Experiencia negativa: Made a same day appointment for 5pm for severe tooth pain. Showed up at 4:57 to the doors locked and no one inside. Sign on door stated they were open until 5:30. I called the appointment line. The lady I talked to was very nice and in shock that everyone had left early. She asked if I wanted to reschedule, I had a good laugh before informing her I would not be coming back.

I’m the person to be very nervous about dentist appointments and her energy when walked in was beyond great!!! Even post appointment she educated me extremely well! This place is amazing!

Experiencia negativa: I would honestly give this place zero stars if Google allowed it. The star literally goes to the dental assistant, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I initially found this office through a promotional Invisalign ad while shopping around and booked an appointment since they’re close to me. That appointment was canceled because they apparently have a half day on Fridays and don’t want to see patients after a certain time. If an appointment is offered and confirmed, it should be honored — that should not be the customer’s problem. I rescheduled for another day and time. I arrived around 8:50 AM for my 9:00 AM appointment. Once again, the dental assistant was wonderful. However, when the doctor came in, the entire tone changed. She had a very rude attitude, and the interaction immediately felt uncomfortable. I came in specifically to discuss Invisalign, yet she focused almost entirely on criticizing my hygiene and repeatedly telling me how bad everything was. At one point, I even laughed out of discomfort and had to remind her why I was there. She briefly mentioned they use something called “Motto,” and that was essentially the extent of the Invisalign discussion. After they finished checking everything, I was left sitting in the chair for about 15 minutes. At that point, the time was already 10:22 AM and I needed to leave. I had to interrupt staff members who were talking just to say that I needed to go. They told me to head to the front desk. When I did, the woman at the front desk told me she would be in contact later that day and would send me an email. I never received anything. I then called the following day and no one has responded. This level of follow-up — or lack thereof — is extremely unprofessional. I have visited multiple dental and orthodontic offices in the area while shopping around, and I have never experienced anything like this. If hygiene work is required as part of their Invisalign process, that should be clearly communicated upfront before patients book appointments. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had, and I strongly recommend saving your time and going elsewhere.

They were very professional and I would recommend them in the Jupiter area if you need dental work very happy and satisfied also the young lady at front desk who’s name I didnt get but once again they were excellent thankyou Todd Steele

Experiencia negativa: I hurt my tooth on vacation and went here as I had no other option. I was there for 3 hours. All they did was take xrays, poke my gums with sharp things and tap on my teeth. They tried selling me night guards when i don’t grind my teeth. They tried selling me a water flosser for a couple hundred dollars. And then after i was done i sat there waiting for 45 min. Mind you they weren’t busy. When they finally realized i had been forgotten they brought me out to another room to wait for the guy at the front desk to talk to me. This is where it gets crazy, out in the wide open where everyone can hear he says “so the bad news is that you have periodontal gum disease” he said i can give infections to my partner, my teeth are going to fall out, im losing bone density… and then tries saying they can get me in that day for a deep extensive cleaning that will be $3100 out of pocket. I’ve never had a cavity, a cracked tooth, i’ve had no problems with my teeth or mouth. So this was a huge shock. I declined the cleaning and told him I’d be going to my dentist back home to get a cleaning etc. so i left, with no fix to the issue i went in with and a new hatred for the dentist and anxiety over this new gum disease i allegedly have. It worries me that this scam of a practice is ripping of elderly people or foreigners. I wish i read reddit threads on Aspen dental before putting myself through that. I went to my real dentist when i got home and i don’t even have gingivitis, my teeth, gums and bone are healthy and they helped me with my hurt tooth. Going in for a regular cleaning next week.

Experiencia negativa: I would rate Aspen Dental in Jupiter a zero if I could. My crown fell off and all I wanted was an appointment to come in and get it reattached. I spent over 1 hour trying to call before I heard a human… I just kept getting a voicemail . Then they put me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up and tried again. When I finally spoke to the office manager, he asked a few questions and put me on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I actually got in my car and drove to the office thinking they must be slammed busy. I walked in (still on hold) and he was all by himself at his desk pleasant as could be. When I told him who I was, he said. “ yes you are the 4 pm appointment. I told him that he never confirmed the time and he put me on hold. He said he had not idea what happened. Then comes back and tells me the dentist or assistant… anybody, could not see me that day. It literally takes 10 minutes to reattach a crown. I spent 3 hours trying to get someone to help me to then get nobody willing to help me. Terrible organization in that office and most of all no customer service. Time to find a new dentist. I will never go back there again. I even told the office manager that I was so upset and will never come back and he just gave me a blank look. He could not even muster up an apology for the terrible experience. .

