Experiencia negativa: Stay away from this place. The Indian lady at the front desk is rude. I went for x ray and cleaning. The lady after she pick my gum. Of course if you pick the gums it will bleed. That’s does not mean you have gum disease. But she insisted for me to do deep cleaning after I refused she said she cannot do what I wanted. It against the law. She even charged me 78 dollars more for x ray. Unnecessary around the head x ray. I told her my financial situation and I cannot afford to do deep cleaning and unnecessary stuff. FYI I normally do X-rays and cleaning the same time. at other dentist. This place gives two separate appointments . Not my place to go.. return to my old dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Everyone a pleasure to talk to, taking time to explain every step of the treatment I would need, answering any questions I had. Overall, a great experience!

I got a root canal and the procedure went smooth, the doctor amazing, I definitely recommend elite in Clermont Florida. They work with you on treatment plans and guide you all the way. Elite will definitely be my dentist office from now on

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent office and staff very clean I drove 1 hr to see Dr. Patel and it was worthy

Experiencia negativa: Okay first off please stay away from here. They are deceptive and extremely unprofessional. First appt they lure you in with $99 special. Then they xray and take pictures of your teeth and it is initial consultation. No cleaning done at all done Second appt they said they lost xray pictures, dentist was extremely rough with gums and very painful. Supposed cleaning is going to take place. It doesnt. They all of a sudden realize you need a “deeper” cleaning. Of course its $700 more. Now I almost believed them that maybe i had a bad case.. but my wife was with me and they did the same rodeo to her with lack of explanation. And THEY seemed frustrated when we were asking why or more questions. They refused to even just give us the basic cleaning with our discretion. They wanted a 3rd/4th appt for separate deep cleanings for us both. No thank you. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They will waste your time and upcharge you.

Experiencia fantástica: Good experience all around..Caitlyn the receptionist/cashier is so friendly as are Dr Patel (female) and the assistants plus they are right next door to my publix ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Hands on staff, curtious, Drs are very helpful on explaing

Experiencia fantástica: I chipped my tooth eating dinner. I drove all the way from Gainesville to come see Dr. Shina Patel. She was a gentle and honest Doctor. She gave me all my options and treated me the same day.

Experiencia fantástica: Can not say enough about the prompt and excellent car my husband received from your dental office staff and Dr. Patel. We had a very difficult time finding a dentist and your establishment “saved the day” for us! We are extremely grateful to all of you and will highly recommend you to anyone seeking an oral surgeon. Thank you all for all you did to ease my husband s pain and make him comfortable! Tom and Jean Williams

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing! I originally came to this office for a yearly teeth cleaning. After discussing my concern with the alignment of my teeth, they recommended I get Invisalign treatments. I have been doing Invisalign treatments with this office since July. My teeth have shifted and are almost to where I want them to be. I have a few treatments left. Whenever I have appointments for new trays, Dr. Patel is always asking how the treatments are going and if I noticed any changes or feel any discomfort. I feel like he truly cares about his patients and our wants/needs. If you need cleaning or want to straighten your teeth, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Patel.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend!! Staff and dentists were nice and straightforward. Helped me out a lot! Jaina, Ana, and Dr. Patel explained everything thoroughly and made the cleaning process super simple and effective.

Experiencia negativa: I had given this a 5 star review 2 years ago, but when I went for my appointment (scheduled 6 months in advance), Dr. E had left the practice. They let me wait awhile and then declined to see me because I take blood thinners. They said they would get approval from my medical doctor and call me. I gave permission, but they never followed through. I’m looking for a dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Website says you’re open for emergency procedures. I’m at your front door that says you have Saturday hours from 8-1. It’s Saturday at 9:26 and the door is locked. You aren’t responding to phone calls, chats, texts, etc to provide any information or service. Maybe you’ll respond to a bad review. I’ll light you up on IG next if necessary to get you to respond.

Experiencia fantástica: My 12-year-old was very nervous but everyone at Elite Dental of Clermont was amazing, friendly and very very gentle. Dr Patel was very informative and gave us some good information and a recommendation for a specialist.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you Dr Patel and staff for seeing me last minute and getting me out of pain. Your office and staff and so friendly and knowledgeable! Best office currently in clermont.

Experiencia fantástica: Elite dental of clermont Great place to get dental work done have great and smooth experience there.the staff and dentist are friendly, respectful caring and courteous on your time and explain tell show do what is going to be done.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a new patient, my first visit was on Feb 13th. I had an awesome experience! Dr E was amazing, very warm, friendly, and obviously very experienced. I felt welcome, and was very comfortable. Stephanie, my dental hygienist was very sweet, friendly and gentle with my cleaning. Christin was very warm in person as she was telephonically the times I spoke with her. I am very happy with the care I received. Thank you. ❤

Experiencia fantástica: They are amazing up here! Absolutely love them. Gave me a brand new smile I couldn't be more proud of.

Experiencia negativa: Worst dental experience of my life! In my opinion, they are totally inept in most everything they performed in my mouth. They had the nerve to bill for their failure as if they had completed the service successfully. They need to review their coursework from school. Anything would be an upgrade.Of course, all of this is just my opinion, but you'd do well to consider your other options. Run!!!!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff, very professional service. Thanks to Dr.E, she is very caring person

Experiencia fantástica: I finally found a dentist in Clermont that takes both of my daughters insurance besides Greenburg and OMG we were so happy with our experience for both girls. There was no wait for either appointment, the staff was amazing and we were happy with the care they took for both patients. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent treatment with my son, very professional and very willing to clarify patient’s doubts.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible dentist. Do NOT attempt going here. Couldn't even pull a tooth correctly. Shameful. Worst experience of my life, I left there in terrible pain after she yanked on my tooth attempting to pull it and gave up. This person should NOT have any business being a "dentist". She didn't even tell me my tooth was infected, yet proceeded to inject me with more and more novicane. Went to another emergency dentist right after and they couldn't believe what she did to me.

Experiencia fantástica: Great prices and amazing work. The staff is so warming and knowledgeable. The doctor is top notch. They care about providing great service with even better prices. Yesterday I went in for three cavity zero discomfort and pain. I highly recommend elite dental

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional, courteous and patient. Makes sure the patient understands what/why the procedure is being preformed.

Experiencia fantástica: My kids gave it 2 thumbs up. Need I say more? Friendly, informative and pleasant to deal with.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an awesome dentist for a number of reasons! 1. Every single staff member I’ve come across is exceptionally nice and welcoming! 2. The dentist is awesome - very nice, very knowledgeable and gave me various options to suit my preference. 3. The practice itself is really clean and presentable. 4. The dental work I’ve had done so far has been top notch and very affordable compared to places I’ve been to before. 5. They also do pediatric dentistry and are honestly excellent with kids - I brought my daughter and she actually let a dentist touch her teeth for the the first time! Overall I can’t say enough about this place! If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend Elite Dental. Very polite, helpful staff and great care.
