Smiles By Martin

Experiencia fantástica: I had the best experience! I came in today for a second opinion, they checked me out. Everything was very smooth..thank you Dr. Martin!

Experiencia negativa: If you are a new patient. I would seek a second opinion before doing a lot of restoration work here. I had seen my previous dentist just 6 months before and everything was fine. I went into dr martins office and he tells me I need 4 crowns and I have 6 cavities. I was shocked. I had him do one crown and he complained when I asked for extra anesthesia. I consequently went to another dentist who told me I was fine and I didn’t need that work. His office staff was very nice. But before you have work done here I would seek a second opinion

Experiencia fantástica: I was able to get in to have an issue taken care of quickly. They were friendly and professional through out the process. I did feel pressured during the checkout process to hurry back, unlike many other healthcare facilities. I highly recommend Dr. Martin and his team for all your dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Greg is amazing. Staff took great care of me and my teeth!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Matin and staff are just wonderful people. Was in out quickly

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist, and I love the girls they make my dental cleaning very pleasant

Experiencia fantástica: Always a 5 star dental appointment!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Lisa is the best

Experiencia negativa: It started as good experience but front staff are not up with billing and having to go back and forth with insurance is unbelievable with the front staff and very rude on the phone they don't have no communication with each other at all . And don't even get call backs very disappointed with the dentist and office then the dentist tells me to do a procedure then they change the out pocket cost knowing I have secondary ins . So again very bad experience at this office .

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough great things about Dr Martin and the entire staff!! He was referred to us by a friend of the family and since the day I walked in there several years ago, I have always felt so welcomed. They truly care about their patients. I used to hate going to the dentist because of the horrible and painful experiences I had with previous ones. But Dr Martin and the entire staff wiped those bad memories away. From the moment I walk in, greeted by the lovely ladies at the front desk who are as sweet as can be, to the staff in the back working on my teeth, I'm smiling or laughing the entire time. And although it's a bit of a drive from where I live, he and his staff are well worth it. Thank you, Dr Martin and your entire staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Simply the best from the moment I walk on all the way through checkout.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Martin’s office is the best. I’ve been a patient for almost 30 years and always receive professional, caring treatment from Dr. Greg and all his staff. I highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: All ways a good experience with Lisa and all of Dr Martin's staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the dependable, reliable, and convenient service. I consider it to be the Best of the Best.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend Lisa Cooper and Dr. Martin. My dentist for over 30yrs. In addition to regular cleaning, I’ve had several procedures including veneers 20 years ago and still look/feel great. The office staff is organized and accommodating.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent service and treatment from all personnel Have been with Smiles By Martin for many years and will continue to do so.

Experiencia fantástica: I am probably one of a few that love going to the dentist. Great staff and outstanding professional service.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love Dr. Martin’s dental office. The staff is so kind and patient. The front office is welcoming and back office well learned and professional. This office has to stay open as long as I have teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at this practice are friendly and efficient. During my first visit Dr. Martin had to share some bad news about 2 of my teeth; I was shocked and very nervous. The staff were amazing and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend Julie (Hygienist) too.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gregory Martin is a good dentist and has a great staff. He has done several restorations for me. They have all turned out well. Today I just had a cleaning. I highly recommend Smiles by Martin.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience with the whole office staff!! Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: After leaving in 2014, I was so happy to be back at, what I feel like, my home family dentist... From the minute we walked in the front door we were greeted with what appeared to be smiles behind those masks and a Texas hello. My wife and I had back to back appointments with Lisa and Kathleen explained our accounts with us. It was great to see Lisa again and catch up for the past 6 years. Then seeing Dr. Martin was golden as he caught me up about everything going on. It was fantastic being back as he gave me a clean bill of health. We highly recommend Smiles by Dr Martin as they do a very professional job from the front end to the teeth cleaning and exam. All we can say is that we’re home again and not planning on going anywhere... Thank you one and all! Patrick & Judith

Experiencia fantástica: Perfectionist. Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. Trust him with my family

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dental work and cleanings in a professional, friendly environment. All the staff are great!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my most favorite place to visit….and yes, it’s a dentist office….go figure…LOL But seriously, from checking in to checking out, It’s a flawless operation and kudos to the lovely front desk ladies Kathleen and unfortunately I don’t have the other awesome ladies name! They both make you so welcome and comfortable, it is almost like visiting with family. Dr. Martin and his staff is an outstanding team. They never disappoint. I would highly recommend Smiles to anyone that would care to have the best care possible given to them.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful team so patient. I get nervous at the dentist because I have a small mouth and it’s hard to do my teeth. He was so patient with me.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff, great job!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gregory Martin has been my dentist for more than 10 years. He runs a neighborhood dentistry shop. In addition to Dr. Martin's high-quality work, I appreciate the warm care the staff provides and how the office tailors its services to the patient's convenience. Dr. Martin’s office provides the kind of personal care most dentists used to offer 40 years ago and the benefits of current technologies and practices. I am not going anywhere else for my dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: My new Smiles by Martin has caused all my friends and family and quite a few strangers to comment on what great teeth I have. Dr. Martin put crowns on all my teeth and my 80 year old still practicing orthodontist uncle said they looked terrific and it was one of the best whole mouth jobs he had ever seen. Thank you Dr. Martin!

