Mason Elite Dentistry - Dr. Natalie Stewart

Experiencia fantástica: My 9 w.o. Baby was tongue tied with all ties. Dr. Natalie Stewart showed me ties and thoroughly answered all questions and took me step by step. All staff were incredible with my baby as well. I was very thankful bc she is struggling due to ties with colic, not latching, and trouble taking bottles even. They prioritized her immediately without me even having to explain it all, and got her in the office the same day I called. They made sure to give me all my options and I did not feel any pressure to do anything as I was informed on multiple things I could try. However, with her being in distress I wanted to immediately laser ties. They willingly took her, and she immediately was way better. I cannot say enough good things about them. If you’re questioning if your baby is tied, PLEASE go see Dr. Natalie Stewart. She will help you SO much!

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great first visit today!! We scheduled our son’s first dental appointment and the team went above and beyond. Megan explained every tool & its purpose to our toddler to make him feel comfortable & brave! She went slow & was so complementary of him - making him feel proud of himself. Dr. Natalie was very kind & informative. We like their conservative approach to dental care & their mindful use of more holistic products. We felt very welcome, the space is clean & kid friendly. We scheduled ourselves to join their family program as they provide family membership deals. We’re excited to establish care here for all of us!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience and very knowledgeable staff overall. They took their time, made sure I was comfortable, and I was able to ask any questions.

Experiencia negativa: Very bad, unprofessional service, run from them, they do bad work, without warranty

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely recommend they were all so kind and the dentist was so understanding (this was for a 10 month old baby ) we were in and out and they even called to follow up super sweet !

Experiencia fantástica: This was my 2nd check up and cleaning at this location since I switched dental practices a little over a year ago. My last practice kept “finding issues” that they “highly recommended and were absolutely necessary” in order to keep my teeth intact. Switched to this practice and the dentist didn’t even mention anything that the other practice insisted on performing. I did ask Dr Stewart and she said that it wasn’t necessary or needed. What a wonderful feeling to have a trustworthy dentist who isn’t just out to pay off their practice by making up unnecessary procedures. She is friendly and easy to talk with. This is TWO visits in a row that I haven’t had any issues. The dental assistants are friendly and welcoming as well. I’m SO glad I switched practices and started coming here.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is absolutely fantastic. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the FANTASTIC dental hygienists, to Dr. Natalie, herself. Would recommend to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: My family has all had great experiences with our routine dental care. We appreciate the options Dr. Stewart gives us the hygiene staff has been extraordinary in attention to detail.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an amazing team. Had two implants done. Very professional and top notch work. Very detailed and encompassing.

Experiencia fantástica: Amanda as always was awesome! Love her laugh!!

Experiencia fantástica: Always a smikl

Experiencia fantástica: Besides doing great work they really care about my teeth and always make me feel like I am their most important patient. Dr. Stewart and staff are extremely accommodating, prompt, and always professional. Donna is a gem!

Experiencia fantástica: Mason Elite is far and away the best dental group I’ve ever been to. The team, led by Dr. Stewart, absolutely cannot be beat. If you are looking for a great dental experience, your search is over. A+.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dental experience I’ve ever had, hands down. I am recommending to everyone now!

Experiencia fantástica: I have never had a better experience with anyone in my life. I wanted a 2nd opinion of whether I needed a root canal (was afraid the other dental group was trying to make money) and Dr. Stewart and her staff got me in the same day I called, evaluated the situation and provided a prognosis. They hooked me up with a nearby Endodontist and he scheduled me for the following day. What a GREAT group of people!!!!!! Dr. Stewart explained everything in-depth and gave me options. And - did not charge me a dime. I can't sing their praises loud enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I always have positive experiences at Mason Elite Dentistry. Keely always welcomes you with a smile, all of the hygienists are so friendly and gentle, and Dr. Stewart is also gentle and communicates well. I love Mason Elite Dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive and professional cleaning and review of findings after exam visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Great people Great dentist office. They do a thorough check of your dental health and provide a dental plan to cover the cost of the visits.

