Experiencia negativa: Very bad experience with doctor Zaza. In my first visit as new patent, this doctor tried very hatd to convince me that i have plaque under my gum, and that i need a deep cleaning with an extr regular cleaning..of course those services are extra and not covered under my dental insurance, i tried to explan to him that for the ladt 20 years all my fentist agreed that i do not suffer any gum desease and a deep full mouth treatment is not necessary. Despite that he refused, and told me that by refusing he will not be able to perform any of my regular free cleaning in the future. The only one and last cleaning i had with him was very fast and lack focus and attention and details...my first and last visit to doctor Zaza

Experiencia fantástica: My 15 year old boy broke one of his front teeth playing basketball, i asked ChatGPT for a place to fix his teeth for a same day fix and this was the place ChatGPT told me about, i called them and they made an appointment right away, they had excellent customer service and the doctor is amazing he did an exceptional job, his tooth looks like nothing happened to it, and they did all of that in an hour.

Experiencia fantástica: On my first visit to this office, I was truly impressed from the moment I walked in. The welcome and customer service were exceptional. The front desk staff was very kind, attentive, and professional — even when I called to schedule the appointment. The person who assisted me with payment at the end was also very friendly and helpful. While I may not recall everyone’s name, I want to make it clear that the entire staff provided outstanding customer service. One person I do remember by name is Gaby, Dr. Rajab Zasa’s assistant. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and did an excellent job assisting with my husband’s procedure. My husband was nervous, but Dr. Rajab Zasa made him feel comfortable right away. The doctor was extremely caring, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He treated my husband with genuine compassion and professionalism. I actually chose this office because of its reviews. I always read reviews before going somewhere for the first time because I like to know other people’s experiences. Now I completely understand why this office has 5 stars. Bringing my husband here was definitely the right decision, and the experience was even better than we expected. The service was so excellent that before leaving, I even scheduled my daughter’s first appointment here as well. That alone says a lot about the trust and confidence this office gave me. What I loved most about this office is that they truly care about their patients and not just about making money. Their prices were excellent compared to other places that seemed more focused on business than patient care. I highly recommend Dr. Rajab Zasa 100% — not only because of the fair prices, but also because of his incredible team, outstanding customer service, and the high level of knowledge and professionalism he brings to his work. Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming here for years for my biannual cleanings and I recently finished my invisalign. Everything came out wonderful and Dr. Zaza worked through me losing trays, forgetting to wear trays, etc. Every single staff member here is super nice. It’s hard to see in the photos but my bottom front teeth were a mess (one of them was twisted almost 90°), and now they are nice and straight :)

Experiencia negativa: The initial consultation was great made me feel as I was going to feel and look fantastic. After all extractions were performed and the denture came in, they did not fit right, big and very painful. The dentist explained that it had to do with gums needing to heal and swelling to go down. Understandly reasonable. However after several follow up appointments and the dentist shaving down certain areas and lots of denture glue I felt that I no longer was being heard and being brushed off. Thru all this the dentist has been paid in full and in cash no insurance. I stop going for more follow ups and now have no teeth and no dentures therefore looking like crap and still not being able to eat. Reach out to the office recently after a few months has gone by and still they are big and no glue can keep them in place to request refund for only the dentures as I feel uncomfortable and weird to go back and they have refused. Don’t know f I should seek legal help as I shouldn’t have to return some where I don’t feel comfortable anymore. This is why I give 1 star review

I may give them a little trouble here and there but I love this dentist family they’re the best. They’ve closed my gap that I have forever that my other orthodontist couldn’t do. Experiencia fantástica: Update: At my latest appointment, I appreciated how the Office Manager took the time to discuss my issues with me. Valentina, the dental hygienist, was also very good! Furthermore, Dr. Zaza took the time to explain everything. Thank you! Previous post (one star): First of all, I am giving this place one star for the friendly staff only. No one introduced themselves to me so I don’t know anyone’s name. There’s always new faces when I go there. This place went downhill after Dr. Mansour left. Dr. Zaza isn’t as pleasant as Dr. Mansour. He needs to take a “chill pill” because he’s so hyper. I don’t feel comfortable with him! He’s a salesman. He pushes the Invisalign treatment and other unnecessary procedures. I don’t have $4000+ to do these procedures. After my last cleaning this year, I am leaving this practice. I have been a patient here for 9+ years. Added… Furthermore, one of the staff members sent my pharmacy a Rx with no information. I have been waiting for the Rx to be ready since yesterday. It’s Friday and the dentist’s office is closed. I have to wait until Monday to get the antibiotics that I was told to start right away. Unacceptable!!!

