I have been a patient here for over 20 years, and even though I now drive over an hour away, I gladly make the drive just to stay with this practice! Both Dr. Chu and Dr. Marsho are excellent clinicians who take the time to thoroughly discuss your oral health, explain treatments, and patiently answer every question. The entire team (Anna, Elias, Erann, Angelika, De Shari, and Stephany) goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Most people dread going to the dentist, but they make the experience as seamless and pain-free as possible.

Appt was for all the prep work for a crown...usually a longer appt. Dr Chu kept me pretty much pain-free with novacaine. Someone had recommended Dr. Chu's practice, so I tried it, and I've been amazed. I didn't realize how out-of-date my previous dentist was until I saw how this practice operated. They have the latest equipment. Among other things, it's fascinating to see my xrays pop up on the digital screen in front of me, immediately. All the staff is kind and efficient, Dr. Chu is compassionate and amazing, and has given me a smile I'm proud of now. I highly recommend Celebrating Smiles!

Dr. Marsho actually did my cleaning which was shocking to me as my other dentists always had the hygienist do it. He always kept me aware of what he was doing and why and always made sure I was doing ok. He was very respectful to Brittany as well. Always saying please and thank you to her. I didn't sense any kind of arrogance as sometimes you can get from Dr's. The front desk girls are also wonderful. Very kind and can answer all your questions without a sense of annoyance. Will definitely my new dentist. :) Update: I have still been going to see Dr. Marsho and still love him, the assistants and front desk. All friendly and courteous.

Fully wheelchair accessible. And willing to work on you while you sit in your own chair. Provided that it's able to tilt properly. I am so grateful to Dr Chu and her team.

Experiencia fantástica: I neglected my teeth for many many years and I recently chipped a tooth and started experiencing severe nerve pain. I have very high anxiety with going to a dentist so that's why my teeth got so bad. I came to Celebrating Smiles knowing my broken tooth was going to be bad, but I explained I was nervous and anxious seeing a dentist. Angie the assistant is AMAZING! She's sweet and funny and kept trying to ease my nerves which she did a great job doing. Then Dr. Marsho was who I saw and he is just as fantastic! So nice, funny, and very good at communicating everything as well as constantly making sure I was comfortable and doing well. He kept checking in with me during my initial appointment and then when I just went back for my temporary crown for my root canal he was just as attentive and kind and funny and caring. He and Angie are a dynamic duo and I don't think I will ever go to any other dentist. They've got a forever client from me now :) thank you!!

I always have a problem with taking X-rays but they made it painless. Great place to go, I would highlight recommend going there. They can take appointments for kids as well as adults which is an added plus.

They have been providing dental care for my entire family since the pandemic when Dr. Cathy did a FaceTime exam on my son’s swollen gums as a new patient. This was our very 1st visit and she was so compassionate and skilled. She walked us through treatment methods and how to provide temporary relief and we’ve been with the office ever since. We now see Dr. Marshall and he is professional, knowledgeable and so kind. All of the doctors, assistants, and front desk staff are amazing!

At my previous dentist it was dental hygienist and then dentist came in and did a quick check and moved on. Will see if at the next visit it’s the dentist or hygienist. I need a mouth guard since I clench my teeth when I sleep, my insurance doesn’t cover it and the office was able to give me a reasonable price, compared to my previous dentist. My only feedback would be with updating the electronic medical records since I wasn’t able to do it ahead of time due to an error and didn’t think it would delay my appointment time. I also saw my SSN used as a member ID for dental insurance but updated it and told the staff but didn’t know I had to email them a copy of the ID card instead.

I had to have a scan of my teeth which is just a little annoying but my hygienist kept touching the screen because it was acting up and not working. Then she would use that same gloved hand in my mouth. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the screen. Later, I had to wait over 30 minutes for the doctor to check me out. It was an unusual visit.

Experiencia negativa: Staff friendly but make sure you call around if self pay. They quoted 950 to fix my daughters tooth so decided to call around. Dentist few miles away was great and charged $278 to fix tooth! Dont typically leave negative review but this is too much of difference not to point out.

I called 4 dental places around the West Dundee area and they would not take me for their own reasons. This was the only place that was willing to see me as a new patient. Receptionist was very understanding and right away made efforts to find a slot for me to come in. Dr. Jafri listened to my concern and got to the bottom of what’s causing the pain. It wasn’t an easy find but she didn’t brush off any possibilities. It was a busy Saturday and she did not rush me nor made me feel unimportant. Post 3 weeks, I had the pleasure of meeting and be cared by Dr. Chu with yet another wonderful experience! Even with a different receptionist and provider, great care and service remained exceptional! I’m sure any team member in this facility are great

I have a huge fear and anxiety around going to the dentist and have put it off for years, and can't say enough good things about how friendly, gentle, and considerate everyone in this office was. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Cathy Nguyen gave me my smile back. I had fractured my left incisor trying to fix my daughter's key chain. I went to another dentist prior to her but finally Dr. Nguyen did incremental sizing until it was perfect, she didn't even charge me separately for it. Her precision is remarkable!
