When he first took over the business I was a little unsure how I felt about that, but we've been with him for two years now and are very happy with his work, the quality of service, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The whole family goes there (me, my wife, and two adult sons) and we're all very satisfied. In addition to general cleanings and cavity fillings I've had crowns done there, some enamel repair, and three family members have done Invisalign - again all very happy with the results and service. This week I had an old crown fall apart on me and they worked me in on short notice. I know that was stressful for them but they did it efficiently and with smiles. Dr. Rodriguez also seems to stay in touch with the latest dental techniques and technology to keep up with the advancements in his field, and apply those to his practice where it makes sense. During treatment, he always goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and explains everything that he is doing. Dr. Burman pays close attention to detail and makes sure everything he has worked on is perfect before you leave. Another great thing is Dr. Burman is a dentist that you can trust to make the best decision for your treatment, and won't do more work than is necessary. Their hygienist, Kim, is also wonderful. Not only does she do an awesome job cleaning my teeth, but she also has a great personality and is always very happy, which puts a smile on my face! Everyone in the office is always so nice and friendly to my wife and I. We really do feel like valued customers. They always follow up with us the day after treatment to make sure everything is O.K. I love that they don't overbook appointments. You truly have your own dedicated appointment time. They are always prompt and we never have to wait more than a couple minutes for our appointments. We have been patients for a couple years now, and this review is long over due. Hands down, this is the best dentist and office staff you will find anywhere.

Once I was actually called in for my appointment, the dental hygenist was very friendly. She is also very professional, thoughtful and thorough. Dr. Burman has all the latest equipment which saves his patients the discomfort of many of the old school methods of making necessary repairs for a healthy smile.

Dr. Rodriguez is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very gentle. I was told that I needed a crown and maybe a root canal by another dentist, so I made the appointment with Dr. Rodriguez for a second opinion and I can’t tell you how grateful I felt after meeting him, he assured me that I definitely did not need a crown, he uses advanced technologies that I haven’t seen in other dental offices. Dr. Rodriguez did a wonderful job and the whole procedure was very successful, he just called me this morning to check on me. Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding dentist and staff! I had a difficult case. I had an old crown that needed to be replaced. There was a gap at the bottom of the crown and cavities had formed at and under the gum line. Dr Rodriguez had to laser away a small portion of my gum to access the cavities. I had no pain during the procedure. Dr. Rodriguez and his entire staff are caring, patient and through. There is a huge difference between chain dental offices and locally owned practices. You get what you pay for. Dr. Rodriguez and his wife, who is a board certified pediatric dentist, own the practice. If you want high quality dental care, Palm Dental Professionals is the place to go!

I had to read his name from his coat. I repeatedly said I just wanted a regular cleaning. I said I was not interested in the periodontal problem at this time. But doctor kept harping.

I have been going to Dentists and Periodontists all my life and good ones at that. Dr. Burman is the best yet. I came in and I knew it was Mallorie, because she greeted me with the biggest smile. She already knew it was me. I met my dental hygienist, Nic; who asked me detailed questions about what brought me in. She was also extremely warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable instantly. She introduced me to Dr. Christopher Rodriguez, who introduced himself and really took the time to explain who he was, what brought him here, and why he does what he does. He found a gameplan for me today. The x-rays that were taken were quick and painless. And Dr. Rodriguez took the time to listen, actually listen to how I felt at that moment. I was then greeted by Kara, the practice manager. She was another smiling face, who took the time to go over the financial aspect, multiple financing options, and also listened to what I could truly afford at this visit. Nobody plans on having a tooth fall apart. But I also didn't realize it was possible for a practice to truly care, from beginning to end. Palm Beach Professionals aren't about numbers. They're about family, and made it their job to make me feel like that today. They certainly achieved that. I was in tears leaving them today. But it wasn't from the pain. The pain was gone, the tooth was fixed. And I walked out feeling truly valued, like I mattered. So if you're searching through reviews, trying to find a place that feels like home, call Mallorie. Experiencia negativa: This is a dental office to stay away from. They are very unprofessional, and either very superficial or mal intended. I currently believe it is the latter. Not only do they add to your oral treatments items and procedures to increase your charges which they don't tell you before the work is done, but they also plainly lie about your insurance coverage to increase their revenue. When our dental insurance changed, we provided all the insurance information requested via email and we were informed that we are still in the network with 2 cleanings and exams included at no charge. Only to find ourselves billed for $504 a few days later because we were out of network. Once we got in touch with them, they tried to re-word their initial answer instead of owning their clear mistake. We are not the only family being mistreated by this dental office who is clearly cheating their customers. They must have a hard life. We thought that the problem is only the incompetent front desk staff, but it could be that they are all working "hand in hand". Even if initially the Doctors seem very nice, don't be fooled, even with our due diligence we ended up paying for their mistake. Very disappointing.

I have been scammed and charged for work that was never preformed and now putting us in Collections through an attorney firm. They are charging for someone they decided to hire They scam me out of another 200.00 after covid and going thru difficult times. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If I could give this place a half of star that's what they deserve. My whole family decided to go to there office and we were all scammed. They sit me in the chair after rinsing my mouth take my blood pressure and then did x-rays on my teeth. After of a half hour wait the dentist comes in and says we can't do a cleaning cause of my high blood pressure. So we pay them there fee that we're do. Then 2 weeks later we get a bill in the mail and it shows we have a balance which was for work that they billed the insurance for that was never done which when I got home I told my wife I feel like we were scammed and guess what we were. I called spoke with the office manager about the bill and the stuff they were paid for without performing the work. I informed her that the need to return the money for the work they did not preform she said she would review it and get back to me. So today Oct 13 2022 we got the same bill. I look up my bills on the insurance companies website and it states total out pocket should only be 800.00 dollars and we had payed them 1700.00 dollars already. People stay a way from this place they are a scam matter a fact be aware of any service you look into in Jupiter cause all they do is stick it to you on the price. This is the second medical facility that we have been screwed by. If you know my blood pressure is up why would you take x-rays if there's nothing you can do for me? It's not even a real dentist office. This place is a joke stay a way scam alert. I will be filing a complaint with Aetna and Better Business Bureau which I'm sure there a member of so they will not do anything.

Although not yet formally diagnosed, my partner and family would show concern for my snoring and moments where I wouldn’t be breathing at night. I researched where I can get a sleep study done, and to my surprise, It led me here to a dental office. The staff was great and well educated on the subject matter. They gave me a take home test, and were quickly and efficiently able to get me a life changing device that I use every night. I cannot stress enough the importance of addressing sleep apnea and how this office made it easy, so much so that I have started to use them for all of my dental needs. For someone who generally avoids dental offices, they quickly changed my impression. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Burman and his team are absolutely outstanding. He was my dentist for 20+ years while he was in New Jersey. I still live in NJ, but travel to Florida every 6 months or so to see Dr. B. That's how fantastic my experience with him has been. I will continue to travel from NJ to FL to be treated by Dr. B. and his team.
