She is very skilled, friendly, and attentive, making sure you feel comfortable and understand every step of the procedure. As well as Dr. Baker

Experiencia negativa: They don't verify insurance until the date and time of your appointment, even though you selected the dentist as primary with the insurance, and told the insurance information to Greenberg at the time you set your appointment. I wasted time off work so that they could tell me 20 minutes after my appointment time that they don't take my insurance.

Experiencia negativa: This particular location does not answer their phones for general dentistry. The ortho/braces line answers promptly. I tried to reach the office for over an hour and made contact with no one. On one of the calls placed someone picked up and immediately put me on hold and never returned to line. When you get in the office you’ll realize there are soooo many employees with not so friendly faces just sitting behind the front desk doing nothing and you start to wonder why they aren’t picking up any calls if they are just sitting there talking amongst themselves.

Experiencia negativa: Other than the nice dental hygienist and dentist, my whole visit here was a mess. I came in for an appointment at 10:45 AM and had to wait over an hour to finally be seen. The front office staff were more concerned with talking to each other and being on their phones than helping customers or communicating literally anything. They tried to ask me about another patient like I had booked an appointment from them too and I have no idea where they got that information from. I had to constantly check in to see if they needed my updated insurance info, when I was gonna be seen and also to get a full receipt after my appointment. Once I was seen, I had some X-rays done and was seen by the dentist. Then they were acting like my appointment was done?! What about the cleaning?? They asked if I wanted to have the cleaning done the same day or come back. What did I make an appointment for if not to have an annual cleaning??? They had to see if the dental hygienist was available (and luckily she was). The most unprofessional, convoluted dental office I have ever been to and I will definitely not be coming back.

Experiencia negativa: The worst dentist office ever!!! They never pick up the phone and never return your phone calls!!! I actually pulled my own tooth out because I was tired of waiting for them to call me back and I was in so much pain and the tooth was loose anyway I just pulled it out. But now I need a bridge and other teeth pulled and they won’t return my calls until yesterday they finally made me an appointment and then called me today to tell me the doctor last day was today and that he quit. And none of the other doctors in the practice take my insurance.

Experiencia negativa: ⭐️ 1 STAR — Extremely Unprofessional Experience I had a terrible experience with Greenberg Dental. They are absolutely not professional and their system is a complete mess. When they refer you to another location, you have to start all over again as if they never saw you before. All the exams, paperwork, and waiting time are repeated from scratch—wasting your time and your money. They also do NOT care about your schedule. Appointments are delayed, communication is poor, and every visit feels like you are starting from zero. Even worse—when you have insurance, they charge you MORE than if you don’t have insurance. It makes no sense and feels like they take advantage of you instead of helping. There is no organization, no follow-up, and no professionalism. I honestly regret ever coming here, and I would never recommend Greenberg Dental to anyone. Save your time, save your money, and go somewhere that actually values their patients.

Experiencia negativa: You called never can get some one to answer the phone , you be on hold for soooo long it makes absolutely no sense ! The payment is soo messed up they give you a date when they will charge you then they take it the opposite time. Its frustrating cant get any one to talk to to even explain whats going on on !. Its take soo long to get an appointment when you finally do you sit an wait like two hourssssss!!!!!!!! Before you get through skipping over your name an all! Then when leaving receptionist they literally be unprofessional to you i just hate it !!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my son’s first dentist appointment, and everyone there was incredibly kind. Oscar M. assisted us, and we truly appreciate him. He was very helpful, made us laugh while still being professional, gave my son stickers, and made the experience a happy one for him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. See you guys next year=)

Experiencia negativa: On July 3, 2025, I contacted your office to schedule an appointment and was met with an unprofessional and unsatisfactory interaction with the receptionist. Despite explaining that I was a previous patient at your Orange Avenue location and wished to book an appointment at this more convenient location near my CPA office, the receptionist questioned my decision to call this office instead of the Orange Avenue branch. I clarified that I am a self-pay patient, having paid out of pocket during a previous visit in Miami while establishing a business there. However, the receptionist continued to inquire about my insurance coverage and last visit, which was irrelevant to scheduling the appointment. As a business owner and accountant who works with numerous companies, I find this level of customer service unacceptable. Such conduct would result in immediate termination of an employee in my organization. Due to this experience, I have decided not to proceed with transferring my family’s care to your office, resulting in the loss of five potential clients. This interaction reflects poorly on your practice, and I strongly recommend addressing the receptionist’s approach to customer service to prevent further loss of business. This is not the first instance of such behavior, and I suspect others have had similar experiences.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my two children for their first visit, ages 2 and 4. They were served by Oscar Mora, a young, patient, and polite professional. My children left happy. I highly recommend this place. They are incredible with children.

