Experiencia fantástica: Great service! Jeanie was awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: Riverwalk Dental of Jupiter Fl is by far one of the most professional and classy offices I have ever been to. From being greeted at the front desk by Mimi to being brought back by Jeannie and Carrie getting ready for a root canal they made sure to stay caring and attentive keeping me comfortable through the procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in the office Friday from the time I was there to the time I left. The staff was excellent very helpful and nice. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: I had very good experience with front desk team n hygienist Maria she did good job .

Experiencia fantástica: On time, professional, extremely courteous with all services performed to a very high standard. Very customer focused and VERY highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Riverwalk dental has been amazing. The staff are friendly, informative, attentive and kind. I've been a patient for a little over a year. They have not only performed routine cleaning exams but also filled cavities, elective whitening, night guard etc. I highly recommend them and I'm glad I've found such a wonderful place to call my dental group. Very pleased with the services performed. I know the dentist office can be scary for many because of fear of finances or pain but none of which are of any concern to me. They review all procedures and costs before performing and are gentle, compassionate and show concern. I was recently called in to check my night guard fit and resize and make adjustments as needed. Free of charge. They are truly great people and I'm glad I found them. I look forward to my cleaning in October. :)

Experiencia fantástica: I was so pleasantly surprised to be greeted at the front desk by Carrie. She was very professional and welcoming. Jeannie was also helpful with my intake process. Barbie started my initial x-rays. She is a consummate professional. I felt at ease during the whole visit. Dr. Chokshi’s bedside manner was second to none. This is now my new dentist’s office! I will certainly trust the Riverwalk Dental Group with my oral care!

The doctor was so fair and did a pain free filling and no upselling ( which I have experienced before at other dentists) The office was immaculate and the entire office staff and dental assistants were lovely and instantly made me feel at ease and a part of their dental family. Riverwalk Dental 50 out of 10! ENJOY

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor and staff were warm and courteous during my initial consultation and explained my options clearly. Thanks to them all!

Experiencia fantástica: I had come in for a bonding on my front tooth I chipped. Everyone in the office was very nice, helpful and informative! The receptionist (I forgot her name, but she has curly dark brown hair) was very sweet and explained my options very well, and even showed me how to use the app to make payments for my procedure. Barbie, the dental assistant was very nice and funny and also very professional during my procedure, she pays great attention to detail! And Dr Choski, was also very informative and has a lot of care in what she does!! She was very precise and took her time with my bond you can’t even tell my tooth was chipped!!!I felt at ease my entire experience and as someone who was always afraid of the dentist; I’m not anymore thanks to this team!! I even made an appointment for a cleaning with them after my experience. Thank you to the Jupiter team at Riverwalk Dentistry! You all are rockstars!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing dental practice. Dr. Israel & Alana & the rest of the staff are fantastic. They truly understand pain-free dentistry & how to make their anxious patients feel at ease. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: My 2nd experience with Riverwalk Dental in Jupiter was even better than the first. I had to have a cracked tooth extracted and bone graft procedure. I’m an absolute wimp with pain and the team at RWD took great care to ease my anxiety, and they made a stressful situation as easy as possible. Before I knew it my surgery was over 2 days later I’m doing great with minimal discomfort. Thank you for being so patient with me. I would highly recommend RIver Walk Dental for all your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a longtime patient who appreciates the professional and personalized care provided by all members of its team. From basic dental maintenance to more advanced dental care, Riverwalk Dental Jupiter has never disappointed. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, skillful and caring characterizes Dr Chokshi’s Jupiter Riverwalk Dental practice and staff. Maria, the hygienist, is thorough and offers helpful advice. Dental assistants, Kerri And Jeannie are attentive and efficient. The in-house dental insurance is a worthwhile feature to consider, It has worked for me.

Experiencia negativa: This place will do its best to strong arm you out of.money

Experiencia negativa: All they want is money, and they will strong arm you for the same price, regardless of the treatment that you are looking to get.

Experiencia fantástica: From waiting room to examination completion it was a very personable and professional experience hoping to be back in soon !!

Experiencia fantástica: Entire staff was kind and very helpful. Am very please with plan setup to solve my dental services needed . Help me complete my plan to pay for services. Setup included was 3 extrraction. bone grafting, cleaning and upper and lower partial dentures. I am excited to start on 4/8/26. The cost I beleive is affordable and I have no worries. Thank you Riverwalk Dental group for your help to make my visit a pleasure one.

Experiencia fantástica: All staff is very supportive and helpful. Expiration with doctors is very nice and familiar.

Experiencia fantástica: As always a great experience. Every one is Very professional and helpful. Maria did amazing job with my dental cleaning and Dr Chokshi answered all my questions and explained everything regarding my treatment. Best dental practice in Jupiter.

