Experiencia negativa: I call on the phone for my daughter tooth extraction and they say, Yes we do extraction. When we got to the place they said, Yes, again. Once my daughter was call to be seen, they told her she need a referral to a surgeon to do the extraction. If you guys do do it there don’t just take peoples money. Be honest about it if your facility don’t do it, don’t take the patients.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The check-in process was smooth, and the forms were easy to complete. What really stood out to me was their communication. I received both an email confirmation and a text message reminder ahead of my appointment, which made everything clear and stress free. Throughout the visit, they took the time to explain my treatment plan and every procedure they were performing. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how transparent and thorough they were. Another huge plus is that they have an oral surgeon who comes into the office once a month. I have been referred for wisdom tooth removal in the past, but I hesitated because it meant going to a completely separate office, filling out new forms, and starting over as a new patient. Being able to see an oral surgeon in the same office where I am already an established patient makes the process so much more convenient and comfortable. Professionalism, organization, and clear communication make a huge difference in healthcare, and this office truly exceeded my expectations. I am very happy I made the switch.

Every single staff member from the front to back was so kind and non judgmental of my teeth status. They were able to get stated today on part of the plan to get my teeth back in order and explained everything in detail with, may I add, the coolest technology I’ve ever seen in ANY dental office. I cannot recommend this location enough! They made me trust dentists again ❤️. You will never know how much that really means to me, thank you!

I was in need of urgent surgery and instead of going to my regular dental office which gave me an appointment for the end of the month I decided to try Ideal Dental. The best decision of my life. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Was seen as soon as possible, treated with care and immediately given appointment for surgery. Yes its a keeper!!! The front desk girls Victoria and Karen are the best. Thank you girls love your great service....by the way, had my surgery done and didn't feel a thing...thanks Dr.Charles James!!!

Experiencia negativa: I believe there’s new people that took over not sure or remember but any how I went in with a Obvious swollen tooth infection (painful) was given no antibiotics not even ibuprofen or anything to help it atleast go down doesn’t have to be permanent (I get that) the people that used to work there were caring and nice and atleast helped with antibiotics when needed or actually took the time to wait for the infection to go down and then extract but the new people are quick to get you out without a care if your whole face is swollen. got referred to the oral surgeon I have to wait till tomorrow for the consultation and then when ever they decide for a date to get the extractions or what ever they will do and how ever mutch it will cost ( not every one has money to get the procedures done) would have been nice to get something for the time being but they did not care I just went in and wasted my time had a better shot at going to the ER and I’m sure they would have cared and done better. Won’t be going back even though it’s right across the street from me.

I have been to other clinics where they call your name, have you sit in a dentist chair, and then have you wait for almost half an hour to be taken care of. The visits to this clinic have all been so fast, and staff is nice.

Experiencia fantástica: I made my first appointment for 8/26 after searching a long time for a new dentist. The process of making an appointment and having it conformed was super easy. The day before, the receptionist (forgot her name but she was lovely) called me to come an hour earlier since it may take time to do everything as a new patient. At my appointment, I got to meet the receptionist in person and she was very welcoming and helpful. Afterwards I had Gloria do my xrays and 3D imaging of my mouth (so surreal to see the inside of my mouth from all angles) and she was gentle. Gloria went over the 3D imaging, and took the time to explain what I was seeing and what was needed to make minor corrections (she explained it was not just about aesthetics, but having a healthy balance to my teeth so I wouldn't have any issues down the road). I even got to see what my teeth will look like with the corrections and they looked beautiful. Joanne took her time to measure and check my teeth and gums, and was as gentle as she could be. I had to have somewhat of a mid-range "deep" cleaning and Joanne was amazing in keeping me calm and comfortable as best as she could as this process was painful even while numb. Dr. Vadaliya was great in explaining the health of my mouth and what course of actions was needed. Gloria and Joanne explained the next phases and printed out a form for me to follow and know what to expect. At the end, the receptionist went over the paperwork again and explained the costs of all the procedures I had done and would be doing. I appreciated having everything explained and my questions answered. All in all, my appointment took 2 hours and it was worth it. I even had a oral cancer screen done ($20 and highly recommended). I look forward to returning in 4 weeks for the next phase and being treated by this staff.

