Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting Cincinnati and I had a painful toothache. It was so bad I cannot fly home or eat or drink anything. Dr. Pool was contacted through Dr.Shomo who is the President of The Cincinnati Medical Association which is a professional organization for African-American physicians. Dr. Poole called me, I describe to him what was going on. He told me to come to his office by 8:30 AM the next day. He took me in immediately and did an emergency root canal. A procedure that took two appointments. I was able to fly out the same day after the 2nd procedure. I cannot express in words of how grateful I am of these two wonderful doctors. How quickly they came together to help me when I was in such excruciating pain. I am truly thankful and blessed to have met them. Dr.Poole is truly a master of his profession. Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Dr. Poole to get my teeth cleaned since I was a little girl. I'm now 39 years old and I bring my 8 year old Autistic son there as well. First off I want to point out how Dr. Poole hasn't aged since the 90's! Secondly, the hygienist who servicesmy son and I, Ms. Stacy, is AWESOME! My son used to resist and make it challenging for Ms. Stacy and Poole to clean and examine his teeth, but after some time he'll willingly let them do their thing without any resistance! Ms. Stacy is very patient, and talks my son through the process. She identifies the instrument, let's him feel it, and tells him what the next step is. Her voice is soothing, stern, and assuring. She also gives him praise for being a big boy and a job well done. He thanks her for cleaning his teeth afterward and she gifts him with two tokens to get a prize out of the toy machine located in the lobby. Did I mention how thorough she is with cleaning and removing plaque build up?? The staff are friendly too! His office is clean and centrally located too! I'm beyond grateful to have Dr. Poole as my dental provider and look forward to my son and I future visits.

Unfortunately due to my insurance changing last year, I had to go somewhere else last year and there was a big difference in how that office communicated with me. I was so glad that I was able to come back this month as I had a tooth infection and was able to get in right away. It was my first time seeing Dr. Wallace and he was very kind and professional and told me right away that I would need a root canal due to a crack in my feeling in my bottom rear molar. I was concerned about how much it would cost but the office called me right away and told me my insurance would cover everything and that due to a cancelation, Dr. Bell could do the procedure the same day if I was willing to come back. I immediately with joy, said yes, and the root canal was done this past Saturday. So far everything has gone well and Dr. Bell was very professional and kind as well. I recommend Dr. Poole and associates to anyone who is looking for a dental home. They have the best staff around!

Dr. Poole has been my dedicated dentist for 33 years. World Class service. Edited by client on 12/5. I used a common sense approach opened my mouth and looked in the car mirror. The mirror right above my head in the car. After 33 years a mouth full of cavities that I observed my self. I called the office to double check on my last visit and my upcoming treatment plans. They said you are good to go w/ one tooth left a crown $1200 re-do. I stated I have 5 cavities that I was informed about via another dentist. My 5 stars has been changed to 1 courtesy star. I also made very very regular visits.

The only issue that concerned me was, Dr. Poole doesn’t check your teeth for cavities after your cleaning. I guess if you have a toothache, that is how you will know you had a cavity.

She is super thorough and takes care to clean with precision as to not knick the gum line abrasively. I always appreciate the little extra things she do to ensure I am comfortable. Dr. Poole is the ONLY dentist my aging mother would agree to be seen by and they take excellent care of her and myself. I was really surprised when they put the Vaseline on your lips to keep your lips from drying and cracking as They’re working on your teeth.