The office and treatment areas are spotless, well organized and maintained. It is easy to make an appointment and I have never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room. I recently had a dental emergency and the team, with hesitation, found a way to squeeze me in even without an appointment. Dr. Zaza is patient and asks questions to understand your needs. He explains the best options before proceeding. He and his team are very experienced and I barely had any pain through the procedure and after. Everyone kept checking on me to make sure I was dong okay, which put me at ease. I moved to Orlando a year ago and have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past. But a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Zaza. She has been going to the office for years and only had the very best things to say. I am beyond grateful to have found this office. Experiencia negativa: I had a very upsetting and disappointing experience at this dentist office. When I called to schedule my appointment, no one informed me that the practice had been sold to a new doctor and company. Nothing was mentioned over the phone or when I arrived. While I was in the chair, I even brought up my previous dentist by name, and all I was told was, “He’s not here.” There was still no explanation that he was no longer part of the practice. I didn’t find out the truth until after my appointment, when I was checking out and asked if he would be available for my next visit. The front desk finally told me, “He is no longer at the practice.” At that point, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed that this wasn’t communicated upfront. The bedside manner was also very poor from both the doctor and the hygienist. They were rough, cold, and showed no warmth or compassion. When I expressed pain during an injection, instead of showing concern, I felt criticized for reacting. No patient should be made to feel that way. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and misleading, and the lack of communication was unacceptable. Patients deserve to be informed when ownership and providers change—especially before treatment. I left feeling upset, frustrated, and completely let down. I would never recommend this dentist office to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming here for over 15yrs and I must say since day one the staff and doctors have given me and my family of 5 the best care. They make you feel like family .

Experiencia positiva: I went there on accident because I got confused with another office location. They were kind enough to take me in and the staff seemed nice but I quickly realized that it was simply to bill the insurance. I wanted a cleaning, simply generic cleaning that is covered by my insurance. I was told I would be receiving that but I have to get X-rays and a full exam. I agreed. After the exam the dentist came in and was pressuring me to do a deep cleaning on a few of my teeth. He said it was necessary. I explained that my insurance covers deep cleaning and my deductible is only $50 for that. He insisted that it’s $135 for my deductible. I called and confirmed with my insurance and they said that was not accurate information. I declined the deep cleaning and said I just wanted the standard cleaning, to which I was told that they would not be able to do because I am not going with their recommendation. If it’s a recommendation then why doesn’t it feel like one. So I got no service and my insurance as charged for an exam. This only happens in Florida. The staff is kind but also a part of the entire scam because I get it, it’s their job. It’s just frustrating.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient with this office for many years, since before Dr. Mansour retired. Sherri is my families favorite dental hygienist- highly recommend her if you visit. After today's visit with Dr. Zaza we won't return though. I brought my husband for his first dental visit in about 12 years (since he was 11ish) and, obviously, we expected to find issues. Dr. Zaza is a nice doctor, but it felt like he didn't care about us and had better things to do than explain more or answer questions. I know doctors are busy but it was the middle of the day with maybe one other patient in the building. Our biggest issue is that you shouldn't feel like a source of money when talking to a doctor. He seemed determined to sell us on 2 things that are not necessary; 1. Wisdom teeth removal. On sight of the X ray he crossed them out and when we asked why he said it was because they are "difficult to clean" 2. Invisalign, for slightly crooked front teeth. Nor did the doctor or anyone else take the time to discuss what we can do at home to help the actual issues, they just printed out a plan that would cost us a couple thousand dollars after stating what was wrong and that was it. As a result we'll be taking the issues, now that we know what they are, into our own hands while we find another dental office. There are two kinds of doctors; the ones that want to help and the ones that went into it for the pay. This experience told us which Dr. Zaza is- nothing against the doctor or staff, we just prefer the first kind.