Experiencia fantástica: With Riverwalk, the patient comes first. They’re the best. Ed Burns

Experiencia negativa: Very poor billing practices. After my first visit as a new patient, I reviewed my insurance benefits and realized I had been overcharged by more than $200. Instead of issuing a refund, they insisted on keeping the overpayment as account credit and repeatedly tried to sell additional products I didnt ask for. Two months ago when I was about to move out of Jupiter, I requested a refund for the remaining ~$50 credit on my account. I was told “next week”multiple times, but nothing has been refunded. I eventually stopped calling because I didn’t want to waste my time keeping chasing a refund that should have been straightforward. The amount is small, but the lack of honesty and accountability is concerning for a healthcare provider. I would recommend future patients to double check every charge

Experiencia fantástica: River Walk dental did a fantastic job once againa tooth extraction. We highly recommend River Walk dental, friendly, reasonably priced. The doctor did a great job.

Experiencia fantástica: Always prompt and courteous. Great staff and dentists.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the orthodontist, staff… everyone! Caring, professional, and great work! And mind you, this is a DENTAL OFFICE hahaha I had a crown, filling, and a great cleaning after NOT seeng a dentist in two years!!!! They ROSE to the occasion!

Experiencia negativa: Made an appointment for today 12/26 and canceled earlier in the week due to being sick, and not having the time off of work. Appointment said it was canceled, great. I wake up today 12/26 to two missed calls from them, multiple texts saying my appointment was canceled due to an emergency, okay, so i text back and say well i canceled anyways so that’s fine. I then get ANOTHER text of them confirming my appointment that same day and to call to give them a time. Huh?? I message back saying my appointment was canceled, and to please stop messaging me. I canceled the same appointment AGAIN 4-5 more times because they KEPT rebooking me and calling me. I had to close work on Christmas, and was there until 2am. I do not appreciate being woken up to texts and calls for an appointment i did not have anymore. I just now got a text saying “they were closed due to an emergency” that’s not what you said prior, and that’s FINE, stop rebooking me(they had rebooked me once again not even an hour earlier) I was going to come here when i had the time finally, but after this i will not be.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental office from the froendly, helpful and caring front desk staff. Carrie the dentist assistant was incredible and I really liked the Dentist as well! Thanks again!

I had my examination, cleaning, and filling done, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Dr. McCourt and Carrie were incredibly skilled, gentle, and caring, which made me feel completely relaxed and at ease throughout the visit. Jessica is the best!! Very nice to me even when I was irritatable about the waiting. I say she deserves a raise.

Experiencia fantástica: Riverwalk Dental is a great place. All the dentists are great. My favorite is Dr C. I have never felt that they were pushing for any unnecessary treatment. The staff is wonderful. They really care about how you feel and your comfort. We’ve been going here for over 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are the best.

Her whole office in Jupiter is so pleasant, the staff are so nice and friendly. She is an amazing dentist who is very patient and kind. I am a very nervous patient and she always puts me at ease.

Experiencia fantástica: I had researched several dental groups “in network” within my dental plan with Florida Blue and was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and their modern technology equipment. My dentist, Payal Chokshi, DMD was amazingly more direct and honest with the condition of my teeth than any prior dentist. I appreciated her opinion and, together, we mapped out a long term strategy. Highly recommend Dr. Chokshi and her staff.

They understood my open-mouth conversations. We laughed at my 12-year old curious tongue that I couldn't keep out of the way. They even had a choice of sexy safety glasses to match my bright pink Lilly shirt. I love these guys and highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. C, and she is a fantastic dentist. I feel relieved and confident that I am in good hands. I haven’t been back in a while and I realize I need to prioritize the care of my teeth, especially now that I am older. I had my comprehensive exam yesterday and everyone made my experience a good one. I have some work to do to get back on track and I dread it, but knowing I am in good hands makes it much easier on me. Thank you Riverwalk Dental Jupiter and Dr. C !

Experiencia fantástica: Had a dental emergency & they got me in right away and gave relief. Very professional & caring staff

