After a terrible experience at another dentist in downtown Orlando, I truly appreciate the professionalism and expertise that Dr. Roperia and her team provide. I couldn’t recommend them more. The private rooms are a huge plus as well! Dalia and Andrea are both extremely kind, but a special shoutout goes to Carolina — the hygienist I’ve spent the most time with. She’s incredibly gentle with her tools, very attentive, and genuinely sweet. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel so welcome and comfortable every time I’m in the office.

Experiencia negativa: Went here 4 years ago and told me I needed 2 crowns. I let them do 1 and took them multiple attempts but still not perfect so decided to find another dentist. So 4 years later and no second crown as they wanted to do and new dentist said the tooth is good to go! Glad I got a second opinion.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so picky with my dental care. This place is the best. Staff is so welcoming. They hit on the big 3 for me. Time: I’ve never waited in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes (except for first visit filling out paperwork). They only book one patient per slot. Very very efficient. Pain: I’ve never felt pain with any filling or drilling they’ve done. Dr. Roperia puts a gel on first and then the shot of numbing medicine after. The gel numbs the shot. They also check up during drilling to see if I need more numbing. Honesty: They never force a procedure or try to up charge. No sneaky fees and very honest about insurance pricing. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past but since I moved to Orlando, Dr. Roperia and team has been the best for me and my family. If you all are reading this, thank you!

Experiencia negativa: Sent me a bill 2.5 years later since my last visit. Found out they never sent entire bill to insurance so I did it myself. After insurance paid they over charged me and now owe me money but will not acknowledge that fact. Maybe I’ll see the money they owe me in 2.5 years but I’m not holding my breath. They would change appointments on me and it took them 3 different visits and crowns for them to finally get it correct. It’s not fun traveling and having a temporary crown that keeps falling out because it took them 3 different crowns to get 1 to fit!! Thus the reason why I went somewhere else over 2.5 years ago!!! This place is a hot mess!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentistry for myself and my kids. Dentist Priyanka is very trustworthy, my kids needed a couple of fillings. She found them on time, the treatment was very calm for kids and the fillings have lasted for years. Our teeth were cleaned by Fernanda and she was extremely loving, gentle with the kids and myself. She also did an amazing job. Its also easy to get appointments and be see. Super recommend!

That anxiety was made worse by finding out that I had multiple cavities. But Dr. Roperia was patient, kind, and thorough in addressing my cavities and made the procedure as painless and easy as possible. During my filling at the prior dentist, he was late and left constantly in the middle of the filling to see other patients which dragged out the miserable procedure and wasted my time. I am so so thankful to have found Dr. Roperia… I only wish I found her sooner!

Experiencia negativa: Something has gone horribly wrong at this dentist in the last 24 months. Initially we had nothing but good things to say about them. In the last ~12 months they've lost basically their entire staff and have had a ton of issues. In the last 12 months we've had the following issues: - Ordered a crown that they were unable to fit - gave our appointment away to someone else and were unable to see us at our scheduled confirmed time. - Said they ordered a new crown, but forgot to and never called us - Overcharged us by 800 dollars and never informed us I personally would not trust them anywhere near my teeth again and I am disappointed with how bad of a turn they have taken.

My entire appointment- x rays, exam, and cleaning took less than 50 minutes. They have Disney+ to watch, glasses to protect eyes, and really made the process as comfortable as possible for someone who usually hates going to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Roperia and her assistant are by far your go-to dentistry. Earlier on, I had a filling done in Comfort Dental of Colorado. Not only did they do a very bad job, they refused to acknowledge and fix it. For months, it kept bothering me. Dr Roperia took one look at it and I walked out of her care in perfect condition on the same day. It was hard to believe. Today, I went there with my family for a scheduled appointment. You could see that she values family, values your time, values your comfort. She was very patient with us and did everything to accommodate, and take care of all our needs. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs dental work done.

The receptionist was kind, the dentist thoroughly explained the state of health of my teeth and gums in a way I understood, the DA was gentle and kind, and the Hygienist was thorough and kind as well. The best part of it all is that I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I had an exam, X-rays, and a cleaning. Overall a 5 star experience!

One thing I really like about her is her dedication, be it a simple or a complex procedure. Another advantage of visiting her is that she sees kids as well. So for us she is like a family dentist. The clinic is nice and clean, no long waits, staff follows Dr. Priyankas’s lead in professionalism.