Experiencia negativa: I spent over 3 months trying to schedule a surgery because these ppl refused to work w my insurance, the pain got so bad I just decided to pay out of pocket. Then I Came in with an APPOINTMENT to get my wisdom teeth removed yet I still waited over 3h because of a mistake THEY made and still Helene was rude about it. Front desk is very disrespectful, especially Jaida O who is very disrespectful and condescending. I also called a week before my surgery to see if there’s any special instructions and the lady (Lynn) on the phone gave me all the wrong information too, she told me I could eat and rink water like usual when u can’t do that for a SURGERY, thankfully I knew better. Do not trust any of these people. They’re all rude and ineffective. People like this should never be in charge of ur health.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give this place zero stars. Twice I was scheduled for an appointment and twice I waited more than an hour and a half to NEVER be seen. I was only updated when I asked someone how long it would be before I saw someone and even then, I was not given a clear answer. I would not recommend this place to anyone, like AT ALL.

Experiencia negativa: Inhumane service!! Do not! Do not go to Greenberg Dental on Orange Avenue with Dr.Premier!!! Save yourself now! The service I received at this place gave me an infection! Thank God for real dentist with compassion that were able to save my life because Dr.Premier is lazy and could care less! I went in to have a chipped tooth repaired and you would have thought I was in a 3rd world country by how disgusting this practice treated me. The dental hygienist was nasty and on the phone with her boyfriend while doing a crown! While propping my mouth open with the block she literally threw the block across the counter and put it back in my mouth while molding the crown!! I wish you all could see the crown these people created a thought I was going to actually use. I had an allergic reaction that could have been prevented doctors premier was nowhere to be found! I called the headquarters office and spoke with Lois who transferred my care to a different location on Kirkman road and she could have cared less as well! It’s cheap work and cheap doctors who do not care and don’t know what they’re doing!!!! Infection control is non existent under wanna be Dr.Premier office and I wouldn’t recommend you or your loved ones going to this practice to do anything!! Save yourself and choose a different office!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Anna Is The Best And She Made Sure We Were Well Tooken Care Of. It Was Easy And Fast And Not To Mention My Baby Girl Feel A Lot Better And She's Back To Herself Again. We LOVE Youu Dr. Anna && Thankk Youu Again !

Experiencia negativa: I have had two incredibly horrible experiences at this location. Besides their issues with timing (I have waited in the dental chair for over four hours here before) they messed up my back molar. They ground it down to almost nothing to make it fit with a lower crown, instead of making a new lower crown that would fit with my existing tooth. They did not give me any options or warn me of negative aspects of this procedure. Now, I have a permanently damaged tooth (that was preciously healthy). Stay far away! Do not trust them with the health of your teeth - we only have one mouth! Honestly, they could be sued for dental malpractice.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible service. If your insurance allows you to see a real dentist, do it. Had partials done there that broke after a week, waited two months for a new set to realize they just glued the old one and I guess because of the heat, it became too tight to fit in my mouth. When I asked for the different type I had requested I was told that I needed to start the whole process all over again, At that point I lost faith that they will do a good job and just asked for my money back (I paid out of my pocket as insurance did not cover) but the dentist, Eric Shiar, refused and I was told that all they can do is refer me to a specialist which I did but the specialist wanted an extra $708 and told me the process will take another 6 to 8 weeks. I don't have anymore money and I don't want to go another two months without teeth. I have contacted the BBB and waiting for a response. If I don't get my money back, the next step will have to be going to court to get justice. Meanwhile, I can only eat food that doesn't require chewing or I have to cut my food into tiny pieces so I can just swallow it. The office staff, especially the manager are rude and did not even apologize for my inconvenience.

Experiencia negativa: I will NEVER come here again. Just for an exam I wanted 2hours with an appointment. Came back for my cleaning and that was another 3hours before I was seen (with an appointment). Front desk staff is not professional at all. Very hectic and they could care less about your time as a patient.

And those were the worst reviews. Totally unprofessional. It needs to be closed down and hire all new people who care about their community, their profession and the service that they provide. Because there is not person at the Kirkman Rd. location that hold these qualities.

