Experiencia fantástica: I got my wisdom teeth take out and I was a bit scared at first but they gave me so much numbing shots and cream and when the numbing started to take affect I did not feel a single thing when they started there work and it took less than a minute. It took longer over all for the numbing feeling to set in. They were so nice and amazing and very attentive. I 1000000000000% recommend them especially if you’re getting your teeth removed. I was very happy i was not in any pain and surprisingly I was not in pain after the numbing went away and my cheeks did not swell up like a balloon

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed. The office did a mistake of providing me wrong benefit information and once insurance declined payment they made me pay for mouth guard. Customer service is not their strong attitude and this means a lot to me. Anyone can provide a great cleaning or any type of dental work, but the trust and service experience lies in the human interaction. I asked to escalate this issue to the “manager or person that made this decision” and up to today I am still not getting a call back from none in management. When I expressed that will take my business somewhere else, there was not a single attempt to fix or work with situation.

Even after moving to Chicago, I commute an hour back to Barrington to see Dr. Saad rather than changing to a different dentist. He has helped my jaw clenching and relieved alot of pain with an overnight retainer. I can’t sleep without it at this point! The staff are so friendly and always greet me by name. Donna, a newer member to Dr.Saad’s team, is an excellent dental hygienist! She is able to clean my permanent bottom retainer so well and is so knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend Barrington smiles enough!!

Truly, I've been with them for years, almost a decade now, and they've always taken care of me. When I began to get migraines, I was immediately offered a mouth nightguard to deter from teeth grinding. I went from six migraines a week, to only two, which is SUCH a difference, and I could never be more grateful. Dr.Saad, Donna, Laura, Jennie, Amy and Nadia and every single rest of the caring team has always made me look forward to dentist visits. Managing migraines, chronic illness, as well as basic self-care can be rough for me, but with Dr.Saad and his team, it's easier to tackle it all. He goes deeper than the teeth, he looks at the whole picture before descriptively and respectfully talking with you on the best solutions to whatever problem may come up. Because of this and his amazing team, I can rest comfortably knowing that I'm being taken seriously, my pain is real, and I will be listened to. Following that, every one of his team is so talented, stylish and positively filled with whimsy whenever I come in, even if it's for your standard cleaning. The ladies constantly check in with you and your comfort level, they uniquely apply all of their gifts and advice to you and your care, it goes deeper than the teeth. Each and every single one of them are so dedicated to each and every patient, and as someone who struggles with even going to basic doctors' appointments, they make it infinitely easier to attend, to make it through the appointment and any care that happens afterward. Wrapping up, my journey with my teeth and mouth health has not always been the best, even more so with a few chronic illnesses knocking me down and daily tasks feel Olympian. But, from the bottom of my heart, as a young adult, they've always have taken care of me. Through my four impacted wisdom teeth, struggles with cavities and ensuring I know the proper technique for self-care, they've always have made me a better version of myself. Truly, I could not recommend their team more, and even though I've moved almost an hour away, I return every 6 months with excitement, because they're worth it. I appreciated that help so I can make better decisions for myself. Whenever you make an appointment they go into detail about what you need done , what the priority is and the price of the service. They also work with your insurance or finances. Dr. Saad also guarantees his work. The lab he uses corrects any issues with partial dentures. I appreciate the lengths they took to correct my partials. Now I have a great smile!

I was extremely nervous before coming in, hearing all the bad stories about wisdom teeth removal but as soon as I got into the chair Dr. Saad reassured me I would not feel a thing and he was exactly right. He has the lightest touch when administering shots, and talked me through everything. Even his assistant kept checking in through the procedure making sure I was comfortable. My recovery has been extremely smooth and they even called me to check in that evening to make sure I was feeling okay. I've been going to Dr. Saad for years and him and his staff have always made it a great experience.

I read the positive reviews online and called to setup a regular cleaning. The hygienist was informative, thorough and efficient. At that time, it was discovered that I needed a crown replaced. From beginning to end, I felt so well taken care of, and that my comfort and understanding were the top priority. Dr. Saad is an expert at his craft and gave me a flawless crown that blends in perfectly with my other teeth. Even when I've had major work done on my teeth, I haven't even needed an Advil afterwards. Incredible! Experiencia fantástica: After my dad passed, we didn’t know how long my mom (Alzheimer’s) had been to the dentist. The hygienist was the most conscientious and careful person and it helped she had a mom with dementia so she understood the nuances we faced. The dentist was also great as he had experience with his own mom the same age as mine. She needed intense cleaning, fillings, a root canal and extractions. I feel like they cared for my mom as if she was their own family member. I’m very glad I found this practice and that my mom is getting the dental care she needs.

It was a great experience, I had no pain and everything healed very well. I felt respected and heard by everyone in the practice.
