Experiencia negativa: Came in for standard dental cleaning, they took pictures on my teeth and after that they're telling me that my teeth were good. Waiting for almost an hour and I keep asking when they gonna start cleaning my teeth and they said I have to wait because they're making a plan. When she come back explaining to me that I need depth cleaning procedures but I declined because my insurance won't cover. Anyway to make it short I made the appointment for standard cleaning but they didn't do the cleaning.

The hygienist Weriouska did an absolutely wonderful job. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past, but she truly made my cleanings a positive and comfortable experience for me. She is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also kind, patient, and clearly passionate about what she does. She consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and asked if I was experiencing any pain, discomfort, or sensitivity, which I really appreciated. Her gentle approach and attention to detail made a huge difference. I recommend this dentistry.

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment on March 2nd (almost 2 weeks ago). The appointment was originally scheduled for February 27th, but was cancelled the morning of because the doctor last minute could not make it. Stuff happens, and thus I had no problem rescheduling. Come Monday, and it was one of the worst experiences I had at Hallmark. I’ve been coming to this office for years, and I have always had pleasant experiences. My appointment felt extremely rushed. Starting with the X-rays, which usually takes about 10-15 minutes, got done in 5. I was then directed to the area where my cleaning would get done. I waited 10 minutes for a hygienist to come in, and when she did, she just scraped my top teeth with a tool for a few minutes before telling me another hygienist would come in to finish the job. I waited another 10 minutes, and the next one came in. She applied the polish hurriedly , and rinsed it off with water. I still felt residue of the polish on my teeth. I was then told that another hygienist and the doctor would come in. 10 minutes pass, and they both arrive. The doctor arrives and was very kind, however asked me how my wisdom teeth were feeling. I was left a bit puzzled, considering they were removed years ago. I empathized with her though, as she was dealing with a high volume of patients. She pulls up my file on the computer, and then after examining the images , gives me ambiguous feedback that in result left me concerned. When I asked questions, the answers did not leave me reassured. To be honest, I wanted to ask more but I could tell she was in a rush to leave. The final hygienist removes the plaque and tartar with the tools, and to be quite frank I experienced discomfort. My teeth that day felt extremely sensitive, which is to be expected. However, after almost 2 weeks my gums on my upper right side are still swollen and irritated. I never right Google reviews , but I felt urged to do so as my experience my rushed, and the service was delivered poorly. I understand that a high volume of patients were seen that day, but the quality should never be compromised. In between the switches of hygienists, they would ask me what was done. I understand and sympathize with their workload demand, but I found this concerning. I called before posting this review, and after being placed on hold, the operator hung up. Seriously considering switching to a different dentist office.

Experiencia negativa: I came here for a crown and for some reason they gave me a whole treatment plan. I did not ask for that. I came here for a crown and now this is my dentist home? ??? I told them I only came here my dentist does not do dentist. I never asked them to change my dentist. I can’t afford anything here even if it was my dentist home. I have to pay for everything. Everything is over 100 dollars. These people do not care about your dental health. They just want your money.

Experiencia negativa: If you have medicaid DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! ESP if you need a RCT or crown. They are double charging pts on medicaid. I have my daughters treatment plan provided by Hallmark dental went across the street to MID Florida endo and had the same rct done with no charge (hallmark quoted my 15yr old over $400 on medicaid out of pocket) When insurance pays $800 for the service!

Experiencia negativa: I truly want to love this office, and we have had positive experiences in the past. However, our most recent check-up and cleaning were extremely disappointing. The dental assistant was noticeably rude and condescending, and she spoke negatively about me under the assumption that I do not understand Spanish. In addition to the disrespectful behavior, she did not wash her hands before touching the tools that were to be used in my son’s mouth. When I addressed the cleanliness issue, she made additional derogatory comments in Spanish under her breath. My son ultimately received a substandard cleaning from the dentist herself rather than from a dental hygienist, and the quality of care was far below what we have previously experienced.

