Experiencia negativa: 2/28/28 WATCH OUT MONEY GRABBING PRATICE! Went in today to start the finale phase of plan and I'm was told I needed to pay another $2800.00 on top of of the almost $3000.00 I already paid. Yeah not happening. Walked out. 2/21/26 Drove 45 mins for my appointment that was confirmed the day before only to get told that the Dr. wasn't coming in and someone should have called to reschedule. No one called. My first visit was amazing. The staff is very nice and caring. Getting some major work done on my mouth and the staff made me comfortable with the procedure. Second visit 9/27 was great and quick.

I took my 6 year old son ( with ASD) and the dental hygienist Angalicia was extremely kind, compassionate and helped my son have an great experience at the dentist! Having a son diagnosed with ASD can be challenging when it comes to dentist appointments, however Angalicia went above and beyond to help my son feel safe, comfortable and informed, she explained everything step by step and even used the first, then sequence (using the positive reinforcement technique often used with children with ASD) to let him know he can pick a prize from the treasure chest after his visit! 10/10 would definitely recommend again the Dentist Dr. Zaidi was also, helpful knowledgeable, kind and conscientious she took her time to explain things to help us as well as my son understand the visit if you are looking for a family friendly place this is the best place ❤️

I went to get one wisdom tooth removed and they did it so quick and it didn't hurt at all. I really recommend coming here! Came back for a clean up and some tooth pain. Was recommended to get the rest of my wisdom teeth extracted. Everyone was super nice. Bianca did a wonderful job explaining everything. I have my wisdom teeth extraction scheduled with them again!

I had such a wonderful experience at my new dentist, Estrella Dental in Elgin! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Conny at the front desk greeted me with such kindness and made everything simple — she really set the tone for how caring this office is. Dr. Zaidi and her assistant Angalicia were just as amazing — gentle, patient, and so thoughtful. I honestly came in expecting bad news. My previous dentist told me I’d need to have a tooth pulled, and I was really nervous about it. But Dr. Zaidi took her time, explained everything clearly, and said we could try antibiotics first instead of jumping straight to an extraction. That alone meant so much to me — it showed how much she truly cares about doing what’s best for her patients. I left feeling relieved, cared for, and so grateful to have found this office. Experiencia negativa: I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding inconsistent pricing information provided by your front desk staff during my recent interactions, specifically concerning doctor consultation fees and the required purchase of a DENTAL PASS MEMBERSHIP. ​ ​Initial Inquiry I inquired about the consultation fees for your doctors. I was explicitly informed by your front desk representative that the fees for all doctors were uniform and the same. Based on this clear statement, I proceeded with the process, which included the required purchase of the Dental pass membership. ​Second Visit/Interaction. During my second visit, or upon further clarification, I was presented with a completely different fee structure. I was informed that consultation fees were, in fact, different and varied depending on the specific doctor I wished to see. ​The Problem of Misinformation ​When I brought up the direct contradiction to the staff member, I was told that the receptionist during the first interaction "was not aware" of the differing fee structure. ​This explanation is unacceptable. The primary role of front desk personnel is to provide clear, accurate, and essential information to patients, especially regarding financial commitments and pricing. Misinforming a patient about the cost of care—information that directly impacts their decision to use your services and purchase a required pass—demonstrates a serious failure in staff training and operational protocols. ​My time has been wasted, and my trust in your clinic’s transparency has been undermined due to this fundamental lack of clarity at the point of first contact. ​ ​I request an immediate review of your front desk training procedures to ensure that all staff members are fully aware of and clearly communicate your current fee structures, especially regarding the uniformity or variability of doctor costs. ​

Today I had a deep cleaning and a temporary bridge before I see an orthodontist for braces. Maria was the assistant and she was very knowledgeable in explaining the process and and payments that would be applied to my visit. Highly recommended!

I was examined and pictures taken and we worked a plan out for immediate cleaning and some future work, Crowns and such. Dr Mamsa took care of the cleaning assisted by Bianca. Very quick and thorough. They made sure that I was comfortable. When done, Dolce at the front desk was helpful and printed the plan for me. Thank you Estrella Dental. A good experience.

Dr Virji is very thorough and explained to me what needs to be done. Went back to see the dentist, he had very good advice. Contacted the office, left a message with questions, still waiting to hear back... Not sure what the plan is for my orthodontic work, I was told Invisiline would be consulted about what to do but I never heard back.