Experiencia negativa: You do not get what you pay for. I only received temporary dentures even though I paid for temporary and permanent. Also, the dentures fit so poorly I need to go elsewhere to pay for another set. Horrible customer er service!!!

Experiencia negativa: I had a terrible experience here. The staff tried to add over $1000 of unrelated dental procedures to my treatment plan without talking to me about it. Had I not realized it, they would have given me this expensive treatment that I didn't consent to and wasn't explained to me - but when I confronted them about it, they said it's because I didn't understand what I was being told (which is VERY offensive). The staff is unprofessional and rude and will walk away from you, as they did when I was calmly trying to resolve an issue. They'll make promises they won't keep, like promises to email xrays. They are expensive, dishonest and shady. I heard another patient having a similar problem when I was at the dentist - she knew they were working on one tooth, but they were insisting they told her they were working on 4 teeth. Obviously, this sort of shady treatment is common there, so beware.

Experiencia negativa: My husband went to this practice to see an endodontist because he suspected he needed a root canal. He was quoted $2500 after insurance benefits, and strongly encouraged to use CareCredit to cover the cost. They required payment IN FULL, PRIOR to scheduling the appointment that was over a week away. He was not provided a treatment plan prior to paying the bill, and no one in the office discussed anything with him outside of needing a root canal and crown. After I reviewed the itemized bill, I discovered that they'd included $1200 of work on other teeth (that was grossly overpriced when compared to other reputable dentists). They told him it was "tooth prep" for the root canal, and even when confronted on it, insisted it was related (despite being on the other side of his mouth). After we cancelled the treatment plan, they promised to send xrays that day, and failed to. I would never go to another Aspen Dental, and I'm glad we got out before they did any work. Also, good luck reaching them on the phones - we never could get through and had to go to the office in person multiple times.

Experiencia negativa: My appointment was much too long. Two hours to reglue a bridge that came loose. Then I get home and discover it was not set correctly and is exposing a tooth inside the upper gumline. I am not happy with this.

I especially want to give a shout-out to Maribel, Lizet, and Garret — they always greet me with a smile, take the time to make sure everything is just right, and truly go the extra mile. It’s rare to find such a consistently friendly and attentive team, and they make Aspen stand out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and a wonderful atmosphere! And a big shout out to Dr. Foster too - my favorite "pain" person!!!

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO HERE. I had work done a year ago to be penny pinched. I had a ton of work done for thousands of Dollars and a crown they did a year back is not holding up, I had to mention while getting work done a very noticeable cavity that they would have not have filled if I did not point it out and when I did all the dentist said was oh you’re right lets fix that and still didn’t. Thankfully I found a dentist more suited for my needs. Worst place ever. PERIOD.

Experiencia fantástica: I am extremely satisfied with my new full set of dentures. I chipped a tooth in my last pair & originally came in to see if I could have it fixed. After, my exam I found out they could not be repaired. I really couldn’t afford to get a new pair. The amazing office lead Lisette in the Jupiter office sat with me & help me figure out a way to get financing.i was very nervous be she was very encouraging & told me I need to take care of myself for a change. My old dentures were very old & did not even fit properly anymore. Lisette helped me get a very affordable payment & basically held my hand through the process. She made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving the offices after every appointment. I got my complete set delivered & they fit perfectly. I have not even need any adjustments & they look beautiful. The only issue I have had is with the lowers being a little sore because my gums need to adjust because my old pair were very loose. Everyone at the office was great! Thanks to Lisette encouragement I now have confidence in my smile.