Recently I completed my Invisalign treatment which netted happy results. Ty to the staff as well.

January 21, 2022 Update - Still 5 out of 5. Would recommend. November 5, 2024 Update - Dr Zaza and the WHOLE crew are still absolutely wonderful. Professional and helpful in keeping my smile pretty and healthy and I love it here. Moved an hour away and still planning on coming here. Half way through Invisalign journey and truly appreciative that they are so helpful with it. March 2025 - Finished my Invisalign journey with Dr. Zaza and I cannot be happier! My teeth are straighter and feeling better than they ever have and I am ecstatic about my smile. Not sure if I care about super white teeth but I will consider doing that here.

I had to maneuver getting my mom an appointment, getting her to the office and back home by Uber-all the way from New Jersey! With the assistance of Cynthia and Maddy, my mother did not feel the the void of my absence. Their customer service was top notch!! They were very hands on and they made my mother feel very comfortable during her visit. In addition to that Dr. ZaZa was great with providing me feedback about her examination. My mother was extremely impressed as well. The customer service that was displayed by the staff is almost unheard of these days and for that I will always be grateful for their efficiency and kindness!!!!!!! Keep up the good work!

Experiencia fantástica: Just had 2 top wisdom teeth extracted today, and was VERY nervous as I've never had a tooth extraction before. Dr. Zaza made sure the anesthesia took complete effect and I barely felt the local anesthesia needle going in. I've had a previous experience at another dentist office for a periodontal cleaning where local anesthesia didn't take very well, but this was not the case with Dr. Zaza. He's awesome with the anesthesia, worked quickly and I didn't feel any pain, just pressure. The whole procedure took about 30 minutes. They let me take a picture of the teeth and explained what I was seeing on the teeth. Thank you so much.

They walk you through what they are doing while they are cleaning and that is something I always appreciate. Always helpful and knowledgeable if you have any questions. Valentina and Gaby did my cleaning and were very helpful and gentle.

The office staff will answer immediately with the utmost assistance. The facility is extremely well put and clean. I've never gotten better service at a dentist office than here! The nurses treat your teeth very well and you end up with the shinest teeth! So if you have a special occasion coming up, you may want to consider stopping by! And a special thanks to Judy for ending off the appointment with her delightful demeanor .

Experiencia fantástica: This has been my dentist office since I was in elementary school and I love the people here. They do good work and have amazing customer service and hygienist are gentle and sweet. Never had one issue and I have even referred friends who were surprised at the cost of services compared to other dental offices in the Orlando area. The primary dentist has changed but the service has remained the same. I'll keep coming back as long as they are accepted by the insurance.

Gabriela is great at what she does, She pays attention to detail. Never lets me drown in my own saliva. The ladies at the front desk are so knowledgeable and sweet. Experiencia negativa: Front desk ladies are some of the rudest most condescending people I have ever encountered. They send text messages to confirm your appointment. Mine was for a 10am confirmation to which I replied and confirmed. Showed up about 20 minutes early for what the text message confirmation of 10am was. Sat there for 15 minutes past what was sent as my appointment time only to be berated about how no my appointment isn't until 11am because she left a voicemail after the 10am confirmation text was sent telling me it has been changed to 11am without my approval or knowledge. Definitely goes with out saying but I will not be returning, and I would highly suggest you find another dental office to go to as well. I have gone to chain dentists in emergencies before with better treatment and less aggravation.

Experiencia negativa: Second time coming here and last. Went in for a cleaning which Valentina was super nice and considerate. After deciding to get a cavity filled I was made to wait a long time but more disturbingly was not numbed all the way. Doctor zaza seems to rush everything. After this uncomfortable experience I was made to pay an extra $55 for some fee from last appointment. The girl at the front didn’t seem to know much about anything.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely the worst front desk I have ever dealt with from a doctor’s office. They are unorganized and unprofessional. They constantly get the appointment times and dates incorrect but gaslight the patient stating no they got the wrong time. The supervisor Maria is absolutely the worst and instead of hearing the patients side of things she decides it’s better to hang up on patients in the middle of talking. I don’t believe Dr. Mansour built this office to be ruined by a bunch of incompetent woman who don’t know simple customer service standard’s.
