Arte Dental & Orthodontics Lewisville

Experiencia fantástica: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – I Found My New Dentist! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hieu Le and the entire staff at Arte Dental in Lewisville! For 14 years, Dr. Nguyen was my dentist, and I genuinely believed he was the most gentle, caring dentist I had ever experienced. When he transitioned into focusing on implants, it honestly broke my heart because finding a dentist you trust—especially one who makes your comfort and pain level a priority—is not easy. Well... Dr. Le proved me wrong! I didn't think anyone could surpass the level of gentle care I had become accustomed to, but she absolutely did. During my visit to the Lewisville location, Dr. Le explained everything that needed to be done as she examined the area. While working, she noticed an additional issue that needed attention. Instead of simply proceeding, she stopped, explained it to me, asked if I was comfortable with her taking care of it, and only then continued. And the best part? NO PAIN! Even after the procedure, there was no pain. She explained that I could possibly experience some discomfort afterward, but I didn't. Her touch is incredibly gentle, she listens to you, she communicates throughout the process, and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. The staff deserves recognition as well. Everyone was caring, welcoming, and made me feel like more than just another patient walking through the door. That means a lot to me. After having the same dentist for 14 years, I needed someone who could provide that same sense of trust, comfort, and quality of care. Dr. Le has absolutely given me that—and then some. I am genuinely happy and ecstatic to have Dr. Le and her staff caring for my teeth moving forward. I will definitely be recommending Arte Dental's Lewisville location to my friends and family. If you're looking for a dentist who listens, takes her time, minimizes pain, treats you with compassion, and does an amazing job helping you preserve the health and longevity of your teeth, go see Dr. Le! Thank you, Dr. Le and the Arte Dental Lewisville team, for making dental care feel a whole lot less scary. ❤️

Always greeted with a smile upon entry and the lobby chairs are SUPER comfy (even though you won't be sitting in them long). Whether the work is being done by the Dental Assistants or Dr. Le, I always feel like I'm in great hands. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I look for these 3 attributes in my dental & medical doctors: (1) Advanced professional experience and solid clinical acumen. (2) Patience, clarity, honesty & compassion towards patients. (3) A strong, natural desire to exceed patient expectations, and to expect nothing less than excellence from oneself. In Dr. Hieu Le, I found all these qualities in abundance, which make her an amazing dentist! She performed my dental implant procedure over several visits with absolute perfection! During a procedure, she has an innate sense of being calm & proficient, and also warm & conscientious! She explains every step of the process during the procedure, to make the patient feel assured that he/she is in capable hands!! Her team of dental assistants work cohesively with her, providing a high quality of patient care! The scheduling & billing staff are very professional. They verify insurance and provide reasonable & accurate estimates prior to the procedure. In conclusion, Dr. Hieu Le is by far the best dentist I have encountered, and if I ever needed another dental implant, she would absolutely be the one I would go to!! Thank you very much Dr. Le, you are very much appreciated!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Le is great! Britain is my favorite! Definitely recommend!

Experiencia negativa: I thought the dentist and assistant were great. My complaint is that I booked a regular cleaning and exam as a first time visitor. They did exam and X-rays first and then after they gave me price of services I could do like a crown. I said I’ll do it next time and then they asked me to come back another day to do a cleaning because they were booked. I said no the whole point of going to the dentist is the cleaning.. I waited almost an hour to do get my actual cleaning. Just doesn’t seem like an organized clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 Customer service! I feel like a lot of dental offices are very basic when it comes to meeting true customer service standards. Arte went above and beyond in their customer service! The dental assistant and doctor were both extremely friendly, transparent, and accommodating.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff and dentist. Thanks

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give ten stars, I would. Dr Le has been caring for my elderly friend for a year now. My friend has significant disabilities and she needed a ton of work. Throughout it all, Dr Le and her staff have demonstrated kindness and compassion beyond anything we could have hoped for. They have gracefully responded to multiple phone calls in a single day and worked us in without an appointment when we needed them. Their understanding of our unique needs has made a huge difference in my life and that of my friend.

Experiencia fantástica: I've finally found an exceptional dentist and has given me the most thorough and comprehensive personal dental health plan I've ever had. Dr. Le at Arte Dental is technical, detailed, shows, explains treatment well and has a terrific chair side manner. Arte Dental is very reasonably priced while offering exceptional care. I've been to some of the supposedly "best" when I lived in Frisco and she's much better without their fees/prices or used car sales approach when trying to get you to commit. I'm impressed and have found my dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing team from Dr. Le to the front desk. They were very accommodating, professional and personable.

Experiencia fantástica: The best! I would recommend! Superior work & patience beyond belief!

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for an exam and x-rays. Dr Le was very thorough and informative. Great energy from the entire staff.

Experiencia fantástica: My family of 8 — two parents and six children — had a very successful appointment here about two weeks ago. I wanted to take a moment to thank Dr. Le and Dental Hygienist Michelle for their incredible patience and kindness with my family. With such a large group to be seen — and unfortunately, some of us needing more than just routine cleanings — the appointment took longer than expected. But neither Dr. Le nor Michelle was fazed by it at all. I even apologized for how long it took, and they both reassured me that it was perfectly okay. Dr. Le even complimented my children on how well-behaved they were, which, as a mom, truly meant a lot to me. The care we received was amazing, and the professionalism shown was truly first-class. Thank you again for making our visit such a positive experience!

I went on to have that needed work under the care of Dr. Le and have been very pleased. I trust the hands of Dr. Le. The practice now provides dental care for my whole family. I highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in because I cracked a tooth the night before. I don't remember everyone's name, but from the front desk to leaving, everyone was kind. I ended up getting a deep cleaning, tooth extraction with bone graft, filling and we have plans for a crown in 10 days. Michelle and Dr. Le were attentive and compassionate. The prices are reasonable and they have coupons in the Ad Pages.
