Experiencia negativa: It saddens me to write this review, maybe it could improve in the future. I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter who is already an established patient there. However, a young lady who refused to give me her name (even when I asked her in spanish what her name was) asked me why would I come there if I don't understand Spanish because she doesn't speak English . Very impressed with the professionalism and customer service that I received today. I will be going in person to the office to resolve the matter. Ive never had an experience like this over the phone or in office, prior to this interaction.

Experiencia negativa: This dentist's office is punishing my wife and children for 2nd time because I gave them a bad rate at Google( at a different office 3 years ago in Oviedo office ), they confirmed the appointment until came to the office and they kicked them out and said "We are the same staff". Knowing that she drove the car with 3 kids in bad weather 29 miles. I don't know why they have not refused them before. my wife left work early, and my kids left school early. What kind of clinic refuses kids because they getting a bad review from a parent? Regardless of whether I was right or wrong. Knowing that I apologized to him and refused to apologize.

Experiencia negativa: They have no respect for your time. I had an appointment scheduled 6 months ahead at 9am on a Thursday for my 3 kids. They decided not to open the office on Thursdays anymore and instead of calling me to reschedule the appointment as soon as they made this decision. They left to call me the day before to cancel it. I missed the call and I had changed my device so voice mail had not been set up, yet. They didn't care to text or email me. I went to the office and there was nobody there. I called 2x nobody pick it up (the voice message on the phone says they are open M - Th). Later, a lady call me saying she had call the day before. I said they owed me an apology and she said "I am not going to apologize because I called the day before and you didn't pick it up". After I said I didn't want to reschedule, she simply hang up on my face and didn't pick up the phone anymore.

Experiencia negativa: I took my child to this office and they tried to get me to pay for a special cleaning since the insurance did not take it they did not do anything for my child. My child is in pain and has a wisdom tooth growing which they are aware of because they took xrays. It is a shame they refuse service because I could not afford to pay for the procedure they claimed he needed.

My son was a patient there since he was 1 year old and today he is 5 years old 3 teeth growing and they told me I would have to look elsewhere because in 2019 I missed an appointment and 2 weeks ago I called to cancel because I had no car and I had to go to work. They do not allow you to cancel the appointment more than twice. It's unbelievable. The manager simply told me that there was nothing she could do and that I would have to find another place to take my son. I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE. DON'T GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE EVER.

Experiencia negativa: Rudest office manager ever. Couldn't get in for month. Had to wait two hours past appointment time. Fillings were too large and caused tmj then when we called them to schedule a fix they said it would be three months and no way to get an appointment. Called manager and she was all attitude. Said she fired some staff and it was their fault. She acted like we were crazy that we couldn't get an appointment then scheduled one rudely. Only seemed to speak Spanish in the office but that's ok. Professionalism and courtesy in this office manager is non existent. They book so many appointments so don't expect .....

Mara was the one who did my cleaning and she was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and was so gentle and sweet when cleaning my teeth! She also recommended me to floss at night everyday and brush my teeth 2-3 times a day! Greet customer service! Everyone was very nice and helpful! Will definitely be coming back!

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I recently moved to Orlando from New York, and I have been looking for a perfect fit for my young children , as well as for me and my wife. In the past 2 years we have encountered many mishaps in making an appointment for a dentist or finding one that would take our insurance. We finally found the perfect fit with Bright Smile Dental. Dr Romy and his staff were impeccable, helpful, kind, understanding, respectful, patient, friendly and every word that would describe perfection in the dental industry. There was no waiting time, they made my appointment for 12:45 and I was seen by 12:30. I thought that it was just a non busy day and that’s why I was seen so quickly but that was not the case at all. It was a busy day, yet they managed to see everyone at their appointed time slot. My 3 year old and 7 year old were seen by a young dental assistant by the name Kayra and she was amazing. She’s a rockstar. She managed to keep my children calm and smiling throughout the whole visit. I was surprised in how calm and quiet they were without any anesthesia or gas or any calming medicine. They were the best behaved I have ever seen my children. Lol Dr. Romy was just as helpful and also kept my children calm throughout the whole visit. He even showed interest in the children and myself. He asked the kids about school, gave them great advice and even made the children laugh a few times. I will definitely recommend anyone and everyone to visit Dr.Romy and his staff. I am making an oath to make him my family’s permanent dentist for life. Thank you again Dr. Romy and staff

They are on top with their mask policy, which is very good for everyone’s safety. Even tho I have my vaccinations I know every office have different policies. Sometimes i forget my mask and they give me a kind reminder of bringing a mask!

Experiencia negativa: I get that with Covid places are understaffed, but don’t put a sign on your door to call to check in, then not answer the phone and then blame the patient for being late. No one was at the receptionist desk when I arrived and I waited outside then called. No one answered. I called again and left a message. No one called me back. I saw someone finally come out from the back and then another patient just went inside. I called again and finally someone answered the phone. At this point we were 15 minutes late after our appointment time. They say we were the ones very late and to take care of who came first. That other patient came 10 minutes after me and didn’t even wait outside like we were told to. Fix your signs and put it in Spanish since that seems to be the issue as to why people aren’t calling to check in. I had this same problem last time I came but at least someone was at the reception desk. Not coming back again.

I was referred via family to their practice & initially was anxious about going to the dentist after a long time of not doing so. Made him feel so comfortable, explained everything to him so he knew what was going on and gave him time if he needed it. The office is very clean, well-lit welcoming. Mara was so gentle and understanding while cleaning my sons teeth. And very informative about all things to help with his care. Dr. Romy was very hands on and kind, building great rapport with myself but most importantly my nervous 9 year old. It was such a great experience 10/10 would recommend and I’m so glad I chose them!

The one thing that I don’t like about this is that they don’t do Saturday appointments anymore and they don’t have any appointments after 4pm or before 9am.
