Towne View Dental Care | Best Dentist in Flower Mound, TX

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience at Town View Dental this morning. I had a very painful toothache which started over the weekend and called there office on a Sunday and Dr.Garg actually called me back that day. Awesome. Even though she does not usually come in on Monday, she did just to make sure I was ok. She found the problem and got me in as soon as she could. Bottom line, I needed a root canal and crown and as most know this is a procedure most don’t want to go through. However, Dr. Garg is outstanding and we got through it with ease. Wonderful with pain management and terrific end result. No follow on pain and I am back to normal. I highly recommend Town View Dental and Dr. Garg and her staff. A place where you look forward to going to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Dr Garg for years and when Dr Patel took over the clinic, I thought I’d like to try something new so I went to another dentist who proposed an extensive treatment plan including full mouth deep cleaning and cavity filling that cost totally over $1500 out of pocket after insurance. After consulting with AI, I feel this treatment plan is quite aggressive because my condition has not changed much since my last X-ray 6 months ago. So I came back to Dr Patel today for second opinion. Dr Patel carefully reviewed my dental history, X-rays, and current condition. Instead of recommending extensive treatments right away, he suggested a regular cleaning and monitoring plan, explaining clearly why it was appropriate for my situation. That level of transparency and clinical judgment really gave me confidence. The visit itself was smooth and professional, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I left feeling well-informed and comfortable with the plan going forward. Overall, I highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for a dentist who values careful evaluation, clear communication, and avoiding unnecessary procedures.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is prompt and Dr. Dhaval Patel is very detail-oriented and friendly and they keep you updated about your visit and any other details you need, by text, which is convenient. Experiencia negativa: Staff friendly but Dr. did simple fillings for a cavity and he obviously is unable to do fillings I had to come back multiple times due to pain and filling coming out! Save the trouble.

Experiencia fantástica: Another update on 9/30/25 as Dr. Roopam Garg has left and sold the office. I wish her good health and the best. Dr. Dhaval Patel is now the Dentist and he is also very thorough, gentle, and explains everything, as well as doing the cleaning himself. I will continue as a patient with him, and can highly recommend his service, as well as the friendly and caring staff! This was my original comment on Yelp on 3/26/2017 Even though there has been a lot of changes in the office, Dr. Roopam truly cares about her patients, is very thorough, and honest. The office is always clean with the most modern technology, and very polite people! Thank you very much! I moved to Florida at the end of 2017, and just moved back, and Dr. Roopam once again is my dentist, and has taken complete ownership of the office, and has excellent people working with her! Experiencia fantástica: I was a client of the previous dentist for 5 years and was apprehensive with a new guy. However, after 6 months I am SO GLAD I stayed at Towne View, even coming from 30 mins away! He has brought state of the art technology to the clinic. Rather than making crowns and bridges using archaic molds, he reconstructs the entire mouth with 3D scanning. Even my previous dentist of 25 years never mentioned that my upper and lower bite was misaligned. Dr. Patel is professional, personable and is focused on providing the highest quality dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Patel at Towne View Dental Care without reservation!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a deep cleaning done, and I’m really happy with the experience. Doctor Patel was very professional, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. They explained everything clearly before starting and checked in frequently to make sure I was doing okay. The whole process was much smoother than I expected. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing dental treatment.

Experiencia negativa: My experience with Dr. Patel regarding treatment (cavity filling) on one of my tooth has been extremely distressing, traumatizing and disappointing. I trusted this provider for what I believed would be a straightforward dental procedure. Instead, I was left dealing with ongoing sensitivity, discomfort, and significant pain about the condition of my tooth afterward — issues I had never experienced prior to treatment. The emotional stress and additional time spent seeking further dental opinions to understand what went wrong have been exhausting. Rather than receiving meaningful support or accountability, I received a phone call offering a $25 refund presented as a “favor.” Considering the level of pain, trauma, and additional expenses I am now facing because of this situation, this felt dismissive and inadequate. It gave the impression that my concerns and experience were not being taken seriously. If there were an option to give a rating lower than zero stars, that is honestly what I would choose based on my experience. I strongly encourage prospective patients to ask detailed questions, understand all risks beforehand, and carefully consider their options before proceeding with treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire office is very friendly and I felt took extra care because I have pretty bad anxiety going to the dentist. I also have very sensitive teeth so he took a little extra time to ensure I wasn’t in pain as he cleaned and examined my teeth. Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit at Towne View Dental Care, wanted to change my dentist as I had bad experience with my previous dentist. I was very impressed overall, from filling the paperwork, to wait time and the whole checkup/cleaning process. Dr. herself took time to clean some of the bad spots and explained in detail about problems with my gums/tooth. I had great experience..

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Patel has taken over this practice, and I saw him for the first time today. He did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. He also took a full set of xrays and pointed out the two crowns that need to be watched. This was not news to me, since his predessessor had pointed them out, too. I appreciate their care and feel that Dr. Patel will continue to watch over my dental health.

Experiencia fantástica: There's a new doctor in town! I just met Dr. Patel for my quarterly cleaning. He is super nice and caring, and he takes the time he needs with you. He came into the lobby just to introduce himself to me before we got started. An excellent replacement for Dr. Garg. No doubt we will miss her, but I look forward to seeing Dr. Patel again.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience in my recent appointment for root canal. Dr Patel & their staff are exceptionally good throughout the treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. patel and his staff are well prepared and professional, helping the patient understand procedures every step of the appointment. I've learned things I hadn't understood from other Dentists. This is the first Dentist I have ever utilized where I've actually asked for them to check out a potential issue - usually I would wait until pain was so bad I had to go in!

Experiencia fantástica: The absolute BEST customer service I have personally experienced at any Dentist office. Friendly and engaging staff that always asks about my family by name. Very personal touch and great handling of procedures which can be stressful or anxious at times! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Update on 9/16/26. Sad to report Dr Roopa has moved on but our new dentist, Dr Patel, is a good replacement. He has a good personality and takes care of you. Had a filling today for the first time in years and it went very well I recommend giving him a try. Update on 8/30/19 - 2 years since my review and nothing has changed. Dr. Roopam always has a smile on her face. I like that this is a private practice! Original review: Super friendly and they do a great job! They have never tried to sell me something I did not need- last three cleanings they just said everything looks good.
