Experiencia fantástica: I saw Dr. Abro,, I was very pleased! I needed 2 fillings, it always makes me nervous as I had had some bad experiences. The navocain shots are usually the worst! But, when he did, I seriously hardly felt it. I usually need a couple shots, but with one, I was ready! I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: They are amazing. DDS Alan Shleier and his assistant are so detailed and kind. The best Dentist I have ever known. My daughter was so nervous and scared but they made her feel safe. Her fillings look immaculate and it only took him 20 minutes for two fillings. The best dentistry in the tri-state hands down. I got several fillings and it was done so quickly and my teeth look amazing! There is something to be said for experience. Everyone is always so kind and positive, it makes it easy to want to go to the dentist, when you know you are in good hands. Thank you Cincinnat Dental! I had this ready and thought I posted it two years ago, at any rate I went back recently and they are as awesome kind & helpful as before. I should have listened, as now I need a root canal. Lesson learned! Every 6 months visit your Dentist :)

Experiencia negativa: Insurance shenanigans -- more than one surprise multi-$100 bill which could have been completely avoided by proper communication regarding insurance. We also somehow seem to always owe money even after we think all our accounts with them are settled. Experience with hygienists have almost always been good or great and experience with Dr. Shleier has always been good but that's overshadowed by billing issues we don't experience elsewhere, a terrible experience with Dr. Abro, and occasional rudeness at the front desk. One of our family members had a terrible experience with Dr. Abro which ultimately resulted in having to seek out a root canal elsewhere -- *maybe* that was a fluke complication but we'll insist on Dr. Shleier doing any other work until we find a new dental office.

If you like extensive treatment plans and waisting time only to have procedures done that you didn't necessarily need at the moment(insurance draining), then this is NOT your place! I went in for a consultation for two crown replacements thinking it would be just a plan and information based visit. Within minutes I was getting filed down and molded. I was shocked to see how patient driven they were. I knew what total costs would be before they began work so i could make decision to proceed or not.The team all helped one another and it was a family/professional environment that made me feel comfortable. Im scheduled to go back to see Dr. Arbo and Amy in a few weeks to complete my procedure and will more than likely return to have any other future care provided. Thanks guys A++

Experiencia negativa: I have no dental insurance at this time. I just wanted to get a cleaning. The dental hygienist told me that I needed to have a panoramic xray done prior to doing my cleaning as this was the office protocol. As an individual who was going to pay out of pocket for my cleaning, I should be able to decide what and what I didn't want done. I was not given this option. When I made this appointment I was told that the dentist was not going to be in the office. There should be another dentist available for issues like I had. Needless to say, I did not have a cleaning done.