Experiencia negativa: Update- as of today I went to a dentist and the orthodontist damaged my teeth and left glue residue I went for a check up for my braces and the orthodontist assistant was rude . He stated why was I looking at him like he’s from a foreign country and why did I get braces if I’m scared when I come to the visits. Also he stated that he just calls it as he sees it. I felt disrespected and the orthodontist should be a welcoming place especially if you’re spending your money . You should always respect individuals you don’t know who they are or who they would know I wouldn’t recommend this place the orthodontist is sweet but her assistants are rude. Experiencia fantástica: I always have a great experience when brining my kids here. The pediatric staff is amazing. The check in process is easy and the hygienist Guillermo is very understanding and patient. Dr. Van is great with kids. Thank you for all that you do.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience. Not only horrible but I paid $10,000 for 2 kids braces. Paid them off for the orthodontist to kick me out of the office and tell me I have to use the Kissimmee location (45 minutes from us). The orthodontist is very rude. We weren’t able to go to Kissimmee location so my sons teeth went all back the same way before braces weakening his bone structure. We tried to get a retainer for my daughter, it broke. They made us an appointment then told me as there was homeless people sleeping almost right at their doorway, that we can’t be seen at that location. The orthodontist wrote nasty noted about me in my child’s chart. She was very unprofessional and I would not recommend spending your hard earned money here! Kissimmee location was great, it was just too far for us.

Experiencia negativa: Made an appointment as a new patient. Was told I would get a phone call in regards to how much I would have to pay up front on day of my visit so I could be prepared to pay or reschedule if I needed to. NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR received a phone call. I called several time NO REPLY back even after leaving a detailed voicemal for a return call to confirm appointment and pricing of visit. Never again with this place. Do not recommend from the experience I received.

Experiencia negativa: I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at this location. My name was crossed off the list without any confirmation of my identity, simply because it was similar to another patient’s. As a result, I had to wait an additional hour after the other patient was seen, which was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had scheduled my appointment for this specific day. To make matters worse, instead of the front desk addressing the mistake, they sent a random person to try to calm me down, which felt extremely racially motivated. This was an unprofessional and inappropriate way to handle the situation. On top of that, I was overcharged for the service, which seemed like a petty response to their own error. This experience was unacceptable, and I urge the management to seriously reconsider how they treat their patients and handle billing.

Experiencia negativa: So maybe I'm just out of touch; I haven't been to a real dentist in 10+ years so I was apprehensive. However, this place was very strange. The front desk couldn't pronounce my name so they kept butchering it to call me up. When I asked "Do you mean (my name)?" She gave me a look and said no. But I asked her to spell it and sure enough, that's me! So I tried pronouncing it for her since when she said no obv it was a yes...and she never apologized for getting it so wrong or needing to be corrected. If anything she seemed like my name was an inconvenience to her. But that aside, I could get passed that. Once I was taken back with a group of 4 other people none of the staff introduced themselves at any point, I couldn't tell you the name of the xray tech, the hygienist, the dentist, assistant or anyone! Not a single "hi nice to have you my name is..." or anything of the sort. I was told to go from room to room for a routine cleaning and some x-rays. All of us patients were up and down in the same chairs with no real sanitation or antiseptic involvement....all together it was just a very weird experience as if I was in an office of students or people with the most basic knowledge of medical dentistry. Tl;Dr if you want a discount dentist I guess this is a place where they won't break your teeth? Bare minimum really.

Experiencia negativa: RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOUR TIME MEANS ANYTHING TO YOU! I am a new patient who only went to Greenburg because they claim to do everything from general dentistry to specialty services (like orthodontics and implants) all in one office. After waiting an hour for my first appointment (which was fine because I figured they had to input information and confirm my insurance) X-rays and dental check with doctor took about 10 minutes. I was told I have to make 3 more appointments, 1 for cleaning, 1 to see the orthodontist, and 1 for the work I need done. I showed back up for my consultation with the orthodontist during my lunch time and after waiting for 45 minutes I had to reschedule and leave. I don’t think I’ll be returning for my re-scheduled appointment or anything else after having my time and gas wasted for an appointment that didn’t happen. Not respecting patient’s time is very unprofessional and disrespectful. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TRUST THE 1-star and 2-star reviews and find another dentist.