Imagine calling your care provider with concerns only to get argued down by the person who answers the phone. Get your invisalign with an orthodontist do not waste your time like I did. Experiencia negativa: Money hungry. I’ve been going here for my twice a year cleaning for a few years. That’s it! Just my cleaning, which is covered 100% by my insurance. This past visit, they’ve tried telling me that I owe them $196 and right now I’m still waiting to hear what for. Also, the guy who sits at the front desk and answers the phone is Carlos the MANAGER and he is insanely rude!! His attitude was the final straw for me, canceled my next cleaning with them and they just lost me as a customer. UPDATE: I found out that the $196 they’re saying I owe is actually a claim issue between the dentist office and my insurance, and somehow I (the patient) am involved even though I shouldn’t be. Had I not done my own research on this, I would’ve been left to pay $196 because this office wasn’t going to call my insurance to figure out that they (Ideal Dental) messed up. Unless you want stress and headaches, avoid this office!

First time I went to this company the Dentist told me that they will remove some of my teeth and leave the rest of teeth so they can do partial Dental. I was fine with that, but when I returned to this office I had a New Dentist and this one said we’re removing all my teeth. So I asked for my First Lady Dentist and was told she no longer works there. Anyway I agreed to remove all my teeth and continue with this new Dentist and paid over two thousand dollars. Finally I got my Dentures and was told that I can return to get my dentures adjusted when I return to the USA. But when I returned now they tell me I have to pay over two thousand dollars again because the dentures they gave me was only for me to used for 4 to 6 months. But no one mentioned anything about that when I received my dentures. So I would recommend if you decide to visit this company make sure you get everything in writing. I hope this review will help someone out there.

Terrible bedside service from the hygienist (using cell phone during appointment) and the doctor who never even faced me while recounting a number of “findings” from the X-rays. She just sat talking to the back of my head. Then, like another reviewer stated, I waited in that dental chair for a ridiculously priced treatment plan. At the end of this awkward exchange where everyone except me knew I wouldn’t be serviced, I had to ask about who would remove the bib around my neck. Find another dentist office. There are just way too many in Orlando to settle for subpar service and out of touch staff.

Experiencia negativa: Initially I reached out to get a cleaning. I was excited and the staff was great especially Carlos from the front desk and Dr Duy Nguyen dental assistant. So nice and friendly. After getting all my X-rays and scans done, Dr. Duy Nguyen request, while in the chair, that I would have to pay a $50 up charge for a tooth rinse.? A What? I’m on SSDI, broke and borderline homeless. Why she said my insurance doesn’t cover a $50 tooth rinse (when they do) it felt like a cash grab. I told her I didn’t have the money, She then said I can’t do the cleaning and I left. After my insurance talked to them they were okay with it now and rescheduled me. I never went back to get the cleaning. It left such a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended) that slight of the hand while you’re in the chair upcharge pushy policy it was enough to not want her greedy hands working on my mouth.

Experiencia negativa: They offer a Saturday appointment for a standard cleaning, you come in at the scheduled time. They do the regular x-rays, photos, etc. The dentist comes in and checks everything, making a few recommendations. Then you wait for 20 minutes for them to compile a "treatment plan". After they go over it with you, they say they need to reschedule it for another day. I asked about the SCHEDULED cleaning that I came in specifically for, they don't have time today because they just took another client in. I'll have to reschedule... WHAT??? So you took the money(MY BENEFIT) from my insurance for the x-rays, etc. and now I have to come back another day because you overbooked your appointments? I'm now OBLIGATED to return because no other dentist will take you in without x-rays and I'd have to pay out of pocket for them to be redone. VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES! When did a visit to the dentist turn into such a money grabbing, dog and pony show? Overall, I arranged my day for the appointment, wasted an hour and didn't get what I asked for, and now I'm OBLIGATED to have to rearrange another day just to get what I specifically asked them for. DO BETTER, IDEAL DENTAL!

Experiencia negativa: Scam scam scam. Stay away. I had a procedure done and then was told to come back in four weeks for a prophylaxis cleaning, which was fully covered by insurance. I get to the office, I told them I was there for my general cleaning, and I get shown to the hygienist. The service is completed and then they take me to check out. This billing girl who thinks she’s some genius says “it’s just your copay of $100”…I’m sorry what. She then begins to become defensive and says “as we discussed last time”…lady, that’s not what was discussed, what was discussed was that I was there for prophylaxis. Of course voices are being raised, and she finally said “I’ll waive it as a one time courtesy”… Do not go here or any ideal dental. Find your self a family practice with good people.

