Dr. Jane Walker DDS

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a 6 month cleaning and check up. Sandy is terrific with the cleaning job, not easy with my close teeth. On the other hand, I inherited good teeth with no issues and Dr. Walker has never tried to upsell me. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: When a patient is in need you quickly learn if you have the right doctor. That was confirmed for me by the response I received from Dr. Walker’s team from the moment the phone was answered to the moment they fixed my issue and laid out a plan to permanently fix it. Response response response! They responded quickly and with kindness and care. I have the right dentist. Thank you Dr. Walker and Team for the great service.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr. Walker for many years. She and her staff are professional, caring, and thorough. Any concerns I have had are addressed promptly.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Walker is THE best! I have lived in many states and therefore had many different dentists. Dr Walker is the most attentive, gentle and patient of dentists. I highly recommend her!

Experiencia fantástica: Follow-up to my previous review... I can't say enough good things. Dr.Walker goes over all your options carefully. I had an old restoration from a previous dentist in need of a replacement (my fault). No ego with questions or if even if you mention other dentists. She truly wants you to be comfortable. My main concern was retaining as much natural tooth as possible during the replacement. Dr. Walker locked in with precision and accomplished that. Fantastic! Knowledgeable, honest, and personable. I rarely rate services, let alone twice in such a short time.

Experiencia fantástica: Alway a great experience with Jane, Lori & the rest of the staff. They provide great dental care and have the best relationship with their patients!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Walker and staff always provide great care every visit. This was a needed repair for two different teeth. Dr Walker was able to see me on short notice. She and her team did an excellent job of fixing my teeth. The atmosphere of caring and respect makes going to Dr Walker's office not like "going to the dentist" but more like going to see friends that just happen to be wonderfully talented dental professionals who do everything possible to make the visit comfortable and with outstanding results.

Experiencia negativa: i have been going to this office since moving to Cincinnati in late 1980’s. Dr Guju originally and now Dr Walker have always taken care of my needs. I have never had an issue until yesterday. I was in for a cleaning and after the cleaning Dr Walker informed me that she could no longer schedule me for visits as I would not allow them to perform X-rays. I will be looking for a new dentist as she continues to push her customers away with her forced charges and services.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Jane does a great job!! She is friendly and keeps my teeth clean and healthy!!

Experiencia fantástica: Super friendly staff and very detailed oriented technician. Greatly recommended to everybody

Experiencia fantástica: It is always a great experience with everyone there.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice office. Staff is always very accommodating and helpful. Monica took a million calls from me during an abscess tooth situation, each call remaining patient and so incredibly nice. The Dental hygienist is always gentle and making sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire process and Dr Walker is super informative, wanting to ensure that I understand the information she shares regarding my dental health! I love this dental office, and local-hometown practice. Win-win!!!

Experiencia fantástica: They make a necessary evil into a somewhat pleasant experience - which isn’t easy!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the best. She replaced a bridge from previous providers, and for the first time in 25 years, it "fit". On another occasion, I had a "true dental emergency" and Dr. Walker and her team helped me within an hour.

Experiencia fantástica: AMAZING dental practice with genuine, compassionate staff. Never once had I been anxious going to see Dr Walker and her team. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough about this office. Every single staff member interaction is warm and welcoming. I will continue to recommend Dr. Jane Walker and staff!

Experiencia fantástica: A great dentist and practice. Everyone couldn’t be nicer or more professional. Our family have been patients for decades.

Experiencia fantástica: I have a pretty bad phobia or should I say had a phobia, of the dentist due to things that happened when I was a child. I am so comfortable when I go to Dr. Walker’s, she and her staff are wonderful. They are very personable and a very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Walker and her staff are the BEST - start to finish! The dental care is meticulous - attention to detail is extraordinary! Each team member is kind, awesome to interact with, always happy to answer questions - cheers and a big thank you to Dr. Walker and her team!

Experiencia fantástica: So appreciative of Dr Walker and staff. Just lucky we have found them.

Experiencia negativa: Waiting room for 45-50 minutes when I showed up on time. Absurdly poor timing and incredibly frustrating. Only reason it’s not a 1 star is because they know what they are doing at least.

Experiencia fantástica: That one thing, matters most about dental care? they've got it. I'll be really bummed if/when I ever have to find another dentist to go to. Thanks for the care!!

Experiencia fantástica: Minor emergency resulted in a visit during a day the office was closed. I appreciate Dr.Walker accommodating me on short notice.

Experiencia fantástica: Laurie vead my hygienist. Friendly, professional and very thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: Always an amazing experience. Dr. Walker has a kind and caring staff, she is meticulous, passionate, and knowledgeable

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist is not always fun, but Dr. Walker and her staff provide a comfortable and caring environment that makes you feel you are in good hands.

Experiencia negativa: We had a very disappointing experience here. My husband was treated rudely by a hygienist during his cleaning, and when I called to address it, the response I received was that “not every hygienist is for everybody.” That is not how professionalism works. I also asked to speak with Dr. Walker, but the admin clearly never passed along the message because I never received a follow-up. As business owners ourselves, we know what professionalism and good customer experience look like, and this was the exact opposite. Both the hygienist and the front office staff fell short, and we will be taking our business elsewhere. We have already referred our family to do the same. To be clear, this is no reflection on Dr. Walker. She is an excellent dentist, very compassionate, gentle, and kind. Unfortunately, her staff reflects poorly on her practice and created a very negative overall experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding care, skill, and expertise. I am so thankful this is my new care team.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Walker and her staff are fantastic! Warm, inviting office and very kind and attentive staff. I found Dr. Walker and her staff to be extremely knowledgeable and they were able to answer all of my questions and make great recommendations. I’m so glad I found this practice!

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasant and wonderful experience at the office. Dr. Walker and Sara were wonderful as always. I often laugh at the worst times while they are working on me. Still, I can’t recommend her and her team enough.