I called back and on each try I only get an answering machine. Left a message several times for them to call back ..they never did. If you don't want to get new clients have the courtesy to tell me. Experiencia negativa: I been taking my kids to Greenberg for about 2 1/2 years. One of my kids was found to have some cavities. Dr told me that he needed to be sedated in order to have treatment done. I insisted that he at least tried to do it without sedation because my six year old was already sedated 3 times for other procedures and I wasn’t comfortable with him going through that again for such a simple work. He refused to even try, couldn’t wast his time. I took my son to another dental office where they were able to treat 3 cavities in one appointment. It is so sad to see money makers being called doctors. If a doctor is not willing to deal with kids they should seek a different field to work.

They set up a plan and let you know what needs to be done now and in the future. One thing is they are always pretty busy but they will fit you in if need be.

I have a 15 year old autism son, my son gets a bit uncomfortable at times when getting his teeth clean, and she always has a lot patience with him. Maria, makes him feel comfortable when getting his teeth clean. Maria always cleans his teeth perfect. She is the best!

When I approached the front desk there was a sign at the window saying there's no more appointments with the hygienist until January11. I asked what was that about. She said, " that's not for you, just sign here" placing the clipboard on the side. I said, that I had a question because my appointment was with the hygienist. With a bad attitude and upset face, she said "just sign here!" At that point asked to speak with someone else. Another lady answered my questions very politely. I am very satisfied with doctor Daccache and his assistant. They were great and the service was magnificent!

I came to this place so I can get a cleaning because my insurance covers this place, but little did I know these people are scammers. They said I need a deep cleaning, blah, blah, blah, and they didn't do anything. So I went to my previous dentist, and they told me my teeth are healthy, and I'm doing a great job with my teeth. Make sense!!! Of course, they are trying to make money out of me. Do not go to this place! I repeat, do not go to this place!!!

Experiencia negativa: Each time I’ve come in, I’ve had to wait 2 hours to be seen and that’s with an appointment. I’m not sure if they are overbooking. My last visit was horrible. I went in for my appointment to get a tooth fixed, waited 2 hours and at the end was told I had to come back another day to get the work done. Now that’s another couple of hours that I will have to take out of my day to get work done. Super frustrating.

Experiencia positiva: I’m giving three stars because I tried to update my information in the system when I picked up the paperwork to be filled out and whoever was at the front desk told me no I couldn’t leave it I would have to bring it back to the appointment. Then the front desk lady wasn’t even competent enough to know that my 12 year old was to old and needed to be on the adult appt list. So when she got her teeth cleaned.. they didn’t have the proper stuff to clean around the braces. Cleaning literally took less than 5mins. No floss or other stuff like that

So kind and very patient and she explained the different type of treatment to me very thoroughly. I really appreciate their help

Experiencia fantástica: my appointment was for 8:30 was greeted by a few smiles, after filling out some information I was escorted by a tech who took some X-rays and waited for the dentist... In walks in Dr Danny with a beautiful smile asking how I was and what my concerns were. He gave me a couple of prescriptions and referred me to a dentist that specializes in root canal.

Experiencia negativa: I received a text message from Greenberg automated messages asking to rate my experience. I am unable to rate it because I’m still here. I have been waiting almost two hours to be seen and install a crown. I know there is always a wait, but today it’s been horrible. it’s crazy the wait. Be aware ahead of time that this occurs at Greenberg Kirkman.

Experiencia negativa: I came in to get my dentures adjusted I waited for about two and a half hours for them to tell me the doctor wasn't in to adjust my dentures they could have told me that in the beginning of my set down. But yet waited to tell me to come back during the week Monday thru Thursday.

Experiencia negativa: Trying to get them to answer the phone is like trying to find Bigfoot. Have been going here for years, the dental work is good just pick up the damn phone or return calls. I shouldn't have to drive over there to schedule an appointment.

Experiencia negativa: This was a wasted visit, waste of my time and waste of your office staff. I was expecting three extractions, with a temporary upper and lower partial. This was part of the conversation when the appointment was made and upon several messages left in the past. So for the young lady to talk about consulting with Dr. Sherer, about something I assumed was already done per several months ago. Maybe it was confusion on my part, but I appreciate my money being refunded and I will try this again at a later time. It appears there will be more time needed to get the services I need and was not mentally prepared for today's events. I can say I am disappointed.

Experiencia positiva: Crown Bridge cracked, examined with Xray and concerns were confirmed by the Doctor. Crown and Bridge are under Warranty by Lab Waiting on Call from Dental Hygienic to let me know when Lab can make new let for the right upper! Experience Always perfessional and very good!