Experiencia fantástica: Had to have a deep gum cleaning and was very nervous. They wanted to do the entire mouth in 1 visit which I was not comfortable with so I had it done in 4 sections, 4 visits. This helped me too as it is costly. Lisette and David at the front desk are wonderful and helpful. They will put you at ease and explain all options. Nedjie did the deep gum cleaning and root scaling and was absolutely wonderful. She kept checking on me and I wasn't that sore after the novacaine wore off. Highly recommend her if you have periodontal disease like me and need a deep gum cleaning to delay the damage.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't sing the praises of this location's staff enough! I can't recall EVER receiving the type of Customer Service I received from this office EVER in life. I have had horrible experiences at dental offices, but I can't describe in words how AMAZING my experience was yesterday. David was on the phone with my new insurance company when I walked in. I witnessed him speak to multiple representatives and make multiple phone calls trying to get clarification and verification. I saw first hand his diligence, professionalism and kindness. Aaliyah was super accommodating and kind when she did my x-rays. Emily the hygienist is truly top tier in her field, as I have received multiple deep cleanings in the past, NEVER before have I fallen asleep, normally I'm in pain and/or a little traumatized. Dr. Foster was amazing as well, he was honest and took the time to break everything down in layman's terms for me while explaining my options. They are all truly an asset to the company. It is evident that they truly care for their patients which is a rare quality these days. I truly feel blessed to have stumbled across their practice!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience. Went in for a cleaning and they “diagnosed” me with something that needed a $800 procedure for. I asked for just a cleaning and the horribly unfriendly dental hygienist said she wouldn’t do a cleaning after diagnosing me with something else. They explained the good news was our insurance companies are “like best friends” and that it would only cost me $180. I paid, and when she did the procedure she was back and forth doing a cleaning with another patient in the next room, also I didn’t notice her changing her gloves once and she didn’t even finish my cleaning because she had taken so long bouncing between me and the other patient so I missed my appointment I had with the dentist right after. A couple months later I start getting mail that I owe the full $800. My insurance denied the claim and when they appealed they denied again saying x-rays show I didn’t need procedure. Stay far away from this scammer dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: My visit to the Jupiter Aspen Dental Clinic today was suprisingly, absolutely wonderful!! This team, from the nice lady at the desk when you walk in, to David, an angel in disguise, and i say that bc he knows his stuff!!! He is so kind when getting you checked in, and, if you have insurance, and, theres a question about something, he doesnt burden the patient, but, gets the problem solved on his own!!! Then, theres Dr. Foster, he is so kind, and, down to earth, and truthful, and so, so smart!! I came in today with a swollen mouth and infected tooth, and, i left with not ony a solution for the current issue but a complete plan to restore my smile!!! I never write reviews, but, today, after my visit, i felt compelled to do so!!! I dont think ive ever left a dentist office happy, until today!! Thank you again to all who helped me today, im so grateful!!!

He went above and beyond to ensure I received the care I needed. I was hesitant about getting invisible braces because the prices elsewhere were too high, but David worked with me to make the Motto invisible braces an affordable option to close the gap in my front teeth. His care and attention to detail made all the difference, and I left feeling confident about my decision. Dr. Foster, the dentist, was equally amazing. He took the time to explain every treatment option thoroughly, and I could tell he genuinely cared about building a relationship with me as his patient. Going to the dentist can be scary, but not here! David is so thorough and helpful, Jessica is a bright smile to walk into, and Emily is very gentle and careful when it comings to cleanings etc. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately at the end when you gotta deal with the "money guy"...it was like I was negotiating a price for a vehicle except it was for my teeth. Overall, THAT particular experience was unsavory and in my opinion kind of suss. I did find it a little odd that they refused to give me a simple cleaning (free w/ my insurance) because they HAD to give me a Scaling and Root Planing first.($75/quad... insurance said $55/quad). After doing some math and research of my own and making some calls to my insurance, I decided to go elsewhere. So, if you have deep pockets or are ok with taking out a loan for your dental work, then you'll be fine here. I appreciate the friendliness and thoroughness of the staff.