Experiencia negativa: Spent a month trying to get an appointment here because they won't make an appointment until a month after you change your insurance and when they would finally talk about an appointment, they refused to see me and my two children on the same day. If you don't want new patients just say so from the beginning instead of wasting a month of my time.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very bad experience with this place. First of all they cancel your appointment if you don’t pay beforehand which is absolutely ridiculous, could be only as much as $20 and they will cancel it if they don’t have the money before hand smh. Also I had an issue with the work they did and they were not willing to fix it without charging me. Anywhere else would have fixed it because it was their fault. I should call the dentistry board on them for charging me for something like that. Completely unprofessional and unfair!

Experiencia negativa: I really liked this place until i had them do a veneer which cost me $1500 only for it to fall off less than four months later and I went back thinking they would cement it on for me for free since it had only been less than four months and they charged me $85. I was very disappointed. This was their responsibility to fix. It should not have fallen off within four months. This is very unprofessional and I will be finding a new dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Trying to make an appt is impossible. No response to phone call, no call back after voice mail, no text message communication. Close the door at 4, even though it shows on the web that they are open until 4:30.

Experiencia negativa: I had been a patient here for some time. I moved away from the area but I still would make the drive to go here because I liked the dentist, the dental assistants, and hygienists. They all did a great job when I would go. However, I recently had pain in my gum area near a tooth and I called for an appointment. I was very disappointed when I was told that they couldn’t see me because they no longer accepted my insurance. I asked when did this change occur, I was told 2 weeks ago. I would think that being a patient here and having then even create a dental plan to be followed up, I would have received some type of notification letting me know they no longer accepted my insurance. The professional and courteous thing to do would’ve been to notify patients by email, mail, or a text message. Yet, they did none of these. Instead they said “sorry we can’t see you” and it was during the end of the year (holidays) which made it harder to find a dentist and change it with my insurance. Thankfully, I found a dentist who would see me. I’m done with this office and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If that’s how they treat established patients don’t expect better treatment as a new one.

Experiencia negativa: I underwent a tooth extraction at their facility in early November 2024, specifically on a Friday. Upon leaving the office, I was not provided with any antibiotics, which led to an infection accompanied by severe pain; I was only given painkillers. By Monday, unable to endure the discomfort any longer, I returned to the facility, where the doctor examined the situation and performed a cleaning. The pain was indescribable, and when the doctor inquired about my antibiotics, I informed him that none had been prescribed. It became apparent that the assistant had neglected to provide them. As a diabetic patient, I was understandably concerned about potential complications. On that day, after I raised the issue, they finally administered the antibiotics, yet there was no apology or follow-up regarding my condition. The following day, I returned due to ongoing pain, only to be asked for a co-pay. I expressed my disappointment, highlighting their failure to provide the necessary medication, to which the receptionist acknowledged the oversight. When Dr. Godoy attended to me, he appeared rushed and irritated by my return. It took nearly three weeks for the pain to subside, but I still experience lingering discomfort. Subsequently, I received a filling as recommended by the doctor, but now I experience pain when eating on that side, a condition that did not exist prior to the treatment. My wife is now apprehensive about visiting their facility, prompting me to seek a new dentist. They should have at least followed up or offered a courtesy refund for their error, yet there was no acknowledgment of responsibility, leaving me with the impression that the fault lay with me.

Experiencia fantástica: My name is cesarina lanza on Nov 21,2024 I went to hallmark Dental for a deep cleaning, the hygienist that took care of me was Weriuska, I had mentioned to her that I was very traumatized with the previous Dental office from Miami, and she was able to take my fear away, she kept me inform of every single step, she talked me thru the entire time that I was seating in that chair, she was very gentle, got home no pain, nor discomfort, also the staff was very professional the front desk ladies, Lina, Marcela, everyone was exceptional, will recommend this Dental office for everyone and anyone that had any type of fears with Dentists, will continue going for my follow ups without fears