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place and the people. How they care and make you feel comfortable before every procedure. How they explain everything to you at the front with insurance. Love it even MORE after I didn’t have a babysitter for my kids (5yr old and 4month old) they offered me to bring them and they would help while I did my cleaning. Normally you can never take ur kiddos with you at these type of appts. Gosh i genuinely love every single one and of course the doctor for letting this happen too. I definitely recommend this place. They will take care you and try to save your teeth after not going to a dentist for YEARS.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome place.

Experiencia fantástica: Enjoyed my first visit with Julie the hygienist. There was an opening available the next day to start my treatment and I am very impressed with Dr. Martin and the whole staff.

Experiencia positiva: Such a warm and comfortable practice!

Experiencia fantástica: My family has been going to Dr. Martins practice for 25 years and will continue. They are great with my grandsons too!!

Experiencia fantástica: My family of 4 have been patients of Dr. Greg for nearly 20 years. Our experiences have been always positive. The entire staff is one of the friendliest, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Greg has helped us maintain the good health of our teeth and doesn’t over prescribe procedures—only what is necessary. I highly recommend Dr. Greg Martin and his staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, friendly, no-nonsense approach with a smile.

Experiencia fantástica: Best in Texas! They are like family!! Love em

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here is professional, on time and kind. 10/10!

Experiencia fantástica: As always, a great experience. Friendly, competent people doing their jobs well.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Martin and his entire staff are great! Friendly and thorough. Our family has been going to him for many years.

Experiencia fantástica: Me and my family have been going to Dr. Martin for over 5 years now and we love it. Dr. Martin is a great Doctor and his staff is amazing. We drive 35 minutes for our visits. Love it!

Experiencia fantástica: AS ALWAYS, professional service and a provider who treats you like family!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is consistently caring and efficient. Dr Martin is always kind, skilled, and mindful of the expenses involved. We could not be happier with Smiles By Martin.

Experiencia fantástica: Again another visit with a great doctor and team. You always take care of my needs. Always a great experience! Elaine Kell

Experiencia fantástica: Loved the visit. Finally a dentist that doesn’t always try to make you feel like you need many other services .

Experiencia fantástica: Always ready at appointment time. Knowledgeable staff that know my name and provide consistent quality care I can trust. Recommend this group to all ages and have latest technology. Staff is great and nice to see same faces each time.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Martin and all of his staff are very congenial, supportive and patient as they’re always ready to listen and answer questions I may have. Dr. Martin’s practice runs very smoothly and they are always prompt in seeing me at my appointment time. I highly commend their professionalism which builds my confidence in Dr. Martin and all members of his staff!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff, especially Lisa Cooper, are great. We've been going to Dr. Martin over 30 years. They are the very best, friendly, professional and sincere people I have had the pleasure of knowing snd going to. Thank you for your attentiveness and concern for my well-being. Blessings to each of you.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Martin and his amazing staff are world-class and top-tier. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Martin for the last year and a half, moving here from the east coast and getting all new doctors can be overwhelming. I have received nothing but kindness, laughs, and professionalism since seeing them; highly recommended.

Experiencia positiva: When there because I lost my retainer and a space holder came out. The staff was not friendly at all the dentist glue my wire which came out couple weeks after he glue it and the person who did my retainer didn't do it right that they had to redo it for a second time and still is not right i can tell my teeth are still moving because the retainer was not made correctly and they were not gentle enough. I completely regret my visit there I fell that they only care about the money and they were unfriendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm getting 8 porcelain crowns for my uppers. Both tops and bottoms were straightened with invisalign. I just had my temporaries placed on tops, as bottoms were corrected. My work was intensive as I had 20 trays (40 weeks). Dr. Martin was diligrnent and I followed his instructions which eliminated the last 2 trays. Dr. Martin and staff are very professional, i.e., competant, honost, and fair. Additiinally, he knows what he's doing and takes pride in his talents as testified also by my 26 year old daughter who had porcelain veneers by Dr. Martin and is very successful in website sales to plastic surgeons and cosmetic dentistry. I now have my temporary crowns and friends are impressed.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent!

Experiencia fantástica: Always a good experience where you are treated as family, not a patient.

Experiencia fantástica: That staff at Dr. Martin's dental office are really what make this place memorable (Lisa Ann especially). Highly recommended if you're looking for a place to stay for a long time.

Experiencia fantástica: There are many good dentists out there but this place is much better than others. I'm looking forward to going back!

Experiencia fantástica: Just had my first couple of appointments, including a crown. The staff is wonderful. They went the extra mile to accommodate my schedule and pain level. The office is immaculately clean and Dr. Martin is very skilled and caring. I can't think of a single thing that could be improved. As close to perfection as a dental office can get.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience each time I visit.Lovely atmosphere, impeccable service from Dr. Martin, Lisa and staff. Well worth the drive!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in there is nice and kind. They are professional and the service is very, very good.

Experiencia fantástica: Worked me in this afternoon on a same-day basis for a toothache. And was able to deal with independently same day.

Experiencia fantástica: Another successful cleaning, in a great environment. Hassle free

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Martin is great and so is the whole staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience every time!!!! Love this place ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Great Dentist and staff saw me on shirt notice, my dentist of over 20 years had to repair office site. He referred me to smiles by Martin. They were great if i didnt allready have a great dentist these guys would be at the top of my list.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent dentist. Had three crowns and some other dental work done. Dr. Martin and his staff are very meticulous and thorough and friendly. They make the whole dentist or deal delightful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs extensive dental work like I did or just plain general dentistry. The dental hygienist Lisa is great. Bob

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to Dr. Martin for 4 years. Everyone is always so warm and friendly. They never make you feel rushed!