Experiencia fantástica: Quick. Accessible. Painless. Awesome dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Nothing but great experiences here for me! Dr. Stewart is always incredibly kind and will always make sure I know what is going on with my teeth. She always brings my attention to teeth that look like they have a cavity forming, and she helps me try to fix it between appointments instead of just filling it right away like most other dentists. The front desk and dental hygienists are also always very kind, helpful, and professional! Would recommend this practice to anyone who has any fear or embarrassment about their teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional. Lady that did my cleaning I thought did an excellent job. I am very satisfied.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Stewart and the staff are wonderful. They are friendly, thorough, and very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at Mason Elite Dentistry is incredibly kind and professional! They were able to schedule my husband quickly for an emergency appointment, and we were so impressed by the care he received. Donna even called the next day to check on him!! Dr. Stewart is extremely knowledgeable but takes a conservative approach to treatment, which we deeply appreciate after past experiences with the opposite approach. We’re so thankful to have found this practice! Even though we drive 45 minutes to get to their office, it’s absolutely worth it because we trust them completely. Every single person we interacted with was so sweet—Dr. Stewart, Keely, Tia, Donna, and another assistant or extern (whose name I missed) were all wonderful. We couldn’t be more impressed! As someone who takes a holistic approach to health, I truly appreciate Dr. Stewart’s respect for dental choices and how the practice offers ways to align with holistic preferences while still providing exceptional care. Another bonus is their in-house membership plan, which is perfect for those without insurance or looking for an alternative. The plan covers two preventative cleanings, two periodic exams, any necessary X-rays, two fluoride treatments (if needed), and even two emergency exams per year—with no waiting period, deductibles, or pre-authorizations required. We loved our experience and are confident this will be our dental office for decades to come. I highly recommend Mason Elite Dentistry to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband, two teenage children, and myself all go to Mason Elite Dentistry and couldn't be more pleased with their level of care, professionalism, and quality of work. We drive almost an hour to Mason Elite Dentistry because Dr. Stewart and her team are truly the best at what they do. Dr. Stewart always takes the time to do a thorough review during our routine appointments; answering any questions we have and her all her hygienists do such a great job on our cleanings. My daughter is almost six months into her Invisalign plan and we are already starting to see results. Dr. Stewart was very thorough and a wealth of information when we started the plan and takes the time at the 8-week check-ins to be sure everything is on pace. She is phenomenal with answering my daughters questions and understanding any challenges she's had with getting used to wearing them to make sure that we get the best possible results. It's evident that her and her team truly care about their patients. We couldn't be happier with Mason Elite Dentistry and highly recommend Dr. Stewart and her incredible team.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Stewart is absolutely the best! My son was in need of braces and rather than having to seek out an orthodontist, we were able to do everything at Mason Elite Dentistry! She has so much experience, and within about a year my son had perfectly straight teeth thanks to the Invisalign plan she set him up with. We couldn’t be happier with his outcome and highly recommend Dr. Stewart!

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first appointment today and couldn’t have had a better experience. First, I appreciate how quickly they were able to accommodate my appointment. I honestly thought it would take months to get in but after explaining my situation they got me in within a week. That is unheard of, but again, very much appreciated. Second, the entire staff was so kind, welcoming, and just made me feel so comfortable. I was really nervous about the appointment so it really meant a lot that to me. Megan, did my cleaning and did an amazing job. She was very thorough, and walked me through the entire process in such a caring way. She explained things really well. Next, I met with Dr. Stewart who again, was so kind, calm, and put all my fears to rest. She gave me really detailed explanations and actually pointed out what she was seeing on the X-rays. I really like her conservative approach and appreciate the time that she took with me. Next I met with Tia and Donna who were also so sweet, funny, and patient. I don’t think I’ve ever smiled or laughed as much at a dentist visit. Truly a great experience, and for once I’m not dreading my next appointment. Thank you to the whole team there! You all are awesome, highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Stewart and her team are amazing! When I was dealing with a dental emergency they got me into the office within hours. So caring and compassionate. I will not be going anywhere else!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic! Great service!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Stewart and her team. A few weeks ago I sought her out for a second opinion of sorts and possible treatment. The office is very very nice, the people are great, online scheduling was easy, treatment was painless, and the fee schedule a fraction of what I had expected. I can’t put into words how excited I am to see how this treatment improves my everyday life. ♥️

Experiencia fantástica: Can’t believe what I heard during my teeth cleaning exam - laughter! The child in the room next to mine was squealing with delight. He’ll never be afraid of the dentist and hearing Dr. Stewart engage him made me think “she’s definitely a mom”. As always a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s been a real pleasure to have been a patient of Dr. Davis for nearly 30 years in Mason. Our family has been truly blessed by the professionalism extended to us by the entire team. We are confident that the same degree of professionalism with Dr. Stewart will be experienced while maintaining advancements in treatments that has benefited our community over the years. We want to say “Thank You” once again and trust you and your family will enjoy retirement.

They are very intentional about staying up to date with modern technologies which makes a much better and more comfortable experience for their customers.

