They send a couple reminders of your upcoming appointment giving ample time to reschedule if need be. Filling out new patient or updating your medical information is easy since you can do it online before the day of your appointment. The front office staff are warm and welcoming! They even asked after other family members who are also patients there. Throughout my appointment I felt calm and relaxed and cared about by every person I encountered. That’s huge when considering prior to finding Elgin Dental Associates I had been traumatized by a dental experience and was terrified of that reoccurring. The dentist listened to me and explained step by step what was going to occur, including stopping if I wanted to. I have been a patient here for almost ten years now and I have never encountered a more caring, dedicated, and professional team as Elgin Dental Associates! If you need to go to the dentist, there is no better place. You’ll be in good hands!

He helped stop my gums from worsening with a painless gum graft, replacing lost tissue. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and committed to excellent results. Although my face bruised and my family feared judgment for domestic abuse, Dr. Slavin's skill and dedication made me confident. I’m grateful for the care and happy with full coverage of my teeth due to gum recession.

The girl that did my teeth cleaning was extremely good she did really had work and very patient care and professional. In a fact every one is friendly, smile at this location, no judgment or hassle. Every person is enthusiastic and happy Although i made a mistake on my appointment and that got fixed with a phone cal and i am in again. Elgin dental care here is extremely flexible with schedule or appointments. Love it here and overall dental work here is absolutely good. From the minute you walk in you are greeted with Sandy and office manager Elizabeth with the best customer service. They take the time to explain everything throughly, and answer all of your questions as best as they can. You are then brought back and meet with Dr. Katris, he is phenomenal! He makes sure you feel comfortable and takes the time to educate you with his wonderful software! I’ve worked in the dental field for many years and his software has to be one of the best ones I’ve seen. This software allows them to educate the patient with pictures and videos of what might be going on in their mouth. The atmosphere in this office is great I left the office very pleased with the services I was rendered. I was very nervous at first but seeing how well they care for their patients put me at ease. I can’t wait to keep going back! Thank you to the wonderful staff at Elgin dental! I highly recommend this office for any dental needs! You will not be disappointed!

Experiencia negativa: Don’t be surprised if you walk out of this dentist office in tears. I have never been made to feel embarrassed or judged about my teeth until coming here. I recently moved to the area and was a first time patient here. My last cleaning was under a year ago in Chicago. I was there for over 1.5 hours and didn’t even get my teeth cleaned which was what the appointment was made for.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been patients of Elgin Dental for years, they are all a pleasure to work with from the doctors to the assistants to all the office personnel, definitely I'd recommend using their services. It is the type of office that always makes you feel welcome

Experiencia negativa: I was unimpressed by this office visit. I came in for a consultation, and the wait time was longer than the actual exam. I was seen by the Dentist for no more than 5-10 minutes. I provided X-Rays from a previous exam, and they charged my insurance $100 for just sitting in their chair. Their staff did not properly explain the day of exam or prior to my appointment what all would be included, although they called 3-4 times to confirm and I explained what I was looking for, it was a non-thorough exam.

They also charge you a $50 fee if you don't call to cancel or reschedule your appt 48 hours ahead of time; however, they can reschedule or cancel your appt at the last minute which is a major inconvenience to you. The service is great and the staff is really friendly.

This office is awesome , Dr hang did amazing job with my filling .
