Experiencia negativa: I have been going for approximately 4 years. The hygienist was wonderful, however the way they charge is a scam. I have dental insurance and they always claim the cleaning they do warrants and extra $170 besides what my insurance pays. The cleaning takes 30 minutes and insurance paid $163, that’s $333 for 30 minutes. I explained I was not going back and they automatically made an appointment for me in one year. Go to them if you don’t mind spending money.

Then tells you your insurance doesn't cover the specialist ! My insurance tells me he is in network then does not honor the same codes !!! Still trying to get my insurance involved in a $900 tooth pull *****I had the appointment for a week !! It was not emergency !***** Sent my other son in and same high quotes for certain procedures ! That other dentists charge alot less for without any insurance at all. ! A qualified dentist should have been able to remove wisdom teeth ! You also signed a contract with the insurance company to honor the codes . Also my son went to another dentist the 7 cavities u claim he had..... other dentist acknowladge only 2. And quoted one third of your cost. Update. Insurance sent me a check for $710. The codes were covered !!!! And my son had insurance. !! And it was not an emergency visit. I had appt for over a week. He started having pain the day of appt....so they used that excuse to charge and ripp me off. Thanks for your response Dr. Lein. But that is a lie. Update02/10/ 2024. my tooth #30. That Dr Leins in house endodontist did a (root canal and a crown).....4 years ago... Just had to get pulled this week because . 2 specialist informed me the tooth had a leak at bottom of tooth. Bone was infected. And was told this has been here for a while. Now I'm paying for an implant. !!! Update all 3 teeth u capped and did a toot canal on 4 years later has failed. #.3. #4 #30 Update March 12, 2026 tooth #3 is being removed in May Was.told cap wasn't put on correctly. 2 dentist. 2 periodontist. An endodontist said leaky tooth.

When I went this time I was told it would be $185+ and that “insurance no longer covers any cleanings” and that “there is a $75 annual fee to be charged to everyone” unprecedented greed has lead me to find a new dentist after a decade of loyalty. I would advise anyone looking at starting up with this office to look elsewhere. Will never step foot in this office again.

We need to wait for our EOB in thirty days for details. I can afford the increase, but it would’ve been nice to know that you we are going to pay $100 more this visit and $20 more in six months.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars, I would. I was a loyal patient of Dr. Lein for 5 to 7 years and spent significant money with this practice. I always believed they were honest and professional. That changed completely. I scheduled a 7am appointment for pain, but when it resolved, I called at 6:30am to cancel and left a voicemail since no one answered. I was then told I am permanently blocked from booking morning appointments. This policy was never disclosed and only enforced when convenient. The staff was rude and dismissive, hiding behind “office policy” and “private business” excuses. Ironically, in all my years here, I have never canceled or been late, yet I have often waited past my scheduled time. I asked for Dr. Lein to call me directly and never received a call. This experience made one thing clear. Loyalty means nothing here and transparency is optional. They would rather lose a long-term patient than handle a single reasonable cancellation with basic professionalism.

Experiencia fantástica: Totally Awesome Experience Wintering in Florida from Michigan I had a major failure to an existing crown. In search for a competent dentist was painfully disappointing until I found Dr. Lein. He produced a dental plan that was comprehensive and reassuring without unnecessary price gouging. His office operated with complete professionalism at every moment. The office manager Nicole efficiently coordinated befits with my insurance provider and helped to obtain X-rays from my dentist in Michigan. Dr Lein’s skill and confidence in conjunction with a painless procedure was comforting . His assistant Megan was also a breath of fresh air, her preparation and dedication shined as she made my temporary crowns. Like an artist she molded and tuned the temps until they were perfect. I will always be amazed at her dedication to perfection. Only negative comment I have is that my dentist in Michigan is going to miss me. Thank you Dr. Lein and crew my new crown is perfect and my smile has been restored! The experience was totally awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: I am in the process of getting an implant. The equipment that Dr. Lein has is state of the art. They scanned my entire head for a full scan of my jaw, nerves teeth etc. They determined that since the implant will be inserted close to a nerve, they took another set of images so when the do insert the base of the implant, the technology will prevent them from hitting the nerve. I am very impressed with his office equipment, staff and Dr. Lein supervisors all procedures. It is a warm safe environment.

Experiencia negativa: I’m looking for a new dentist as mine is retiring. Here, they charge an extra $80 cleaning fee for non-covered, unnecessary, and mandatory additional treatments (fluoride etc.), even though my insurance covers cleanings at 100%. When I asked to not get the unneeded treatments, I was told the cleaning would not be done without them. Quite frankly, I use fluoride daily, and do not need or want additional add-on services, just a cleaning. I am quite disappointed in the one size fits all approach and inflexibility. Although I heard lots of great things about Dr Lein, and I understand the practice needs to earn a profit, but mandating unneeded treatments is a red flag to me.

Experiencia negativa: When you make an appointment with this practice, make sure they run your insurance information over the phone and that there will be no extra fees. I confirmed they were in-network with my insurer before showing up for a basic cleaning and x-ray, only to be slapped with an $80 additional "irrigation" charge before I even got in the chair. I told them I was happy to only undergo the parts of the cleaning that my insurance covered, and they told me the extra charge was non-negotiable. So I walked out the door. Huge waste of my time, and I'm sure I'm not the first. I can't speak to Dr. Lein himself, but for those coming to this practice for basic preventative care, be absolutely sure over the phone what the costs will be before you show up. (And don't try texting them at the text-only number on their site, they don't respond.) ETA: My plan has no copay for preventative care and I was able to book with another in-network practice that confirmed there would be no out-of-pocket charge. This practice's response is not accurate.

If you are looking for great dental care, with a fun-loving, friendly staff, this is the place! Not only does Dr Lein and his his amazing team provide quality professional care, they have made it possible to enjoy a visit to the dentist! Actually, please don’t go to him! I don’t want you to swarm his office and make it become difficult for me to get an appointment!!!

Thus, my cleaning last week included use of a new, gentler ultrasonic cleaner followed by a cleaning air-jet that uses baking soda.
