Experiencia fantástica: Nice office and technology. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Very knowledgeable dental assistant and of course Dr. Carroll, who is very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend. Only negative is parking near the office...I recommend parking in the back of the office and walking around if you can. Another option is to schedule early morning appointments when there is less competition for parking spaces.

Experiencia negativa: I had the worst experience when I visited twice. I was a new patient, but it seemed like they didn’t want me there. The hygienist was rude and critical of my teeth. I had to go back the next week and it was just as bad. They said I had 8 cavities and needed 2 crowns. Which was wrong. They just wanted me to spend money. I went to another dr and he said that he thought I needed 5 fillings. Dr Carroll barely visited me. She promised me she would perform a better exam the next week. I never saw her again. The dr or hygienist didn’t tell me about all my cavities/crowns needed to fix, it was the finance lady. They don’t even do crowns in house. You have to have a temporary for a while. Horrible Experience!!! Btw, I do go to the dentist every 6 mos.

Experiencia fantástica: I have always had a good experience with Carroll Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Regular appointments and specialty appointments have always gone well. They've taken good care of me and followed through with suggestions and helped with some complications. They use technology (texting) and online tools that do make it easier. I'm a little annoyed at the regular health reviews prior to each appointment but understand that's needed in some circumstances. I wish it could be less often. I don't think I've ever had the same hygienist twice over the years of being a patient. However, everyone has been great.

My dental hygienist was Samantha, and she was the absolute best I have ever had at this office. Usually when I come in and get my teeth checked out the only thing I get told is "you need to floss more or you need to brush better," and thats kind of it, but Samantha actually told me exactly why and what goes on in the mouth microscopically, which gave these statements actual importance and meaning to me this time. Samantha was so kind and so knowledgeable during my appointment and she was so much fun to talk to and so personable. I don't like going to the dentist usually, but she made the experience so much more enjoyable. If I could specifically give the five stars to her I would, because she was amazing today. Thank you so much Samantha!!

I know how to brush and take care of my teeth, but I often am last on my list of things to take care of, like most mothers and women in general. I have five children, well actually as of March 24, I have 5 adults. I fight for them, but I need for them to fight for themselves. I need to fight for me. Thankfully, I know enough to surround myself with doctors, nurses, dentists, a husband and family who fight for me! I couldn’t have chosen a better dentist than Dr. Carroll who fights for my teeth. She told me some hard truths and reminded me I need to prioritize my teeth, prioritize me. If you need a team of people to be on your side, you would do well to choose Dr. Carroll to take care of your teeth. She and her team take care of you!

A crown that I've had for 5+ years suddenly came loose and I found my need for a new dentist to be more than casual. A trusted friend recommended Dr Carroll. Experiencia negativa: I want to start by saying that Dr Carroll is an amazing Dentist and provided me with top notch service and dental care. She even referred me to a lady who was able to help with my jaw issues. I have referred several of my family and friends to this practice. However, the ladies at the front desk are just rude. It doesn't matter what time a day you walk into that office, they always seem to have a chip on their shoulder - a simple smile goes a long way in customer care. It's really not that hard. I had a simple billing error, which could have easily been corrected and they continously blame me and have no desire to express any customer serice, which I honestly am not surprised with just due to their nature when you walk through the door. I have stated multiple times, I have NO ISSUE and will pay the balance immediatley for services rendered (we are talking $30), but that apparetnly isn't good enough. I have let all my referrals know and sadly won't be back to see the amazing Dr. Carroll.

Rachelle, my hygienist was fantastic. I explained my teeth were very sensitive to the cold water and air being blown on them and she did very gentle job without putting me through any discomfort. Dr. Carroll was also very friendly and did not try to oversell any dental work. I will definitely be going back.

You can tell they really care about comfort but also helping their patience maintain good dental health, and that's important to me. Their staff is friendly, the office is clean and welcoming (free coffee!) and visits are efficient yet not rushed.

Experiencia negativa: I had a cleaning with Julie. Safe to say it wasn’t the best experience. She ripped into my gums with a metal pick, the most painful cleaning I have ever had. She then blamed it on me not flossing when I floss at least once a week. Instead of maybe flossing my teeth she proceeded to poke at my gums. I was clearly in pain and she showed not a single sign of remorse. Crazy! I would have at least appreciated a little compassion, I understand if my teeth aren’t perfectly clean.

Experiencia fantástica: I hadn’t been to the dentist in 10 years before I walked into Dr. Carroll’s office in 2022. The main reason I avoided any dentist was because my previous dentist was convinced I needed a tooth pulled, and that really scared me so I just kept avoiding it which did lead to cavities and a lot of tooth pain I just endured. I decided to give Dr. Carroll a chance since I heard through a friend she was great. I walked in with tears mostly from nerves and a lot of embarrassment. She and her team never judged and only consoled me. She explained every step and when explaining I had 8 cavities, there was not 1 ounce of judgment, only reassurance that my teeth did not have to get pulled and that they would work with me to make sure I was very comfortable. Every filling and cleaning since then as gone very smooth. I’m thankful for the grace and professionalism she has shown me. It’s nice to go to a practice where you can tell they care about their patients.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a customer for 14 years going back to when they were in the Larkridge complex. I was recently told I had to provide a drivers license becasue the insurance company required it. I called my insurance and they said its not true. This is a bald face lie by the office manager. Today I showed up for my appoinment and now its HIPPA that requires it. Do NOT trust them. They have been out of compliance for 14 years? This past year they started charging more than my insurance would allow. My wife is way to kind to say no. Shame on you Dr Carroll for allowing this to go on.

Experiencia negativa: Whatever you do, do not go to I Larkridge Family & Cosmetic Dentistry AKA Tara Carroll DDS PC. They are either incompetent or crooks or both. I moved to Colorado in September of 2018 and went to Larkridge Family & Cosmetic Dentistry AKA Tara Carroll DDS PC in January of 2020. Prior to that I had not had any cavities since I was about 18 years old. On January 20, 2020 Larkridge Dentistry informed me that I had 7 cavities and needed 2 crowns which I was suspicious of at the time since I had not had any cavities in such a long time. They filled about 5 of my cavities and then tortured me in the chair 3 times trying to get my crown to fit right. After that I stopped having anything done by them except for teeth cleaning and then they told me that they had found another 4 cavities. At that point I felt that they were lying to me and I sought a second opinion and went to another dentist. That dentist told me that I did not have any tooth decay and no signs of cavities. So I told him to look at the old x-rays and photos from Larkridge and tell me if I had the 7 cavities that Larkridge told me that I had And he told me that the x-rays and photos did not show any cavities. So Larkridge Family & Cosmetic Dentistry AKA Tara Carroll DDS PC lied to me a performed un-needed dental procedures on me in order to line their own pockets. So I stand by my original statement don’t go there and get scammed and have painful unwarranted procedures done.
