anything but a bit of pressure when he pulled the tooth out. I had ZERO pain. They triple check and make sure you are comfortable. It was not even 10 seconds and my tooth was out, I said, “That’s it?!” lol felt a HUGE relief once it was over. My first reaction was to give a good ole fist bump and thank him. I have serious dental phobia, but I’m telling you they are great! If I could give 10 stars I would. Amazing staff! Thank you Southwest Oral in Fenton!

Plus was more than 15 minutes after the assistant was done with me. Another 20 minutes before a shot to num my mouth. Then 40 minutes or longer before he pulled my tooth. Had Army Dentist that had better bedside manners and not as rough and uncaring.

I chose to be awake during both of my procedures, and Dr. O worked very efficiently while ensuring I wasn't in pain and communicating to me what I would be hearing or how much longer until the procedure was complete. Experiencia positiva: I wish I could give 5 stars. Surgeon and nurses were great. I was very upset the day of, I get a call that I'm late, I wrote the time and date down. Receptionist said I would need to reschedule, now at that point I'm mad. I've worked myself up to this surgery and took of work 2 days. I threw a fit and said I can not reschedule. She said so.eone called the day before to confirm, I looked at call log, they DID NOT call, or email. Luckily I live minutes away and they said to hurry in. When I got there I told the lady, look, I looked and no one called me. She apologized and said she was not there that day, a different receptionist confirmed my 10:45am appt to 9:45am, they moved my time up! Without me knowing! I was so mad, and to know I almost didn't get the surgery due to miscommunication on their part!