Experiencia fantástica: Very gentle and careful cleaning. Has done the best of any business I've been to, to disinfect everything that's been touched. They even wiped down the door handle after you came in. Fantastic service and knowledgeable, caring staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Stewart was patient with my anxious daughter and made her feel at ease and in control of the procedure she had done. She is amazing with children and anxious adults - can’t recommend her enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic experience with some of the nicest professionals in the dental field. Highly recommend if you’re in need of an honest caring dentist!!

Experiencia fantástica: Tongue tie explained thoroughly and corrected, healing well! Very pleasant and helpful staff adds a plus! Front desk even held my newborn so I can be with my son during the procedure

Experiencia fantástica: Great, awesome, I can't speak highly enough for the work that they did.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful place to go and they have an amazing staff!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is great!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the things that I love about Mason Elite Dentistry is that all of my dental needs can be met highly professionally in one practice. But my appreciation goes well beyond that. My family has some specific needs due to my husband being immunocompromised. Dr. Stewart, Sheri, and Keely very graciously met my needs, which meant the world to me. Add to this compassionate, highly competent staff the beautiful office that houses this practice – and I really couldn’t ask for more.

Experiencia positiva: Wasnt very comfortable with the new cleaning device.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Stewart gave me the overall experience that I was looking for in a dentist office. I came from a different dental practice, where I felt that my dental work was just so so. I read all the fantastic google reviews of Dr. Stewart and her staff, and so I switched and I am not sorry. She gave me options and really listened to my concerns, she even fixed the area that I felt the other dentist did not do a good job. I would highly recommend the practice if you are seeking high standards. My hygienist was awesome as well, and I am so sorry that I can't remember her name.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone there is very nice and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Stewart is kind, bright, and very experienced. She was able to quickly identify the root cause of pain from a bottom denture and remedy the pain point. Her team including office manager Keely, is equally superb.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff. Friendly & knowledgeable - they do great work for my entire family. I highly recommend Mason Elite Dentristry.

Experiencia fantástica: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Stewart as well as her ENTIRE staff are amazing. I need extensive dental work done and I have a huge fear/anxiety of dentists. Dr. Stewart as well as every employee in that office has made me feel so comfortable and they have eased my anxiety very much. Dr. Stewart explained everything to me. Due to the amount of work that needs to be done, its very overwhelming to me. She said "lets do this a little at a time. Other dentists have just cared about the money and not the patient. NOT THIS OFFICE! They are very caring and compassionate about their patients. I cannot thank each and every one of those ladies enough for how they have treated me from day one. They've called and checked on me after my dental work. I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs. Again, i thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Mason Elite Dentistry, and all of the staff, who make you feel like your home. One of the most thorough dentist I’ve ever been to. They are there for you no matter if it’s your everyday cleaning, or if you happen to have a dental emergency. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Stewart and her staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and helped me a great deal with my dental issues. I would highly recommend Mason Elite Dentistry for your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Scheduling was easy, very nice ladies in the office. And Dr Natalie explains her process and proceeds with care. Also well organized.

Experiencia fantástica: Service is extremely professional. The picture/X-ray diagnosis was a cool way to explain what they were doing and what I need to do on my part. They are all very friendly and professional. I will not go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Met the dentist last week, she made me feel very comfortable Was referred to her by another dentist for crowns

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful office but most importantly the staff is friendly and caring! My Hygienist was wonderful-very gentle and thorough! Dr. Stewart was very to the point and explained what her practice was all about-I would highly recommend the practice! I’m not a fan of dentists but I’m actually looking forward to future visits!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a patient since 1994! Dr. Davis is amazing. The whole staff is amazing!!! Shari has been cleaning my teeth forever and is very aware of my sensitive teeth and is always prepared to make my visit as comfortable as possible. Donna is always amazing and caring! Keeley is always very friendly and cares about her patients! Since Dr. Stewart has taken over the practice, nothing has changed! She is as amazing as Dr. Davis was. This practice is considered out of network for my insurance, however, I cannot imagine going anywhere else!! 5 star service from this classy group of ladies! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very nice and helpful,

Experiencia fantástica: I rarely write reviews but I was compelled. The office as a whole is unmatched! Amazingly kind desk staff, and Dr Stewart herself is kind, gentle and knowledgeable. I initially called to schedule for a second opinion after getting a referral for a complex procedure. It turns out I didn’t actual need the procedure at all. So walking into Mason Elite Dental opened my eyes to the dental industry. Dr Stewart sat next to my noticeably anxious and embarrassed demeanor and consulted with me about what I actually needed and we made a treatment plan. I had my second visit today and was wowed, yet again. They lean toward the opposite of extreme and instead, they offer the care that’s needed, with no unnecessary extras for financial benefit. I will spread the word any chance I get to recommend this office. I am also canceling future appointments my teenagers have to move them over to Mason Elite Dentistry.