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely unprofessional and underhanded business practices! Stay far away from this dental practice! My experience with this office was shockingly negative. I received a quote on Wednesday, April 9 for a cosmetic dental procedure for $4,400. I agreed to the quote and scheduled my procedure to begin on Friday, April 11th at 1:00 PM, even cancelling another consultation I had scheduled for that same day. This morning, Friday, April 11th, at 10:52 AM, the office called to ask if I could come in earlier, at 12:00 PM, which I accommodated. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was taken back to the consultation room only to be presented with a revised quote for a staggering $6,590! The explanation for this bait-and-switch was that because they were "honoring an advertised online price," a service initially listed as complimentary was now being charged. They also increased the price of other items, claiming the dentist needed to use a "more costly material" – a material that had already been discussed during the initial consultation when the original quote was provided. When I expressed my strong disapproval and stated that this was completely unprofessional, I was asked to wait while they consulted with the office manager. She returned to offer a "compromise" of $6,000. This is still a significant $1,600 increase from the original agreed-upon price! This practice wasted my time and demonstrated a complete lack of integrity. Had they communicated this change in price over the phone this morning when they asked me to come in earlier, I would not have taken time off work. It's clear they knew they were going to present me with a new, inflated quote upon my arrival. This is an incredibly unprofessional and underhanded way to conduct business. I strongly advise anyone considering this dental practice to look elsewhere. They are clearly operating with deceptive tactics.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a pariente for almost 10 years, and I can rate my best experience with Dra. Chokshi , is a excellent professional , pariente, delicate! As well Dor. Khawand, the assitantes too! Maria the Higienista the best an excellent professional !As well Erika the recepcionista very nice and willing to help always !Thank you very much and blessed to all!

Experiencia fantástica: They have the best staff at Riverwalk dental in Jupiter!! I had to get some major dental work done and was very anxious about it, but their customer Service from the first point I walked in up until this day they’ve made me so comfortable! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Riverwalk Dental in Jupiter is the best dentist I have ever been to. My teeth needed some work but after being traumatized from my other dentist, it was hard to go back. After I decided to pull the trigger and go back, I am very glad I chose to go to Riverwalk Dental. Karla at the front desk is amazing! She lets me rant to her about my whole life, lol. I think of all of them as family now. Lipsa is also amazing. She makes me feel so welcome and calms me down when I am nervous. I have gotten 2 crowns now and I go in next week to get my wisdom teeth out. My fear of the dentist has completely gone away now and I look forward to my next appointment and seeing them! Dr. Chokshi is also amazing! She has done all of my dental work and I mean it when I say that I did not feel anything when she was working on my teeth! She is so gentle and if anything is bothering you she will stop immediately. I love everyone that works there and if you are looking for a super friendly staff and a great environment, I definitely recommend you going to Riverwalk Dental in Jupiter. They are awesome!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had just gone there after months of having my Dental issues! I can say they are the most professional group of Dentist I have ever had! They take the time to do it Correct, no rushing through and making sure all the details are exactly right! So pleasant, and I will never go to another dentist again, for the work, and pricing, and just the best for the Price! I feel that I was blessed to have them as my Dental Group! Thanks again for all you have Done ✔️

Experiencia fantástica: The best Dental establishment I ever been in all the staff from the front desk to the Doctor and nurses are very kind understanding and professionals too happy to be their patient

Experiencia negativa: Contacted them 8:30am booked an appointment for 2pm. All insurance info given. I arrive sign sit there for 2hr just for them to come and tell me they are unable to contact insurance. Then tried to offer me to pay 179 thru there via discount. Absolutely not I have insurance. Insurance should have been context before I arrived. And if they were closed for the day. I should have received a courtesy call and asked to reschedule. Time and money wasted.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience! On vacation and my crown came off, I called them the night it happened and they made me an appointment for the next morning! They were very kind and very helpful... the dentist cemented my crown back on and now I'm able to enjoy the rest of my vacation!! I will be recommending them to my family in Jupiter!

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful dentist! I’m a new patient and had to have a crown cemented back on in an emergency and they took me in right away! Also had such a great experience prepping for a new crown-virtually painless with his techniques! I would definitely recommend Riverwalk Dental if you’re looking to find a new dentist! The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. So glad to have found such a great dentist in Jupiter!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Riverwalk for a few years now. The people are friendly and professional. It is clean and organized. Today I had a root canal done with Dr Khawand. I had a very good experience with him. He was kind and calming actually. I was a bit anxious but he and the nurse made it bearable. I would use Dr K. for any procedure I might need in the future. Several hours later now and I am in no pain at all. Thank you to everyone at the office .

Experiencia negativa: Don’t believe their advertising. The special pricing or free consultation is not real, it’s a come on. I waited almost two hours to see the dentist and then in order to consult with the periodontist they wanted me to sign and pay $450. Avoid this place!

Experiencia fantástica: The most thorough cleaning I've had in a decade, thank you to the team at Riverwalk Dental

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked in until I left, every one was extremely nice and welcoming. The office was very clean and well organized. I never felt rushed or that they were trying to hurry and do the job. They were all very helpful and super nice.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here since this place has opened. The best local dentist in Jupiter. I even bumped up my insurance to stay with them. Fantastic customer service

Experiencia fantástica: Impressive offices and friendly staff and professional doctor. Visited for a 2nd opinion and was relieved to learn I may not need a procedure but should wait and see if it becomes necessary. Appreciate the honesty!

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff, service, and location. New to the area and had a new patient appointment - glad I chose Riverwalk Dental Jupiter.