Experiencia negativa: UPDATE JULY 2024: Unfortunately, my 5-star updated December 2022 review now needs to reflect my latest experience with Aspen Dental, but now to include their Stuart location as well as their Jupiter location. Long story short, a front tooth that they performed a root canal on and then replaced with a crown, broke off at the gum line when their post failed after just a few months. A "flipper" was made (at additional cost as it was not covered by insurance) while I waited for their dentist to complete implant certification, as supposedly, the broken post could not be replaced and the old crown used, and that a single tooth implant would be my best-bet. The office manager, David, kept giving me excuses for Dr. Foster's implant certification delay, leaving me stuck with having to use that "flipper" to cover the missing tooth. (by-the-way, David also failed to timely submit additional documentation required by my dental plan to fully cover the cost of one of my crowns, with subsequent denial of the claim, which resulted in months of balance billing notices by Aspen - that David told me several times that he had adjusted-off - with a final threat of collection so I went ahead and paid this too out-of-pocket). Month-after-month, David kept giving me excuses why Dr. Foster had still not received his implant certification until finally in June, David advised that I go to their Stuart location for the implant consultation as the dentist there was already certified. He assured me all my records - including my prior CT scan and xrays - would be accessible by them as they were all part of Aspen. I called the Stuart location, and they verified the availability of all my records even including my insurance. I was given an appointment for a month later in July. So, I arrive at the office for my implant consultation, and directly taken back for a complete new set of bite wing xrays and another CT scan before even seeing the dentist! I told them I was only here for a consultation with their implant-certified dentist and that they previously confirmed access to all my records - but was told that I was NOT seeing the dentist, but was seeing their oral surgeon - who required all new radiographic studies plus a complete new patient examination! Needless to say, I refused and promptly walked out and will NEVER return to ASPEN and urge you to heed my final word...BEWARE! UPDATE DECEMBER 2022: Reluctantly, I returned to this Aspen Dental location after being advised that they had a complete change in staff - from front desk to dentist - and I will be the first to recognize and applaud them as they have really outdone themselves to restore this location to its' former high quality reputation! I hope the new team - and professional attitude - is permanent! ORIGINAL 1-Star Review: This Jupiter, Florida location is NOT the same as when I was there a year ago! Completely different staff from office manager to doctor and every position in-between! Unfortunately, it seems to have become driven by only one thing: MONEY - all stemming from recommending services I am not interested in, and then offering NO alternative dental options to me for my current complaint that were reasonably acceptable in both time, cost, and necessity! I came in to have a composite filling replaced and NOT to be sold a treatment plan that this dentist said would be his choice if he were me, and then refuse to even attempt to consider anything else - as it was his way or the highway. I took the highway! Straight outta there...and suggest you do the same!

Experiencia negativa: I rarely take the time to write a review, but this place sets the bar so low and is frankly hazardous to the general public I needed to let everyone know about my situation. I have a fantastic credit score and this morning I woke up to a wild random number (only 3 digits I might add) going to collections (despite an active claim with insurance working this issue as I paid in full for my amount owed). So what do they do? Well….their representative from this office is called by me and she says Humana is disputing the last incorrect bill I received and I have nothing to worry about and she will call me when she has the issue resolved (this was in April, but the bill dates back to friggin January). Today June 22nd I get notified of the collections amount….so these intelligent scholars of America put my account into collections when an active claim with insurance was being handled (great patient care guys). So in essence I did some digging…this dental company is involved in multiple lawsuits for double billing, pre billing and an array of other “sheisty” business practices that screw the patient. Stay AWAY from this location, the workers are incompetent, un-helpful and downright rude…oh and if you value your credit score and don’t want to over pay for work that wasn’t done this isn’t the place for you either. Also I pay ALL my bills, on time and even early….these people just kept making up numbers about the amount I owed and they came up with this random 3 digit number (lol). Oh and they drilled my wife’s teeth when they didn’t need to and now she has consistent pain because they were greedy and wanted to just bill insurance more. To conclude and be fully transparent….i already won this, I just want to publicly shame this unethical business and their incompetent practices.

The receptionist Bianca was amazing when it came down to scheduling future appointments and putting me and my mom’s mind at ease about fees and payment plans. Starting with David out front and continuing to to Dr Foster, everyone went above and beyond to facilitate my Broken tooth extraction! Wonderful job everyone at Aspen Dental in Jupiter! Highly, Highly recommended, I am bringing my whole family here!! Have no pain after a broken tooth extraction, this is unheard of in Florida, I am so happy I found them!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Had a dental emergency while traveling (woke up one morning to a sudden infection that made it look a bit like a golf ball had teleported into my jaw), and this was the only place I could get a same-day appointment. Staff were all really friendly and helpful -- since I was only in the area for a few days, they made sure to only take the necessary X-rays to diagnose the issue (unsurprisingly, I needed a root canal) to keep the cost down and get me in and out quickly. Doctor and assistant were both fantastic: they carefully explained everything on the X-rays to me, explained treatment plans, wrote up all of their notes for me to take back to my usual dentist, shared the X-rays quickly to help me get seen sooner at home, and got me some antibiotics to tide me over in the interim. Cost ended up being super reasonable with insurance. One of the best dentist experiences I've had in ages. They made a dental nightmare into just a passing inconvenience -- in all honesty, if I lived in the area, I'd make them my primary dentist office.