Experiencia fantástica: I am known there on a first name bases because I have had a lot of dental work done. Dentist Eric has been my dentist there. He is very kind, professional and makes sure he has done everything to take care of the problem. The staff is also very friendly.

Experiencia positiva: This is the second time I have come in and ended up waiting at least 30 mins after my appt time and ended up just leaving. There is no reason to have an appointment and get stuck having to wait and not even be called back. I have a life and don’t feel like I should have to waste my morning sitting in a dentist office and no one even updates you that there may be a wait or an estimated wait time. So again, this appt will be rescheduled

Experiencia positiva: I had a pleasant experience. The staff was nice, had my teeth cleaned. It was my first visit, so had a long wait, but I was told it was due to my insurance. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was professional and welcoming. Thank you. However, I am 77. I am accustomed to one stop servicing. Now you have to run all over town to get one thing done. Every area of dentistry is a specialty and every area of doctoring is a specialty. More work, time and money for the clients and less work and more money for the specialist. Whose idea was that?

Experiencia positiva: I had a very good experience today with my visit. I did wait 35 minutes past my appointment time to be seen but the lobby was pretty busy. The staff phenomenal! Friendly and knowledgeable. I went for a checkup and the dentist examined my teeth and explained everything that he found in a knowledgeable summary that allowed me to understand his findings and course of treatment. Also the treatment is affordable! Some private dental office charges are very high priced but Greenburg offers very reasonable pricing!

Experiencia positiva: The dentist was great! The girl who did my son’s cleaning however needs some training on being a little nicer and definitely more kid friendly if she’s going to keep working with children. Going to the dentist can be scary the last thing kids need is that kind of attitude.

Experiencia negativa: The dental assistant was awesome that took my x-rays before I saw the dentist. The most awful part was waiting for the hygienist to clean my teeth. I waited more than 40 minutes.

Experiencia negativa: Showed up for Appointment and it was canceled and no one called me to let me know that Dr. was not available. They said they left a message in my voicemail and I have absolutely no messages in my voicemail.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was very helpful, sweet and I came in for an emergency walk in and was the second one in the building and they got me out in a hour. Everyone that I spoke with was kind and I will definitely start my dental care at this office! Thank you for such a great experience! ☺️

Experiencia positiva: Staff is very nice and friendly. The wait was just too long with having an appointment. Extremely frustrating when you have other obligations and appointments for the day. However, I walked out satisfied and was able to reschedule my next appointment and make it there on time.

Experiencia positiva: The wait times are a bit long, I was scheduled for an 11 o clock appointment and wasn't seen until 11:45 ish , I was actually about to leave because I was getting hungry but they finally got around to taking care of me for my cleaning. I also witnessed other customers having the same issue with this dentist not being on time with their appointments but other than that the cleaning went well and I was treated with respect once I was finally serviced. 3/5 stars. Would give them 4 if they would just be more accurate with their appointment times.

Experiencia fantástica: I stay with Greenberg for years (specifically Kirkman location) because the office staff is pleasant, kind and helpful. Dr. Daccache is always concerned, knowledgeable, pleasant and patient.

Experiencia negativa: Waited for 1 and a half hours after driving 45 mins for a 10 am appointment, only to be told that I couldn't be seen due to high blood pressure. I just had four wisdom teeth pulled a couple weeks ago with local anesthesia...just like what was supposed to happen today...NEVER AGAIN!!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time at this office but it was such a welcoming and heartwarming experience. The dentist and his assistant was very informative about what services I need as well as just being pleasantly nice. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Experiencia negativa: I took off work 3 weeks in advance to get an exam and cleaning. When I got there they said all the hygienists were gone and I would have to come back for my cleaning. The dentist saw me for the exam ,but didn't offer to do the cleaning. Also, no one answers the phones when you call and there is no patient portal to check your appointment status, nor did they send me a confirmation email or text. Furthermore, if you try to call another location, they do not have any information about you. They have a really bad system on the back end. The staff were nice and the dentist was nice.

Experiencia negativa: Very disrespectful of my time. Waited one and a half hours for my appointment. Unacceptable and they act like it is common place. It’s unfortunate that the dentist, oral hygienist and oral surgeon were all great but the front desk staff lack the skills to properly schedule appointments. They don’t even try to improve, they think it is ok to take hours of my time. Bless their hearts.