Experiencia negativa: The dental care I did experience was fine. They were able to show me exactly what was going on with my teeth. However, I presented with high blood pressure at the office. I have a history of high bp but also high medical anxiety so the bp was presenting abnormally and artificially high. Due to this, they would not even clean my teeth. I understand acting out of caution but I do not believe scraping some plaque off and brushing my teeth has anything to do with my blood pressure. All I wanted was a cleaning and I feel that I wasted an hour being embarrassed in the office. Prior to this I had not seen a dentist in years due to anxiety. I finally worked up the nerve to go and frankly after this experience I will probably delay receiving care again for a while. They gave me a release form for my doctor to sign for treatment, and even though I have adjusted my treatment for blood pressure with my doctor since my visit I will not be back to this office.

They explained I need scaling blah blah blah that would cost me to pay $631! Forget this clinic if you don't want to end up frustrated. I went to a different clinic and I was told I have perfect teeth & all I need is just cleaning covered by insurance. Stay away from this clinic!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve made the mistake of going to Ideal Dental knowing this dental office was in-network for my Dental Insurance. My main objective was a regular cleaning and to have that covered by my insurance so that it was free. Is that what I got? Yes. Was it subpar? Yes. That’s not the worst part. I’ve had root canals, several extractions, and a crown and I have NEVER cried at a dentist office due to pain and anxiety. Wondering how that happened? I went in for my first time visit at Ideal Dental and they took the X-rays as usual. During the typical consultation of my dental X-rays , I was told I need 3 fillings and a crown to save a molar that was chipping and cracking. I told them I didn’t have the funds to spend $1,100 and all I wanted was a free covered cleaning. The sales girl came in telling me I could sign up for CareCredit. As I was reading it and asking questions , she pressured me and assured me we could get everything done today. I was hesitant and failed to remain stern and say NO! That is not what I wanted. But unfortunately, I opened the account. They started the process of numbing me. Immediately I am filled with pain as they did not let the topic pain reliever sit long enough and gave me one needle worth of numbing medicine for my nerves. Knowing that on my file I stated I had sensitivity on my back right molar. The dentist began to drill away at my tooth and I am shook with pain and discomfort. Again the needle, more pain, another needle. By the 4th needle I was finally okay to have my enamel drilled into and remove my natural crown. At this point I was crying. I didn’t want to spend ,$1,000 and I regretted what was happening. The worst part is BOTH molar’s feel weird when I bite down. I am pretty sure this new crown is too big for me. And honestly the color is too yellow. They only showed me one color and didn’t not give me an option to look at others. I regret paying for services that caused me emotional, financial, and continuous physical distress. with Ideal Dental on Lee Vista. And no I do not want to come In for any corrections.

Experiencia fantástica: The friendliest staff I’ve come across in the dental care industry. They are a very clean dental clinic with the latest equipment, they were prompt, super friendly and straightforward with treatment plans along with pricing. I had a great experience and rapport with Jessica, and Dr. Vidali (I might have spelled her name wrong) but overall was a great first visit. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a primary dental care facility!

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 from Vanessa to The front desk, the dental assistant, the actual dentist, the girl who helped talk over payments, and a special exceptional job to Jesus who did my teeth cleaning, I am extremely happy and satisfied thank you so much. Looking forward to my next visit.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was very friendly. Made me feel very welcome and at home. Made sure I was comfortable through my procedure and set up an affordable payment plan for Invisalign. Joanne and Yanna were very nice and a great help to making my process run smoothly.

Experiencia negativa: Stay away from this con artist business!! Brought my son in for a “free consultation”. They came up a with an orthodontic treatment plan where the ideal outcome was not promised but hopeful and then had my husband apply for a Care Credit card. We canceled the next appointment due to a death in the family and not being on the same page with the treatment plan, only to later find out the full amount was charged to the card without our consent NOR were any services rendered. It’s been impossible to reach the office manager, Yessica, despite several attempts and messages. I’m beyond frustrated with this shady company and urge you to proceed with caution and protect your wallet.

Experiencia fantástica: Ideal Dental is always a wonderful office. I met fantastic peoples. Natalie, Karen, Joanne, and Dr. Castillo, DMD were all able to talk with me and they always helped me. I am very happy that I met with them over one year!
