I've had several procedures done and no longer feel dread ahead of my appointments and have felt very comfortable throughout each visit. Deciding to come to this practice has been a game changer for me.

Experiencia fantástica: After years of putting up with deteriorating dental services and an unhelpful administrative staff, I decided that staying "in network" was not worth it. Some good advice led me to Dr. Gettings, and it was a brilliant move. The quality of care is outstanding, the administrative staff are excellent, and you couldn't find a better or nicer dentist than Dr. Gettings. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.

Experiencia fantástica: If there’s one takeaway I got from visiting this office, apart from what I can to do to take better care of my teeth, I can say the people here are just the nicest! Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gettings is amazing! I came to their office over a year ago with a long list of dental issues. The team at Gettings Family Dental takes exceptional care of me, and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience- greeted by Marge and Tiffany at the front desk with utmost kindness and Patty and Dr Gettings were extremely warm and kind and made me very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Experiencia positiva: Hard to give a Star Rating, but I called to see if I could get in for an extraction consultation and the receptionist was exceptionally hard to communicate with over the phone. I was very clear that I needed an extraction for wisdom teeth with a referral from my dentist, and saw that they perform these procedures. She basically told me no, that this is something the doctor would have to determine and wasn't willing to schedule a consultation. I'm sure the actual dentist is great, but the front desk is keeping people from coming into the office, and I was able to call another local dentist who had no problem getting me an appointment this week.

Experiencia negativa: Tiffany at the front is unfriendly. Been going to this practice for 35 years but sadly leaving because of the way she has spoken to us.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kreimer and his staff are absolutely wonderful! The level of quality dental care and professionalism is outstanding. Dr. Kreimer is able to do it all and I have a difficult mouth to say the least. My whole family has gone to this practice (since my children were tiny) and they always take such good care of us. We feel so lucky to have them right in our home town.

Experiencia fantástica: Can’t say enough good things. They definitely handle with care and are extremely knowledgeable in their field. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at this office has been very friendly, kind, competent and professional. I feel completely relaxed going there, which I'm usually not with other offices. They knew how desperately I wanted help with the mess of my teeth and probably how embarrassed I was about them, and Dr. Gettings set up a whole plan of treatment, was very honest about setting expectations and responsibilities for me so that we'd end up with results of a healthy mouth that also made me feel much more confident and good about myself. I'm so happy I went there and look forward to continuing my treatment plan. I highly recommend this office and all of their people.

Experiencia fantástica: Always EXCELLENT from her personal touch to staff!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was professional and polite.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff. All of my dental needs were discussed with compassion and not judgement.

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor Gettings is great!

Experiencia fantástica: Timely, professional, great staff, proactive. I feel very confident going to Dr Getting , would not consider going anywhere else. She took the time to review her findings and create a treatment plan that worked me

Experiencia fantástica: So much more thorough care than my last office. I didn’t come out a big winner in the teeth genetic lottery, so having a dentist who is compassionate and goes the extra mile is very meaningful for me. Dr. Gettings is very easy and fun to talk to, along with her wonderful staff!

Experiencia fantástica: I wish there were more stars to give! We were in from out of town to see my parents and then heading to my older daughter's wedding. My youngest daughter had a baby tooth that needed emergency extraction and was in excruciating pain. They got us in the next day, and Dr. Gettings was amazing, she extracted the tooth and then Dr. Kreimer also helped with a very bad root. My youngest is now pain free and we're on the way to the wedding. What an extraordinary office, and extraordinary doctors. And kindness of both of them was top-notch.. They saved the day!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Joan was efficient and and made it it painless!

Experiencia fantástica: We are new Ohio residents having moved here following my retirement in 2023. I wanted a small local dentist office and found Dr. Kreimer's office just a mile and a half from our house. I had my first visit this week. I can't say enough about how positive I feel about Dr. Kreimer and his staff. They were friendly and professional. Being my first visit, Dr. Kreimer took lots of time describing what was going on with every tooth in my mouth. He offered various options for the teeth that have some issues. He didn't push anything on me but gave me very helpful information. I am beyond thankful to have found this dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr. Kreimers for over 25 years. Dr. Kreimer and his staff are the best. I would recommend Dr. Kreimer's office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: As usual, the staff was welcoming, helpful with insurance coverage, on-time, and provided good and careful treatment with respect for my individual needs.

Experiencia fantástica: All staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and do everything they can to make a person with extreme dentist anxiety feel comfortable. Dr. Kreimer is great at explaining what work needs to be done and how. His calm presence is very reassuring. After the initial consultation, the following appointment took care of years of dental work, under i v sedation with no discomfort. If you get anxiety even thinking about the dentist this is the place to go. Highly recommend.
